Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic that has plagued since 2020 has changed the behavior of the world community and is no exception in Indonesia including in this Tualang village by carrying out health protocons by increasing its role and vigilance in anticipating the transmission of the Covid 19 virus in the community of Tualang Village in public places and facilities so as to help minimize the impact. caused by Covid 19. can be developed by each party in accordance with regional characteristics by familiarizing and routine Berwudhuk is an alternative in preventing this virus. The method used is a research and development method in English called Research and Development. Is Research And Development. This research begins with the potential and problems in the New Order period to reduce the risk of transmission of covid 19 in Tualang Village. The analysis carried out in this study using the Analysis is descriptive qualitative. This research will focus on improving the product by testing it to experts and practical to get the conclusions from the results of this research. The results of the study can be argued that: the emergence of Covid 19 in early 2020 causes serious problems, not a few of this virus causes death. done to prevent this deadly virus. For Muslims every time they carry out prayers are required to perform ablution. Regular ablution or at least the fardu prayer five times and the midnight and duha circumcision prayers which have been used as guidelines in the life of the people of Tualang Village are the Law As Tool of Social Engineering means that people must act in accordance with what is required by the norms so that people must comply and apply these norms to prevent Covid-19. The activity of washing hands and other members is a minimum of seven times. However, if Muslims are able to maintain wudh uknya is believed to be able to help prevent this covid -19 virus. Therefore, for the Talang community, Tawadhu in carrying out routine ablution-related activities is a condition of every human being to submit to Allah SWT with sincere intentions wholeheartedly to avoid the Covid -19 pandemic.

Abstract

Pendidikan tentang kesadaran hukum hendaknya diberikan secara formal di sekolah maupun non formal di luar sekolah bagi masyarakat luas. Harus ditanamkan kepada masyarakat bagaimana menjadi warganegara yang sadar akan hukum, sehingga masyarakat mengetahui hak dan kewajibannya sebagai warganegara Indonesia yang baik.Seiring dengan perkembangan tehnologi komunikasi sering masarakat terjerat dengan hukum akibat ketidak tauan tentang undang-undang no. 16 tahun 2019 tentang informasi dan transaksi elektronik (ITE). Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan di Desa Ara Condong  Kecamatan Stabat, Kaupaten langkat. Mitra pada kegiatan ini adalah masyarakat sekitar yang berpartipasi mengikuti kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilaksanakan oleh dosen / staf pengajar serta melibatkan mahasiswa/i Universitas Muslim Nusantara Al Washliyah. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini berupa sosialisasi, penyuluhan dengan memberikan pengetahuan tentang hukum, perundang-undangan, sanksi hukum dan penerapannya serta melakukan diskusi interaktif dan juga konsultasi hukum, yang nantinya dapat membuka pemahaman masyarakat akan sadar hukum.

Abstract

Zina is an illegal sexual relationship carried out by a man and a woman outside the marriage bond. The prohibition of adultery, both contained in the Qur'an and hadith, in addition to enjoining good and evil, is also intended to maintain offspring and/or honor. Humans were created by Allah SWT as cultural creatures (civilized). As a cultured creature, the biological impulses of humans are arranged in such a way with various living institutions. Even though humans are biological creatures, human sex life is different from animal sex behavior. The definition of adultery according to Islamic law is different from the meaning of adultery (overspel/adultery) in the Indonesian Criminal Code, or adultery in the Pakistan Criminal Code and the Indian Criminal Code. One of the primary objectives of Islamic law, (maqosid al-Shariah) is to protect offspring, human honor and human existence. It is not easy to prove the occurrence of adultery. To accuse someone of adultery requires at least four witnesses who saw the act. (Surat an-Nuur verse 4). In order to impose sanctions/criminal stoning (Sura An-Nuur verse 2-3) and (Sura An-Nissa verse 15) according to the principle of Legi a posterior derogat legi a priori, the punishment for stoning in the hadith has been included by Surah An-Nuur verse 2-3 and Surah An-Nissa verse 15. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method, with the aim of providing an overview and knowledge to the Muslim community in the village of Bandar Sinembah, Tanjung Morawa. Before the research was conducted, it was found that the people in the village of Bandar Sinembah, Tanjung Morawa, which consisted of multi-ethnic groups did not fully understand the meaning of adultery according to Islamic teachings due to their low and lack of knowledge about the religion of Islam. After doing research and approaches, the village of Bandar Sinembah has begun to understand the meaning of adultery according to Islamic teachings, and now slowly they have left this bad habit.

Abstract

Banyak program yang dilaksanakan, program-program tersebut meliputi kegiatan mengajar (les suka rela), mengajar mengaji, pemeliharaan lingkungan, sosialisasi pemutusan mata rantai covid-19, olahraga, gerakan kreatifitas anak, pemeliharaan masjid, pembagian masker, ikut serta dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan posyandu dan perpisahan desa. Selama kurang lebih 1 bulan, program-program tersebut dapat terlaksana dengan baik dan dapat diterima oleh masyarakat. Mahasiswa dituntut untuk melaksanakan pendataan letak geografis, batasan wilayah dan luas wilayah dan topografi, pendataan keadaan penduduk menurut jenis kelamin, pendataan penduduk menurut pendidikan, pendataan penduduk menurut agama, pendataan penduduk menurut etnis, pendataan penduduk menurut mata pencaharian, analisis keadaan ekonomi masyarakat desa, pendataan sarana dan prasarana desa / lokasi KKN untuk itu perlu adanya laporan ini agar kita tahu hal hal apa saja yang telah kita lakukan selama pelaksanaan KKN (kelompok) belajar peduli covid 19 dalam proses kegiatan KKN (kelompok) belajar peduli Covid 19,  sarana dan prasarana cukup memeadai namun ada hal hal yang menjadi faktor penunjang dan penghambat sehingga dapat mememxcahkan masalah yang nanti nya terjadi. Untuk itu diharapkan kerja sama antara pihak perangkat desa dan masyarakat bersangkutan.
