Abstract

Compensation problems have become talks between employees, and the impact of motivation and employee performance decreases. To answer this problem, analysis and research are needed, so that a solution is found. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis. The total number of employees is 50 people, so the technical sample used is the census. Furthermore, the research was carried out by testing the stages of analysis which included descriptive analysis of the questionnaire, validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, linear regression test, correlation coefficient test and test coefficient of determination. The results of the regression analysis show that the compensation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Imperial Club Golf employees with a regression coefficient of 0,618 and Tcount of 7,156.

Abstract

The implementation of effective and efficient governance is a demand in the era of globalization. This reality demands the professionalism of human resources in realizing good governance. Therefore, various bureaucratic changes were carried out in order to organize a clean government, including developing HR. The purpose of this study was to find, describe, and analyze the influence of leadership, work motivation, job satisfaction and work commitment on employees performance of Religious Courts in Banten Province. This study uses a quantitative method, the research sample is administrative ASN in the Religious Court of Banten Province which amounts to 100 respondents, the sampling technique uses proportional random sampling, the research instrument uses questionnaire and the analysis method uses Multiple Linear Regression with the analysis stage consisting of descriptive analysis, test validity, reliability test, classic assumption test, partial test, simultaneous test and coefficient of determination test. The results showed that leadership, work motivation, job satisfaction and work commitment both partially and simultaneously had positive and significant effect on performance.

Abstract

The main task of the lecturer is Tri Dharma. Then, the implementation must be accompanied by responsibilities, quality-oriented teaching, benefit-oriented research, and welfare-oriented service. To realize this requires an effort, and therefore this research was conducted to see what factors influence lecturer performance. The quantitative research method was chosen as a scientific way, by distributing questionnaires and analyzing with structural models. The results showed, performance is achieved through commitment, and motivation and other variables. This finding confirms that commitment plays an important role in realizing performance, even in reality other variables such as motivation, discipline, compensation and the environment are needed

Abstract

The workload in technology and information is high, so demands for performance and productivity are inevitable. Especially in providing services, bringing quality is a must. The company, which is engaged in network and application development, is aware of this. In fact, this research was conducted to reveal information about the factors that influence the performance of employees in the field of technology and information. So that it can be stated the efforts to repair and increase it. To prove this, a quantitative approach was used, this was done so that it was easy to get data and could provide a picture that was easier to understand. The sample technique used is simple random, with the number of respondents 67. There is also a way to collect data, do the distribution of questionnaires. The data obtained, then analyzed with regression techniques. From the research results, it is known that an effective work model for improving the performance of IT employees is flexible working hours. This means that the type of IT work tends to spend a lot of time, so giving freedom in terms of working time is an effective way to increase morale and work productivity.

Abstract

Economic growth is one indicator of a region's progress. Therefore, the local government seeks to increase it through many factors, one of which is maximizing the use of the budget. It is hoped that regional development can be realized in accordance with strategic plans, is right on target, and has an impact on the progress of community economic activities. This study aims to examine what factors influence economic growth in the city of South Tangerang. In practice, this research uses a quantitative approach. Regression analysis is used to explain the data. The research data were obtained through purposive sampling techniques. The results showed that economic growth in South Tangerang City will increase significantly if the efficiency factor increases. This means that economic development will be better if the use of the budget is right on target and according to the regional priority scale. Thus, the community can take advantage of the facilities that have been built by the local government to support economic activities.

Abstract

As a profit institution, presenting good financial governance is a must. This is necessary, to demonstrate the company's ability to run a business, both in terms of operations, capital, or profits. This study aims to analyze the financial performance of the bank, through a study of business activities, capital adequacy and income levels. As well as to see how the company's revenue increases. To test this phenomenon, quantitative research methods are used with multiple regression analysis. The object of this research is the state commercial bank with the amount of data used is 40, through purposive sampling technique. The results showed that interest income was a determining factor for increasing banking income in Indonesia. This means that the optimization of credit activities will have a positive impact on bank revenue (in this case bank interest). However, the ratio of capital, credit, and operating costs during the 2010-2019 period has not shown a significant effect on the increase in company profitability.

Abstract

Performance is the achievement of what has been sacrificed, both time, energy, thought, and ability. For companies, performance is something that must be done to prove the tasks and responsibilities that have been given, so it can be concluded that the success or failure of the company can be seen from the work that has been done. To achieve good work results, discipline and training are needed to achieve these goals. Therefore, this study intends to analyze the role of discipline and job training in improving the work results that have been determined. Methodologically, this research refers to quantitative using multiple linear regression statistics. In collecting data, a questionnaire method was used, so that the answers were obtained as expected. The results show that the partial and simultaneous statistical results are in the significant category. The results of this study provide an explanation that discipline has a positive impact on employee performance, meaning that when employees have a strong disciplinary influence, it will improve performance, as well as job training, level of training on performance. has a significant level, meaning that when the training has a positive impact on employees, it will give birth to increased performance.
