Abstract

Industri kreatif khususnya sektor kuliner memiliki potensi besar dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi masyarakat. Namun banyak generasi muda yang belum memiliki keterampilan teknis yang cukup untuk bersaing di pasar kerja. Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) "Sweet Skill, Bright Future. Pemberdayaan Generasi Muda Melalui Cake Decoration" bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dekorasi kue dan kewirausahaan bagi peserta. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan di Kota Bandung dengan melibatkan Wika Organizer sebagai mitra. Hasil program menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan peserta dalam teknik dekorasi kue serta mendorong kewirausahaan dengan beberapa peserta mulai menjalankan bisnisnya sendiri. Artikel ini membahas efektivitas pelatihan dalam meningkatkan keterampilan dan peluang ekonomi bagi generasi muda serta tantangan yang dihadapi dalam proses pemberdayaan

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of AI-Based Hotel Information Systems in enhancing customer experience and fostering loyalty in Syariah Hotels in Bandung. Using a quantitative research approach, the study employs a causal-effect design to investigate these relationships. The population includes guests from 11 Syariah Hotels in Bandung, with 220 customers serving as respondents, and the data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The findings reveal that (1) AI-based systems significantly influence customer experience, (2) AI systems directly foster loyalty customer, (3) experience directly impacts loyalty, and (4) customer use mediate the relationships between AI-based systems and customer loyalty. The study highlights the importance of integrating AI technologies to improve service personalization and operational efficiency. Future research could explore similar models in broader contexts or other industries.

Abstract

Selft Healing itself is currently used by young people to get out of the fatigue of the mind, daily problems from the pile of tasks and work problems to go on a trip abroad, to the shopping center, to the streets, to the beach, to the mountains or just to eat at a restaurant with a soothing view or to go to places called hidden gems to find calm. In this study, there is more focus on, first, "Selft healing" is included in the type of emotion-focused strategy that is conscious adjustment. Second, "Selft healing" activities are carried out in the form of fun activities and bring tranquility such as nature tourism, culinary tourism, cultural tourism and special interest tourism and are uploded to social media so that it becomes one of the promotion strategies of a destination. The data analysis technique used is qualitative analysis. The achievement target in this study is published in the national accreditation journal Sinta 3. The TKT that will be produced is at level 2 because this research can answer the research hypothesis, the research instrument, and the research design have been explored

Abstract

The community service program “Ibu Hebat Jago Baking” was implemented to enhance the technical skills and entrepreneurial motivation of PKK mothers in Kelurahan Isola through training in producing Kue Lumpur Pandan, Strawberry Cheese Cake, and creative bento meals. This program was initiated to address several issues faced by the community, including limited baking skills, lack of product standardization, minimal innovation, and weak business management. The training was conducted using a participatory and practical approach consisting of demonstrations, hands-on practice, discussions, and evaluations. The results show a significant improvement in participants’ technical abilities, with an average increase of more than 30% in recipe knowledge, baking techniques, product creativity, and packaging skills. Motivation to start a home-based culinary business also increased substantially, with 72% of participants expressing interest in selling products after the training. Additionally, participant satisfaction exceeded 89%, indicating the relevance and effectiveness of the program. This community service initiative successfully empowered PKK mothers by equipping them with applicable culinary skills and fostering entrepreneurial spirit, thus creating opportunities to improve family income and strengthen the local creative economy
