Abstract

The perseverance of this research was to classify which one among these three; the topmost principal leadership, the endeavor ambience and the milieu of the school refinement that affected or teacher’s effort satisfactory. The research was using Cochran recipe.  The research was called an Ex Post Facto research - the research that aims to investigate the event which had happened and then draw or depart back to settle on the factors that caused the event. The way to collect the data in this research was using a Likert questionnaire scale. In the meantime, the analysis of the data was using simple linear regression equivalent and doubled up regression. To figure the regression equivalent out, the research was using T (true) and F (false) test.Ketekunan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengklasifikasikan mana salah satu di antara ketiga, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah paling atas, suasana usaha dan lingkungan dari penyempurnaan sekolah yang terkena dampak atau usaha guru memuaskan. Penelitian ini menggunakan Cochran resep. Penelitian ini disebut Ex Post Facto penelitian - penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menyelidiki peristiwa yang telah terjadi dan kemudian menarik atau berangkat kembali untuk menetap pada faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan peristiwa. Cara untuk mengumpulkan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala Likert kuesioner. Sementara itu, analisis data adalah dengan menggunakan setara regresi linier sederhana dan regresi dua kali lipat. Untuk mencari regresi setara keluar, penelitian ini menggunakan T (benar) dan F (false) tes. Kata Kunci:  kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, iklim kerja, budaya organisasi sekolah, kepuasan kerja guru

Abstract

Reading and numeracy literacy are two very important things in social life. Literacy aims to increase a person's understanding in drawing better conclusions from the information received, help people think critically without reacting too quickly, and help increase public knowledge. Reading and numeracy literacy activities organized by the Education Unit aim to strengthen students' ability to understand situations and conditions related to reading and understanding numbers in the school environment. This mentoring activity aims to improve teachers' abilities to carry out learning that supports reading and numeracy literacy for students. This mentoring uses the RIA (Reflection, Improvement, Action) mentoring model. As a result of this assistance, teachers understand reading and numeracy literacy learning.
