Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and formulate the influence of transformational leadership, psychological empowerment, motivation and work culture of employees working either partially or simultaneously on job satisfaction and organizational commitment, and its implications for the performance of employees in Kandatel West Java. This research uses descriptive method and verifikatif with an emphasis on exploration and interpretation of the results of linkage analysis between variables through a hypothesis testing using path analysis. The data collection questionnaire used assistive devices. Sampling technique used is simple random sampling at each employee Kandatel, Kancatel and STO by the number of samples as many as 360 employees. The results of this study concluded that 1) transformational leadership, psychological empowerment, motivation and work culture of employees working either partially or simultaneously influence job satisfaction and organizational commitment, and 2) job satisfaction and organizational commitment of employees either partially or simultaneously affect the employee's performance Kandatel in West Java. Based on the conclusions found that psychological empowerment transformational leadership, work motivation, work culture, job satisfaction and organizational commitment directly and indirectly influence positively in improving the performance of employees in Kandatel West Java.

Abstract

Paguron Gadjah Putih memiliki 24 jurus dan 9 langkah yang wajib diajarkan kepada seluruh muridnya dari berbagai level sehingga membutuhkan pola komunikasi yang khas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menemukan pola komunikasi guru dengan murid di Paguron Gadjah Putih Batu Nanceb. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik mengumpulkan data melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola komunikasi yang yang dilakukan oleh guru ketika menyampaikan materi jurus berbeda tergantung jenis muridnya. Ketika mengajar dengan murid anak-anak guru menggunakan suara pelan Mentarara ketika mengajar murid remaja dan dewasa guru menggunakan suara yang tegas. Pada saat melakukan koreksi, guru tidak menegur langsung bahkan cenderung membiarkan jika mengajar murid anak-anak, sementara ketika mengoreksi murid remaja dan dewasa guru langsung menegurnya bahkan menegurnya dengan sapuan tangan dan kaki.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia adalah salah satu aspek yang sangat penting bagi sebuah perusahaan. Salah satu bentuk pengelolaan sumber daya manusia di sebuah perusahaan adalah dengan menyelenggarakan pelatihan kerja. Hal serupa dilakukan oleh PT. Magnolium Mandiri Indonesia dalam meningkatkan kompetensi (skill, knowledge, attitude) terutama pada tenaga penjualan. Tujuan penelitian ini diantaranya untuk mendeskripsikan tentang implementasi pelatihan berbasis “ROTI” yang telah dilakukan oleh PT. Magnolium Mandiri Indonesia. Sumber informasi didapat dari 8 (delapan) orang pihak internal perusahaan dan 4 (empat) orang expert judgement. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui observasi, review, wawancara. Melalui teknik analisis data yaitu reduksi data, display data, dan penarikan kesimpulan, serta dengan tahapan evaluasi model evaluasi 4 (empat) level (reaksi, pembelajaran, perilaku, dan hasil) yang dikembangkan oleh Kirkpatrick (1996) diperoleh hasil diantaranya bahwa pelatihan yang telah dilakukan oleh PT. Magnolium Mandiri Indonesia selama ini belum efektif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi tenaga penjualan, adanya kendala pelatihan yang belum terstruktur dan setelah mengimplementasikan model pelatihan berbasis return of training investment (ROTI) kompetensi tensi karyawan meningkat yang ditunjukkan dengan meningkatnya penjualan perusahaan.

Abstract

This study entitled “Family Communication Patterns Of Female Teachers At State Secondary School 15 Bandung City District West Java Province”. Female teachers who become informants are those whor are married and have children. The purpose of this study was to find out how or the pattern of communication carried out by a female teachers in childcare. And which family communication pattern will they use in parenting. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method with the theory of family communication pattern. With qualitative methods, researchers can obtain data using in-depth interview techniques so that the it is hoped that the data obtained will be able to complement and produce comprehensive qualitative descriptive data. The results obtained from this study are the communication patters that exist between female teachers and their families, where a pluralistic pattern is chosen from the four patterns contained in the concept of family communication, as a result of this entire research.

