Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi adanya amanat regulasi yaitu Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Pasuruan Nomor 22 Tahun 2012 tentang Sistem Penyelenggaraan Ketenagakerjaan di Kabupaten Pasuruan, khususnya kesempatan kerja dan penyerapan tenaga kerja industri dari masyarakat lokal atau masyarakat sekitar dimana industri itu berada. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, dimana data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara dan pengumpulan dokumen. Kemudian dianalisa dengan model interaktif. Untuk lebih menguatkan hasil penelitian ini digunakan model triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa kondisi ketenagakerjaan terkait kesempatan kerja yaitu masyarakat lokal atau masyarakat sekitar industri berdomisili memiliki kesempatan kerja sebesar 65,53% memiliki kesempatan/ peluang kerja. Sedangkan kondisi ketenagakerjaan, khususnya penyerapan tenaga kerja yaitu masyarakat lokal atau masyarakat sekitar industri berdomisili memiliki kesempatan kerja sebesar 20,80% terserap atau memenuhi permintaan tenaga kerja industri. Kata Kunci: Ketenagakerjaan, Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja Industri Abstract: This research is motivated by a regulatory mandate, namely the Pasuruan Regency Regional Regulation Number 22 of 2012 concerning the Manpower Implementation System in Pasuruan Regency, in particular employment opportunities and absorption of industrial labor form local communities or local communinities where the industry is local. This research is a qualitative descriptive study, where data is collected through observation, interviews and document collection. then analyzed with an interactive model. To further strengthen the results of this study a triangulation model is used. The results of the study explained that the labor conditions related to job opportunities, namely local communities or communities around the industrial area where they are domiciled have a job opportunity of 65.53% have a job opportunity. Meanwhile, the employment conditions, in particular the absorption of labor, namely local communities or communities around the domiciled industry have a job opportunity of 20.80% absorbed or fulfilling the demand for industrial labor. Abstract

The hinterland region of Bromo mount has exotic and potential tourist nature and culture, both local and foreign. To increase the traveler efforts, regional travel, and massive income of the community, so the tourism perpetrators must have mastery in tourism communication skills. The purpose of this monitoring is to strengthen the communication skills ability as a community organizer (CO) approach. The subject is a youth community of tengger in tosari village. The assistance activities are carried out in the program varieties to increase the knowledge skills capacity by recognizing the potential and problem solver in facing guide tourism improvement program of quality system management. Besides that, this assistance community is also carried out to realize the quality of building a partnership with stakeholders both government, private sector, educational institutions and local community groups as tourism actors such as tourism awareness group (POKDARWIS), youth organization, community information groups (KIM), and so on. The result shows an increasing knowledge and skills of tengger youth tribe in doing media working such as journalism, photography and videography, and tourism public relations.
