Abstract

Children and education are two related elements to each other. Both the central and local governments have also issued policies that govern the education of children. But in fact, education for the street children has been still faced with some obstacles during the implementation. This research was conducted in Padang Municipality. This research was the result of the field studies to describe and analyze how was the effort of the fulfillment of the education rights of the street children in Padang Municipality. The research was conducted using qualitative research method where data collection techniques by interviews with several related stakeholders to this policy, observed the phenomena that have related to the policy, and do library research from any references such as the government's document and scientific research and tested with by triangulation sources techniques. The research result shows that there are some difficulties during the fulfillment of street children's education to implement by the few stakeholders. In addition, the incapability of these polices to provided clarity to each process of the policy implementation so that the output of the policy has not been able to be reached to the maximum

Abstract

This research aims to increase the realization of Rural and Urban Land and Building Tax payments in Agam Regency. This type of research is qualitative research. Data collection techniques that use words in descriptive form. Data includes interviews, notes that occur in the field, photographs, personal documents related to research, memos and official records. Data analysis is carried out by descriptive analysis, where after the collected data is processed and then analyzed by giving an interpretation. The results showed that the long span of control over the realization of Land and Building Tax in Agam Regency indicates a continuous and sustainable effort in improving the effectiveness of tax collection and meeting tax revenue targets. With the implementation of the Info PBBP2 application innovation, this span of control is further expanded. The responsive Info PBBP2 application that can be accessed through various platforms allows taxpayers to make tax payments easily and conveniently. They can access billing information, payment history, and make transactions online without having to come to the tax office physically. This reduces administrative barriers and increases convenience for taxpayers in fulfilling their tax obligations.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan persepsi petani terhadap partisipasi dalam program IPDMIP pada aspek fisik, kelembagaan dan sosial di Kecamatan Talamau dan Menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi persepsi petani dalam program IPDMIP di Kecamatan Talamau. Analisis data yang dilakukan untuk menjawab pertanyaan penelitian ini menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi berganda. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan didapatkan hasil bahwa Tingkat persepsi petani terhadap partisipasi dalam program IPDMIP di kecamatan Talamau berada pada kategori tinggi pada ketiga aspek, yakni fisik, sosial dan kelembagaan, hal ini bisa dilihat juga dengan adanya peningkatan indeks pertanaman dari 100 persen menjadi 200 persen. Dari 16 variabel awal kemudian disederhanakan menjadi delapan variabel yang kemudian dimasukkan ke dalam model regresi, sehingga diperoleh tiga variabel yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat persepsi petani terhadap partisipasi dalam program IPDMIP. Ketiga variabel tersebut antara lain luas lahan non irigasi, aspek penyuluhan dan kesempatan
