Abstract

The paper entitled "Measuring Readiness Of ERP Application Implementation Using The Balanced Scorecard Method". The author takes the title as the background of the increasing number of companies that have started implementing the government's proposal, namely Industry 4.0, where each company is required to have an integrated system in making financial reports for internal and external purposes, many companies carry out Governance by re-implementing the system. The preparation process in implementing an integrated system is very important, because the implementation process is quite long and also the cost is not small, therefore we need a method that functions to provide a measurement in the form of a value or score to assist management in making appropriate and appropriate decisions. This preparation process is mature and the implementation process can be successful as expected. The Balanced Scorecard method prioritizes 4 perspectives, namely: financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process perspective, learning and growth perspective. However, the perspective to be measured is the perspective of internal business processes and the perspective of learning growth. From this research, the results achieved are suggestions in determining planning which will be continued into an ERP application information system project management

Abstract

Current developments In today's era, there are still many companies or businesses that still do not use technology. To be able to provide information, internet technology is needed. Accessing the internet can be done anytime and anywhere if a connection is available. All companies will compete with each other to use this technology to market and sell their products so that companies can develop and are able to continue to compete with other companies. efficient, the means is an online marketing and sales system. Based on this situation, the company decided to develop a website like e-commerce. Then a sales information system was made which is similar to an e-commerce website. To train how to market products and the buying and selling process, we can start using the e-commerce web. Making this system will be able to reduce problems that occur between buyers and sellers because it is done by use a system that is usually connected to internet. In addition, buyers can also view detailed product information and understand the product they want to buy. This system is made using the PHP programming language with the Laravel framework. The Laravel framework is a website development that is formed in the PHP language. The results of this research are in the form of designing a web-based online sales system that can also be used to find out detailed product information. respondents, the results of this questionnaire get a percentage value of 95% so it can be concluded that this online sales system can be used, and makes it easier for users.

Abstract

Technological developments have had a significant impact on many aspects of life, one of which is patient care in hospitals. Apart from using technology in patient care, technology also provides access to effective and efficient information storage and management to record patient data for treatment purposes. In outpatient services at hospitals, there are often complaints from employees regarding the health recording system which is less than optimal. Therefore, a system that manages disease diagnoses and patient treatment recommendations is something that needs to be developed, with the hope of speeding up the performance of medical personnel, so that they can help more patients who need help. The application system design aims to help manage information related to disease diagnosis and patient drug recommendations, where this system uses Forward Chaining to assist users in identifying diseases and prescribing drugs according to the diagnosis the patient is complaining about. By using the Forward Chaining methodology, medical personnel are able to obtain patient diagnosis results more quickly. The result is an application that can help medical personnel in serving outpatients from registration, examination, to exchanging medicines. This application has been tested using black-box testing involving several respondents, where respondents can feel that this application works well and helps hospital staff in examining patients.
