Abstract

In this digital era, it is easier for people to carry out all their activities with the help of technology, one of which is ordering activities. PT Media Langit Persada is a company engaged in digital printing where the ordering process is still done manually. For example customer must come to the printing house and make direct order transactions even the management division still doing data collection manually. This is considered less effective because it may causes many errors while storing data and the information obtained by the customer. This study aims to create a web-based ordering system that is expected to make it easier for customers to make ordering transactions while the company easier in managing other business processes. This system will later be tested using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) method which will determine whether this system is suitable for use and can be accepted by the community or not. This task can be done by distributing questionnaires to several prospective respondents who are considered to be contributing to this system.

Abstract

With the passage of the sales process manually which is less efficient and less effective in PT. Makmur Cipta Sejahtera, it needs a program to support the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales process. The process of ordering goods that still use manual methods to use mail order goods, make the authors design and create an Android-based sales program. This program will be addressed to PT. Makmur Cipta Sejahtera entitled "E-COMMERCE SALES SYSTEM BASED MOBILE ANDROID (CASE STUDY: PT. MAKMUR CIPTA SEJAHTERA)". The research method is done by two methods: analysis of research and data collection methods. Methods of data collection by interview, observation and literature. User needs, among others are able to provide accurate reports, user-friendly and simple interface, capable of showing product details, and how to use that are not complicated. After the design, manufacture, and testing of the program, some conclusions that this program may support the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales process, minimize the opportunities for error, and cost efficiency in terms of paperless. Hopefully this program can be a learning for students who want to take thesis with the title associated with the sale of e-commerce system based on mobile android. I welcome any comments and suggestions for the design of the system is still flawed. then a number of conclusions that this program may support the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales process, to minimize opportunities for error, and cost efficiency in terms of paperless. Abstract

Technological advances make competition more competitive so companies are competing in introducing and selling goods by utilizing technology, one of the most rapid technological advances is the internet, the increasing number of internet users has a positive impact on e-commerce. Therefore e-commerce can provide information on goods, facilitate ordering of goods and is not limited by time and distance, to determine the acceptance of technology users, then the Technology Acceptance Model method is used with variables of perceived ease of use, attitude toward using, perceived usefulness, actual usage, behavioral intention. The research sample of 26 employees. Based on the results of the linear analysis noted that attitude toward using can be explained by variations in perceived ease of use, behavioral intention, and perceived usefulness of 52,5 percent, while actual usage can be explained by variations in perceived ease of use, perceived of usefulness, and behavioral intention of 72,2 percent and the remaining 47,5 percent and 27,8 percent are explained by other factors outside the model.

Abstract

PT. Suryaplas Intitama adalah badan usaha yang bergerak di bidang plastik, perusahaan ini mengelola data penjualan dalam jumlah yang sangat besar, didalam departemen marketing data transaksi penjualan mencapai ribuan data dalam kurun waktu satu tahun. Dalam kegiatan operasionalnya, departemen marketing menggunakan aplikasi khusus yang dibuat hanya menggunakan Microsoft Excel untuk manajemen penjualan agar dapat melihat statistik penjualan. Namun, perusahaan ini belum memiliki sebuah aplikasi dashboard untuk monitoring kegiatan proses transaksi penjualannya. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan pembangunan Business Intelligence untuk mengelola data di perusahaan ini kemudian dibuatkan visualisasi data dalam bentuk dashboard. Metode yang digunakan dalam perancangan data warehouse adalah metode kimball nine – step methodology. Proses ETL untuk perancangan data warehouse dilakukan dengan toolsPentaho Data Integration (PDI), sedangkan visualisasi dashboard dilakukan menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Power BI. Hasil dari penerapan aplikasi Microsoft Power BI adalah berupa dashboard visualisasi data yang menghasilkan informasi yang dibutuhkan oleh stakeholder pada departemen marketing didalam PT. Suryaplas Intitama untuk membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan.

Abstract

During the current COVID-19 pandemic, many have lost their main jobs. Besides that, there are also many people who need a side job outside their main job for various reasons. There are also people who have the skill but find it difficult to find normal jobs. Then from the employer's side, many also find it difficult to find the best candidate that fits them. For this reason, an information system was built where this system will become a forum for job seekers and also employers, where job seekers can promote themselves according to their skills. Employers will also be able to easily find and select the best candidates according to what they want. This system will be built using the Extreme Programming (XP) methodology. This system will use the Heuristic Evaluation calculation method. After testing with usability aspects, it is known that this system needs to be repaired immediately because the calculation results show that the system is on a scale of 3 and is included in the category of major usability problems. It is hoped that this system will facilitate communication between employers and job seekers.

Abstract

Dengan semakin pesatnya perkembangan sistem teknologi informasi dimasa sekarang membuat hampir semua kegiatan jual beli yang dulunya hanya secara tradisional sekarang pun dapat dilakukan secara online, seperti semakin maraknya marketplace yang bermunculan yang membuat kegiatan jual beli jauh lebih mudah untuk dilakukan.  Permasalahan yang terjadi sekarang ini dalam dunia second brand adalah kegiatan jual beli yang dilakukan masih secara tradisional yaitu dengan cara datang ke pasar atau ke toko khusus second brand, yang membuat para konsumen yang ingin melakukan kegiatan jual beli menjadi harus pergi jauh untuk melakukan kegiatan thrifting. ISO 25010 merupakan salah satu teknik analisa data yang bertujuan untuk menentukan kualitas dari sebuah sistem yang dibuat berdasarkan kriteria yang sudah tersedia agar mendapatkan hasil yang memuaskan. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang ada, maka diusulkan skripsi yang berjudul “ANALISIS DAN PERANCANGAN MARKETPLACE UNTUK SECOND BRAND DENGAN METODE PENGUJIAN ISO 25010”. Tujuan pengusulan skripsi ini adalah membatu para pembeli yang berlokasi jauh dari pasar atau toko khusus barang second brand agar bisa berbelanja melalui website dan membantu penjual untuk menaikan pendapatan mereka tidak hanya dari toko offline saja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengujian ISO 25010 dengan menghitung nilai dari functional suitability, usability dan performance efficiency, untuk menentukan apakah sistem sudah layak untuk diluncurkan ke publik, metode ini dipilih karena pengujian ISO 25010 memiliki karakteristik yang diperlukan dari penetuan kelayakan dari sebuah sistem. Pengujian yang dilakukkan  dari 20 responden penjual dan juga pembeli second brand mendapatkan kesimpulan bahwa dikatakan layak dengan nilai  fucntional suitability sebesar 75%, usability 74%, performance efficieny 67%.
