Abstract

This study aims to interpret and interpret the value of the satlogy of santri, which is believed and interpreted as a social magnet so that it can influence individual social behavior and actions, thus the value above is a social capital for pesantren in building an inclusive Islamic education paradigm. Inclusive Islamic education is basically a holistic expression of the struggles and clashes of local wisdom built on the basis of the Qur'an and al-Hadith. Thus, observing the condition of Islamic education in Indonesia for its various problems and challenges of course requires a new breakthrough in building a more open or inclusive Islamic education, by making the local wisdom of the santri satlogy as the main force to build and influence individual social thought and action, so that it can produce graduates who are competent. have an open mind, be able to respect differences and create social harmonization, in accordance with social conditions and national identity, by prioritizing mutual respect for differences, maintaining harmony in life based on the value system, as a reference as well as the main controller and mind-set of Islamic education future.

Abstract

Masa khalifah Umar bin Khattab sebagai lembaran kisah yang paling bercahaya dari kisah Islam yang menyoroti serta melampaui setiap kisah . Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peradaban Islam pada masa Umar bin Khattab, bagaimana sistem administrasi lembaga keuangan Negara. Agar dapat menjadi acuan maupun pedoman bagi pemimpin masa kini. Adapun jenis penelitian ini bersifat literatur, termasuk jenis penelitian kajian pustaka (library research). Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam mengumpulkan informasi dan data secara mendalam melalui berbagai literatur. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah sumber data primer dan sumber data sekunder. Sumber data primer adalah rujukan data utama dalam penelitian ini yaitu Buku Biografi Umar bin Al-Khathab karangan Prof. Dr. Ali Muhammad Ash-Shallabi. Sedangkan sumber data sekunder merupakan referensi pelengkap sekaligus sebagai data pendukung terhadap sumber data primer. Umar bin Khattab mulai mencermati harta kekayaan Negara yang sumber penghasilannya mulai meningkat semakin pesat . Umar bin Khattab mulai mengembangkan sistem keuangan Negara , baik dari aspek sumber pendapatan, pembelanjaan atau urutan orang-orang yang mempunyai hak menerimanya dalam sistem administrasi. Dalam meningkatkan lembaga keuangan tersebut , Umar bin Khattab berupaya untuk senantiasa mengenakan ijtihad yang serupa dengan tujuan syariat islam serta kemaslahatan umat.

Abstract

The habitualization of local wisdom values (satlogi santri) is essentially inseparable from the ideas and thoughts of kiai on their understanding and interpretation of the Qur'an, and al-Hadith, as well as dialoguing with social realities in the community, both internal and external to the pesantren, thus the relationship then gives birth to a new culture which is then known as satlogi santri. The existence of local wisdom values is continuously maintained and transmitted in pesantren institutions, until finally it becomes part of the pesantren tradition and is used as social capital, thus the habitualization of local wisdom values above is then used as a core value in building moderate Islamic education, so that it can then influence the thinking and social behavior of individuals who can ultimately give birth to character, or attitudes of tawasuth, tawazun, tasāmuh, tahadhdhur, musawah, i'tidal, al-Islah, tathawur wa Ibtikar and shura, in accordance with the noble values of pesantren (tend to religious and moral values).