Abstract

Desa Mayak merupakan salah satu dari 169 Desa yang terdampak bencana gempa bumi di Kabupaten Cianjur. Pasca terjadinya gempa yang melanda Kabupaten Cianjur pada tanggal 21 November 2022, berita hoaks semakin marak tersebar di kalangan masyarakat, salah satu contoh berita hoakz yang beredar adalah sebuah informasi melalui voice note dari seorang laki-laki yang mengabarkan bahwa Gunung Gede Pangrango mengeluarkan percikan api. Hal tersebut membuat masyarakat bertambah pank dan ketkautan. Masyarakat belum mampu mengidentifikasimana berita fakta ataupun palsu (hoaks). Adapun solusi atas permasalahan tersebut adalah dengan Mengembangkan kapasitas masyarakat dalam mengenali dan mengidentifikasi ciri-ciri berita palsu atau hoaks serta dampak dari berita hoaks tersebut.Sedangkan target luaran dari kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarkaat ini adalah Berkembangnya kapasitas masyarakat di Desa Mayak dalam hal mengenali dan mengidentifikasi ciri-ciri berita palsu (hoaks). Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah metode pelatihan dan pendampingan (bimbingan secara teknis) dalam hal mengidentifikasi berita hoaks (palsu). Dalam Kegiatan ini kami akan memberikan materi pelatihan kepada perwakilan masyarakat di Desa Mayak terkait Definisi Berita Palsu (Hoaks), Dampak Berita Hoaks, Mengidentfikasi Berita Palsu ( Hoaks), dan Cara menelusuri sumber Berita. Selain itu kegiatan yang akan kami lakukan diantaranya adalah pendampingan/bimbingan teknis terhadap peserta pelatihan dalam hal cara mengidentifikasi dan memberdakan antara berita fakta dan berita palsu dengan cara membagi peserta menjadi beberapa kelompok.

Abstract

This research is titled "Public Relations Campaign Management in Covid-19 Prevention through Instagram Social Media at Telkom University Bandung." The research focuses on the public relations campaign management of Telkom University Bandung regarding the prevention of Covid-19 spread through Instagram social media. The first informant is the authorized personnel responsible for managing Telkom University Bandung's social media and conducting Covid-19 health communication campaigns. The second informant consists of the academic community of Telkom University Bandung, including professors, educators, students, and the general public who receive health communication campaign information through Telkom University Bandung's social media. The method used in this research is qualitative research with the campaign theory taken from Venus and the communication theory taken from Laswell. The results obtained from this research broadly cover the Health Communication Campaign in dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic conducted by Telkom University Bandung. The researcher analyzed that the campaign has been quite successful.

Abstract

Based on the observations of the researchers, it was shown that in the Field of Training, Placement and Expansion of Job Opportunities, the Department of Manpower, Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises, Sumedang Regency, obtained information that there were problems regarding service quality (study of making job seeker cards). Researchers suspect that the problem is caused by the lack of empowerment of human resources, such as: lack of training, lack of complete work equipment and lack of motivation given by the leadership. The research method used is a descriptive analysis method with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out in two ways, namely library research and field studies which included observations, interviews and questionnaires with analysis using a Likert scale. As for the determination of the sample used is using the saturated sampling technique. Furthermore, to test the instrument validity test using Pearson's product moment correlation and reliability test using Cronbach's alpha. Then to analyze the results using the correlation coefficient test to test the relationship, simple linear regression test to test the effect and the coefficient of determination test to determine the percentage of the influence of the human resource empowerment variable on service quality. The results of the study based on an analysis using the SPSS (Statistical & Product and Service Solution) version 21 program showed a strong level of influence between the empowerment of human resources on service quality with a value of 79.5% and the remaining 20.5% was influenced by the following factors.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The research entitled "Patterns of Interpersonal Communication of Counseling Teachers in Handling Disciplinary Violations in Students". This study has a discussion of how interpersonal communication patterns that occur between counseling teachers and students in dealing with disciplinary violations. Which is analyzed using symbolic interaction theory from Herbert Blumer which has five concepts, namely the self-concept, the act concept, the object concept, the social interaction concept, and the joint action concept. The purpose of this research was to find out how the communication patterns are carried out by counseling teachers who focus on interpersonal communication that occurs in guidance counseling teachers and students in dealing with disciplinary violations at SMP Ignatius Slamet Riyadi. The research method used by researchers in this study is a qualitative method with a qualitative descriptive study approach. Data collection was carried out through field observations and interviews, as well as documentation. There were twenty two people as informants, including one expert informant, one academic informant, and twenty students as supporting informants. The results of this study indicate that the communication that occurs between guidance and counseling teachers and students is formed from self-concepts that are built by each individual and act based on the meaning of each of them. Guidance and counseling teachers and students understand each other's objects, so that from the interactions that occur between the guidance and counseling teachers and students, joint action can be obtained between the guidance and counseling teachers and students in dealing with disciplinary violations.
