Abstract

Pusat Layanan Kesehatan (Puslakes) merupakan institusi pelaksana teknis layanan kesehatan primer terdepan dalam mendukung kinerja seluruh civitas academica Unnes, kunjungan mahasiswa ke Puslakes pada tahun 2014 sebanyak 2.062 kunjungan, tahun 2015 menjadi 1.529 kunjungan, dan tahun 2016 hanya 1.315 kunjungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan di Puslakes Unnes. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional, menggunakan rancangan Cross Sectional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dan sampel adalah seluruh mahasiswa aktif S1 Unnes. Jumlah sampel 380 responden, teknik pengambilan sampel adalah Quota Sampling. Pengambilan data dilakukan secara wawancara menggunakan kuesioner. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji regresi logistik berganda. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan pengetahuan mahasiswa tentang Puslakes (p=0,000), sikap (p=0,006), kemudahan informasi (p=0,000), persepsi kebutuhan (p=0,030;), dan kepercayaan terhadap penyakit (p=0,007) mempengaruhi pemanfaatan Puslakes. Variabel aksesbilitas diketahui tidak berpengaruh terhadap pemanfaatan Puslakes (p=0,621), sedangkan persepsi jaminan kesehatan mahasiswa diketahui tidak bermakna secara signifikan (p=0,215) sehingga tidak masuk ke dalam model multivariat. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan kepercayaan terhadap penyakit menjadi faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi pemanfaatan Puslakes. Kata kunci: Pemanfaatan, Puslakes, Unnes Pusat Layanan Kesehatan (Puslakes) is health care services that support civitas academica of Unnes, student visits to Puslakes in 2014 are 2.062, in 2015 are 1.529, and in 2016 only 1.315 visits. The study aimed to determine factor affecting utilization of puslakes. This study using cross-sectional design. Population and sample is S1 students are active in Unnes. Number of samples 380 respondents, the sampling technique is quota sampling. Data was collected using questionnaire. Analyzed using binary logistic regression. The result showed students knowledge about Puslakes (p=0,000), attitude (p=0,006), ease of information (p=0,000), perception of need (p=0,030), belief in disease (p=0,007) are affected utilization of Puslakes. Variable of accessibility is known have no effect on utilization of Puslakes (p=0,621), while the student perception of health insurance is not significantly (p=0,215) so it does not enter into multivariate model. This study concludes that belief in disease becomes the dominant factor that affecting the utilization of Puslakes. Keywords: Utilization, Puslakes,Unnes

Abstract

AbstractIntegrated education is basically organizing education that includes elementary, junior high, high school in 1 integrated management. The integration in question is that it can be physically or managementally.This study aims to obtain information about the management of one-roof schools in improving the quality of education in each school managed by Al-Mumtaz Pontianak, including planning, organizing, directing and supervising.. Selected informants are informants who can provide information needed in research. Checking the validity of the findings is done by member checking and triangulation. Analysis of the data used is the analysis of the description of the Miles Huberman model.The results of the study can be concluded as follows: (1) school management in integrated planning has been implemented well in making the vision, mission, goals and programs of the school has been going well (2) school management in integrated organizing is appropriate where in making and running the program in accordance with the capabilities of employees (3) management in integrated speech has been carried out in formulating goals, analyzing the potential of the school, providing motivation and appreciation to educators, and trying to create a conducive school environment (4) management in integrated supervision is where it has been implemented well .Keywords: Management, One-Stop School
