Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the six-factor (market return, firm size, value, profitability, investment, human capital) on excess returns in the manufacturing sector listed on the Indonesian stock exchange for the period 2016 – 2020. The method used in this study is an explanatory method, namely descriptive statistics and verification. The analysis technique in this method uses the eviews 9 application. Based on the research, it can be concluded that partially, market return (X1), firm size (X2), value (X3), and investment (X5) have a significant positive effect on excess return on manufacturing sector companies for the 2015-2019 period. Profitability (X4) and human capital (X6) variables do not have a significant effect on excess return in manufacturing sector companies for the 2015-2019 period.

Abstract

The banking industry in Indonesia is currently experiencing a big paradigm, where the role of banking is currently experiencing a shift. Threats to bank business performance are also increasing in line with slowing economic growth and potential sectors for bank business. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of credit risk (Non Performing Financing / NPF), liquidity risk (Financing to Deposit Ratio / FDR), value commposit of Good Corporate Governance, Operational Costs to Operational Income (BOPO), Net Operating Margin (NOM) and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) on Banking Financial Performance in Indonesia. The research method used is descriptive and verification methods, while the statistical analysis method uses multiple regression with eviews 10 software.The population used in this study is banking companies listed on the Stock Exchange for the 2014-2018 period and samples were taken using purposive sampling technique so that the research sample was 32 companies. The data is taken from Bank Indonesia (www.bi.go.id), Financial Fervices Authority (www.ojk.go.id) and the official website of the bank concerned. Based on the research results, (Non Performing Financing / NPF, GCG, Operations on Operating Income (BOPO) has an influence on temporary banking performance (Financing to Deposit Ratio / FDR), Net Operating Margin (NOM) and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) have no effect. on banking performance.

Abstract

Workers as the main actors of SMEs need to understand environmental management as an aspect in order to increase business productivity. Green Human Resource Management (Green HRM) is a tool that can be used to manage the SME workforce by involving environmental aspects. The purpose of this study is to determine the priority of Green HRM criteria for SMEs in Bandung Regency. It is hoped that by producing Green HRM criteria for SMEs and the level of importance for each criterion, strategic steps can be formulated in optimizing Green HRM for SMEs in Bandung Regency. In this research, the research method used is descriptive qualitative method. The method of data collection is done by using a questionnaire with a scale of comparison, interviews and field observations. The data analysis technique was performed using analytical hierarchy process (AHP). The results showed that the implementation of green HRM in SMEs was carried out in an organized manner starting from the recruitment process, selection, training and development, performance evaluation, awards, job descriptions of the workforce and workforce management based on the green concept. Among these processes, the training and development process has the highest weight, which shows it is the most important process in implementing green HRM in SMEs. job description of manpower and manpower management which is based on the green concept.
