Abstract

The provision of credit provides many opportunities for job creation, because credit has provided an opportunity for the community to develop a business that is offered. In the current state of the covid-19 pandemic, in banking, many loans are categorized as credit due to the impact of the covid-19 pandemic. This is due to the widespread decline in the ability to pay debtors to banks, from the decline or inability of debtors to pay. The purposes of this study are to reveal the application of credit restructuring due to the COVID-19 pandemic at BPR Kanti Batubulan and the legal consequences of implementing credit restructuring due to the COVID-19 pandemic at BPR Kanti Batubulan. The method used in this research is empirical legal research with a conceptual and sociological case approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation and interviews. The sources of legal materials used are secondary and primary legal sources which are presented qualitatively. The results of this study show that the level of effectiveness of Credit Restructuring due to the COVID-19 pandemic at BPR Kanti Batubulan is quite effective, this is evidenced by a decrease in the number of credit restructurings impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic from 2020 to 2021.

Abstract

Bali adalah pariwisata berdasarkan pariwisata budaya Bali yang berlandaskan atas ajaran-ajaran Agama Hindu. Belum adanya regulasi lengkap dan komprehensif dalam mengatur wisata spiritual di bali yang dapat memberikan perlindungan terhadap objek-objek wisata spiritual menempatkan Desa Adat di Bali dan Hukum Adat Bali sebagai garda terdepan dalam perlindungan pelestarian nilai-nilai budaya, adat istiadat, agama, dan lingkungan desa adat setempat. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian hukum empiris. Pendekatan yang digunakan untuk memecah permasalahan pada penelitian ini yaitu Pendekatan perundang-undangan (The statue approach), Pendekatan Budaya(The Culture Approach), dan Pendekatan Konseptual (The Conceptual Approach). Peran Desa Adat Sangeh adalah sebagai main character dalam pengembangan wisata spiritual di daya tarik wisata pancoran solas taman mumbul sehingga perannya sangat strategis untuk mempromosikan dan menata kelola objek wisata tersebut guna untuk meningkatkan perekonomian desa, disamping itu desa adat sangeh juga harus berperan aktif untuk menjaga kelestarian nilai-nilai budaya, adat istiadat, serta agama disamping. Sedangkan, peran hukum adat dalam pengembangan wisata spiritual di daya tarik wisata Pancoran Solas Taman Mumbul adalah sebagai pengendali arus pariwisata. hukum adat yang dijawantahkan dalam bentuk awig-awig desa adat dan pararem memberikan rasa kepastian hukum dalam bersikap dan bertindak, disamping itu juga dapat untuk melestarikan kesakralan dan kelestarian budaya dan alam tempat wisata spiritual.

Abstract

Spiritual tourism is one proof that tourism developed in Bali is tourism based on Balinese cultural tourism which is based on the teachings of the Hindu religion. The absence of complete and comprehensive regulations in regulating spiritual tourism in Bali that can provide protection for spiritual tourism objects places Traditional Villages in Bali and Balinese Customary Law as the front guard in protecting the preservation of cultural values, customs, religion and the village environment. local customs. The research used is an empirical legal research method. The approaches used to solve the problems in this research are the statutory approach (The statue approach), the Cultural Approach (The Culture Approach), and the Conceptual Approach (The Conceptual Approach). The role of the Sangeh Traditional Village is as the main character in developing spiritual tourism at the Pancoran Solas Taman Mumbul tourist attraction so its role is very strategic in promoting and managing the tourist attraction in order to improve the village economy, besides that the Sangeh Traditional Village must also play an active role in maintaining its sustainability. cultural values, customs and religion besides. Meanwhile, the role of customary law in developing spiritual tourism at the Pancoran Solas Taman Mumbul tourist attraction is as a controller of tourism flows. Customary law which is embodied in the form of traditional village awig-awig and pararem provides a sense of legal certainty in attitudes and actions, besides that it can also preserve the sacredness and preservation of the culture and nature of spiritual tourist attractions
