Abstract

Tujuan dari Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah Disiplin Kerja, Fasilitas Kerja dan Gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Fumira Semarang. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Purposive Sampling dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 50 responden. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer. Teknik uji yang dipakai adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik meliputi uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas,dan uji heteroskedastisitas. Uji hipotesis pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dan pengujian hipotesis dengan bantuan SPSS versi 18. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Fasilitas Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Gaya Kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Disiplin Kerja, Fasilitas Kerja dan Gaya Kepemimpinan secara bersama-sama atau simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to analyze the influence of work motivation, job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and organizational commitment as implemented in vocational teachers mediasi.Penelitian Gayamsari District Semarang with a sample of 160 teacher.Teknik analysis technique used is Structural Equation Model (SEM) with software AMOS Ver 22.Hasil this study indicate that the causal relationships between variables significantly.The results of this study explains that variabel motivation and commitment is an important factor for improving the quality of learning, because as mental stimulation which is owned by a person in doing voluntary work as guru. But attitude as a form of job satisfaction should be encouraged in the interests of the organization. All of these will be able to bring more students to study in earnest

Abstract

The company currently needs the performance of its employees / human resources who are immediately ready to work according to their expertise and other skills such as soft skills, because of the very rapid development, we from STIE Pelita Nusantara Semarang together with LPK Belva Demak conduct training in the form of counseling with the target of training participants at LPK Belva Demak. With the counseling that we convey, we are very well received as a provision for them to enter the company or the world of DUDIAt the time of implementation there were 3 materials that we conveyed, namely, getting to know the 5S concept, Occupational health and safety and more in-depth material about the Soft Sheet itself. We think the three materials provided to the training participants are sufficient to become provisions and can immediately apply their knowledge while working.Keywords: 5S Concept, K3 and Soft Skill

Abstract

Blockchain technology has emerged as a transformative innovation in accounting and auditing, promising enhanced transparency, immutability, and decentralized verification of financial transactions. This study conducts a systematic literature review and bibliometric analysis of 258 articles published in Scopus-indexed journals from 2015 to 2024 to map the intellectual structure, research trends, and future directions in this domain. Using the PRISMA 2020 guidelines and PICOS framework, we identify four major research clusters: (1) blockchain-based accounting systems, (2) audit transformation through distributed ledger technology, (3) fraud detection and prevention mechanisms, and (4) regulatory and governance implications. Bibliometric analysis reveals a significant growth in publications since 2019, with Accounting, Auditing and Accountability Journal and International Journal of Digital Accounting Research leading the field. The knowledge graph construction identifies key intellectual themes including triple-entry accounting, smart contracts, and decentralized finance (DeFi).
