Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to get information, analyze and make description of data about : (1) The execution of land acquisition, (2) social economic and (3) problems from residents or goverment.This research was qualitatively by using interview technique. To answer this problem, used primary data was collected by observation, interview, discussion with resident and photos was taken on field, neanwhile secondary data was collected from related parties.Result of this research showed : (1) the influence of land acquisition execution for the resident, duration of the land acquisition process, thepayment of compensation to the resident and less financial of government, (2) since the execution of land acquisition, economic condition of resident is being dectrease, so that can’t fulfii their life needs (3) problems that faced by resident or goverment are duration of the land acquisition process, payment of compensation to the resident and less financial hes not finished yet, based on the kind of building related with it.

Abstract

Sales are significant and decisive marketing functions of a company to achieve its objectives and to make profits. Sales, the main revenue makers of a company, need good internal control in order to avoid fraud or manipulation. This study aimed at analyzing the internal control of credit and receivable sales at PT. Penerbit Erlangga Mahameru, Palembang Branch in order to get a clear picture of the application of the internal control. This is a field study taking place at the company as an object of this study by using descriptive qualitative method in the form of oral or written words of observable human behavior. The data of the study were gathered by interviews, observations, documentations, literature reviews, and data validities.

Abstract

Office of Civil Service Police Unit Pangkalpinang formed in order to carry out the duties of government field Enforcing Regulation (Regulation), which is led by a Head of the Office of the Mayor Pangkalpinang jawan held by the Regional Secretary. Office of Civil Service Police Unit Pangkalpinang is located at Jl. Diamond Stone Village Girimaya Pangkalpinang. Office of Civil Service Police Unit Pangkalpinang have some technical areas and sub-sections. Here will be discussed regarding employee data processing system consisting of employee data collection in and out through the process of moving staff, The process of making DP3 (List of Work Implementation Assessment), the process of making a Certificate of Family Allowances To Get Payments (KP4), periodic employee payroll process, the process of recording training and reporting process. All data processing personnel in the Office of Civil Service Police Unit Pangkalpinang relate to the Regional Employment Board and the Department of Revenue, Finance and Asset Management Regional Pangkalpinang.

Abstract

Turbocharger adalah sebuah kompresor sentrifugal yang mendapat daya dari turbin yang sumber tenaganya berasal dari asap gas buang engine. Biasanya digunakan dalam pembakaran mesin untuk meningkatkan tenaga dan efisiensi mesin dengan meningkatkan tekanan udara yang memasuki mesin. Keuntungan dari turbocharger adalah memberi udara yang lebih sehingga menghasilkan peningkatan yang lumayan banyak dalam power atau tenaga mesin. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisa Sistem Turbocharger, pengaruh nilai end play yang besar, dan mengidentifikasi terjadinya trouble sebelum masa waranty pada unit Motor Grader GR 135. Prosedur pemeriksaan pada turbocharger yaitu pemeriksaan secara visual pada turbocharger sistem, dust indikator, dan engine. Selain itu, juga dilakukan pengukuran nilai end play pada turbin shaft untuk mengetahui standart besar nilai end play pada turbocharger yang mengalami trouble, dan pengukuran tekanan oli lubrication untuk mengetahui besar tekanan oli yang masuk ke sistem pelumasan turbocharger. Hasil dari analisa menunjukkan bahwa penyebab trouble pada turbocharger adalah tersumbatnya saluran oli pada sistem lubrication karena banyak kotoran yang masuk pada sistem pelumasan dan operator sering mengabaikan prosedur yang ada dalam unit.
