Abstract

This qualitative research aimed to describe the efforts and obstacles of teachers in carrying out mathematics learning assessments during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research data were obtained from unstructured interviews with 10 middle school mathematics teachers spread across 4 districts in West Sulawesi Province. The results showed some of the efforts made by the teacher in conducting assessments, namely (1) for the cognitive domain, the teachers used several types of platforms, asked students to come to school by implementing health protocols, and used essay test form, (2) for the psychomotor domain, the teachers paid attention to students’ opinions/ comments during online learning and used performance task, and (3) for the affective domain it was done by observing students’ discipline both in collecting assignments and taking part in online learning. The obstacles faced include not all students submitting assignments and exams due to internet network problems and the emergence of teacher doubts about the originality of student work results. For psychomotor and affective assessments, teachers were very constrained because the majority of teachers only use non-video-based applications, while for psychomotor and affective assessments are usually carried out by observation.

Abstract

Abstract - Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Attaqwa 15 Babelan is an educational institution in the form of a foundation. Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Attaqwa 15 babelan was built in 1970, located in Babelan. In the process of determining the scholarship at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Attaqwa 15 Babelan there is no system that supports it so it is still done manually. This makes the scholarship determination process very slow and inaccurate. The purpose of this research is to build a Decision Support System for receiving scholarships quickly and accurately in determining the results. The method used is the SAW method to provide an alternative in determining the scholarship. The results of this study in determining the criteria at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Attaqwa 15 Babelan using 4 criteria, namely Parent's Income, Average Value of Report Cards, Parental Dependents and Absence. The Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method was chosen to assess and rank student achievement. From the test results it can be concluded that this method can be implemented for assessing student achievement for the provision of scholarships at MI Attaqwa 15 Babelan.Keywords: Decision Support System, scholarship award, SAW Abstrak - Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Attaqwa 15 Babelan merupakan salah satu lembaga pendidikan berbentuk yayasan. Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Attaqwa 15 Babelan dibangun sejak tahun 1970, terletak di Babelan. Dalam proses penentuan beasiswa di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Attaqwa 15 Babelan belum ada sistem yang mendukung sehingga masih dilakukan secara manual. Hal itu membuat proses penentuan beasiswa sangat lambat dan tidak akurat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk membangun sebuah Sistem Pendukung Keputusan penerimaan beasiswa secara cepat dan akurat dalam menentukan hasilnya. Metode yang digunakan adalah Metode SAW untuk memberikan alternatif dalam penentuan beasiswa. Hasil dari penelitian ini dalam penentuan kriteria di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Attaqwa 15 Babelan menggunakan 4 kriteria yaitu Penghasilan Orang Tua, Nilai Rata-rata Raport, Tanggungan Orang Tua dan Ketidak Hadiran. Metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) dipilih untuk melakukan penilaian dan perangkingan prestasi siswa. Dari hasil pengujian dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode ini dapat diimplementasikan untuk penilaian prestasi para siswa untuk pemberian beasiswa pada MI Attaqwa 15 Babelan.Kata Kunci: Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Pemberian Beasiswa, SAW
