This research design used one group pre-posttest design. The population of this research were all 5th graders in MI Mu'awanah Al-Hasyimiyah as many as 26 children. The sample of this research was all 5th graders in MI Mu'awanah Al-Hasyimiyah as many as 26 children taken with total sampling. Measurement tool used by the questionnaire to assess creativity. Research was on 15th – 27thJuly 2017. Statistic test used Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test. The results showed that all 26 (100%) of respondents had positive creativity and ρcount 0,014 = and a table = 0,05. It meant that there was a free drawing effect on the increase of creativity in 5th grader children in MI Mu'awanah Al-Hasyimiyah. When a child draws, the child will perform activities of crossing out, scratching, and color freely. Thus, able to create various ideas and will give satisfaction for children. Abstract

Background Every surgery is always associated with an incision trauma for patients happened various complaints and symptoms. One of the most common complaints is a pain. One of the non-pharmacological therapy can be used to reduce the pain of postoperative patients section Caesarea by using relaxation techniques of lavender aroma therapy. Objective The research purpose was to prove the influence of lavender aromatherapy on the decrease in pain of post operative patients section caesarian (sc). MethodsThe researchwas aPre-Experimental study with One Group Pretest-Posttest approach. The population of this study were all postoperative patients section Caesarea with a sample of 25 respondents taken using purposive sampling. The data source uses primary data with instances of pain scale NRS (Numerical Rating Scale). Data analysis used Wilcoxon Signed Ranktest. The result of this research obtained before giving thearoma of lavender therapy on apostoperative patient of section Caesarea as many as 13 respondents had mild pain and there was a change of pain scale after providingsmell of lavender therapy six respondents had mild pain. Wilcoxon statistic test result Ranktest obtained p-value (Asymp.Sing.2- tailed) = 0,002 (p <0,05), found the influence of aromatherapy of lavender to decrease thepain of postoperative patient of section Caesarea (sc) in RSI Sakinah Mojokerto. ConclusionAroma lavender therapy can decrease pain because the content of the lavender is linalool acetate that can relax and relax the working system of muscles and muscles that tense

Abstract

Hypertension was an increased in systolic and diastolic blood pressure above normal limits. Age is a factor in hypertension, in old age there is a narrowing of blood vessels resulting in an increase in blood pressure. Treatment of hypertension can be done non-pharmacologically, one of which is slow deep breathing. This study aims to determine the effect of slow deep breathing on blood pressure changes in elderly people with hypertension. The research design used was Pre-Experimental with the One Group Pretest- Posttest Design. The population in this study were all elderly people with hypertension in Garu Hamlet, Podoroto Village, Kec. Kesamben Kab. Jombang as many as 34 elderly. The sample in this study were 34 respondents with the total sampling technique. The research instrument uses a digital sphygmomanometer to measure blood pressure. The results of the Paired T-Test analysis show p value = 0.000 <α 0.05. These results indicate that there is an effect of slow deep breathing on blood pressure changes in the elderly with hypertension in Garu Hamlet, Podoroto Village, Kesamben District, Jombang Regency. Slow deep breathing stimulates the release of endorphins, thereby reducing sympathetic nervous activity and increasing parasympathetic nervous activity which causes a relaxing effect and causes a decrease in blood pressure.

Abstract

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is still a threat to the world community COPD will have a negative impact on the health of sufferers. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of buteyko breathing on expiratory peak currents in COPD patients. This research is a type of quantitative research with a pre-experimental design through a one group pre-post test design approach. The sample in this study was 58 COPD patients who fit the inclusion criteria. The tools used for data collection are peak flow meters to measure expiratory peak flows and SPO for buteyko breathing exercises. The results of the study included the average value of the peak expiratory current before giving buteyko breathing was 158.34 L / minute with a standard deviation of 69.1899. The average peak expiratory current after buteyko breathing is 144.42 L/min with a standard deviation of 16.21961. The difference in the increase in expiratory peak current before buteyko breathing and after buteyko breathing was 24.91. The paired t test results are p value of 0.001, it was found that there was a significant effect of buteyko breathing on the increase in expiratory peak current of COPD patients. Structured breathing exercises from buteyko exercise have the potential to increase lung capacity, allow for more efficient oxygen uptake, help achieve deeper and more efficient breathing, potentially affect oxygen saturation levels.
