Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of individual characteristics on employee performance at PT. Cipta Selaras Abadi in Parung-Bogor. The method used is explanatory research with a sample of 53 respondents. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression, correlation, determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study of individual characteristics variables obtained an average score of 3.772 with good criteria. Employee performance variable obtained an average score of 3.896 with good criteria. Individual characteristics have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a regression equation value of Y = 13,220 + 0.683X, and a correlation coefficient value of 0.801 or has a strong relationship with a determination value of 64.2%. Hypothesis test obtained sig. 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini berjudul penerapan ilmu manajemen dalam Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi Berbasis E-commerce Terhadap Peningkatan Kualitas Dan Kinerja Sumber Daya Manusia Untuk Meningkatkan Profit UMKM Di Masa Pandemi. Tujuan umum dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah Memberikan pengetahuan dan tools Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi Berbasis E-commerce Terhadap Peningkatan Kualitas Dan Kinerja Sumber Daya Manusia Untuk Meningkatkan Profit UMKM Di Masa Pandemi. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survey dan penyampaian materi secara langsung serta simulasi dan diskusi mengenai manajemen, pengelolaan keuangan, pemasaran produk dan penerapan MSDM dalam pengembangan UKM Jabar Juara kota Depok. Kesimpulan dari pengabdian kepada masyakat ini adalah bahwa akan dilakukan pendampingan dalam manajemen dalam pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia dengan cara memberikan wawasan terkait urgensi penggunaan E-commerce untuk meningkatkan penjualan di masa Pandemi

Abstract

Innovation in strategic management plays a key role in business success in an increasingly competitive environment. This article aims to analyze how the application of innovation in strategic management impacts business analysis and risk management within the context of business strategy. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this study explores various innovative models and practices adopted by companies to enhance competitiveness and the effectiveness of business strategies. The research also discusses how innovation not only affects long-term planning but also plays a significant role in managing risks arising from rapid market changes. Findings from this study show that innovation in strategic management helps companies formulate more adaptive and responsive strategies to both external and internal dynamics, thereby minimizing potential risks. Furthermore, the article highlights the importance of integrating comprehensive business analysis with the implementation of innovative strategies to optimize better business decisions. Therefore, the results of this study are expected to provide insights for practitioners and academics in formulating more resilient and sustainable business strategies.
