Abstract

Uang Kuliah Tunggal (UKT) is a system that is applied in the financing of the lectures to be borne by the students of the State Universities which are under the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education (Kemenristek Dikti). Single tuition consists of seven groups, namely groups UKT 1 (one), the group of UKT 2 (two), a group of UKT 3 (three), the group of UKT 4 (four), the group of UKT 5 (five), the group of UKT 6 (six) and group 7 (seven), which nominal varies. In determining the provision of Single tuition fee (UKT) needed a System Supporting the Decision. In the determination of decisions, often appear subjective assessment of the decision makers, this can be an obstacle in the selection process because the results obtained are not the maximum. For it in build a system supporting the decision to utilize a method that is WASPAS. Methods WASPAS can be used to select the Student recipient of the Uang Kuliah Tunggal (UKT) criteria-the criteria that have been determined. The results obtained from this study is that there is one student with the highest value 10,88 ranked one, thus the student is entitled to receive a Uang Kuliah Tunggal (UKT)

Abstract

The ACC Tent Lubuklinggau tent rental system currently still uses the manual method of providing information on tent units for rent as well as the traditional payment system which is considered inefficient because there are still many errors and even misunderstandings in providing information on available tent units. Customers must come directly to the website because there is no information system that makes it easy for customers to find information on properties for rent, such as:  Description of the tent unit, rental rates, available unit inventory based on rental days, and regular rental and payment systems. Of course this makes it difficult for customers, especially if the customer comes from outside, it is very detrimental for the customer when he spends a lot of energy and time to come, but the tent he rents is not available. CRM (Customer Relationship Management) is a strategy to learn more about the needs and characteristics of customers while building closer relationships with customers. Therefore, to overcome the above problems, we need a mobile web-based rental application that uses a customer relationship management (CRM) methodology to assist consumers in finding information regarding tent unit descriptions, rental rates, and available unit inventory. rental days and make it easy for customers to rent and pay rent online. The results of this study are in the form of a mobile web application that contains information about tents such as prices, inventory and rental systems, as well as online rentals. This system was created to assist customers in finding information before renting and can also rent online without having to come directly to ACC Tenda Lubuklinggau

Abstract

The positive impact of advances in information technology has been felt through the various conveniences provided, maximizing every organizational activity. One example is the use of information technology, especially the use of the internet in government activities. It has become an electronic information medium that plays an important role in improving services to the community. Information technology, as a means of managing data, enables government agencies and organizations to achieve their goals more efficiently. Good use of information technology can provide better services for the problems faced by private companies and government agencies.E-Commerce, as a form of online marketing and sales, has become a relevant strategy for every business. DefinitionE-commerce is the process of buying and selling transactions via the internet, with the website as the main platform for carrying out the process. Businesses such as Toko Ratna Siahan, which sells household appliances, electronics and kitchen equipment, are lookingE-Commerce as an attraction because it can provide better information. Even though Toko Ratna Siahan has superior products in kitchen equipment, consumer demand continues to increase. To overcome this challenge, Toko Ratna Siahan needs to innovate. However, the sales transaction system which is still manual is an obstacle, including the lack of storage and processing of sales transaction data, promotions which are still traditional in nature, and the absence of online sales. To overcome this problem, system implementation is neededE-Commerce. This system will provide comprehensive information about the goods being sold and enable direct sales transaction processes. The aim is to increase the effectiveness of the services provided by the Ratna Siahan Store and help maximize the marketing process and sales transactions, overcoming the obstacles faced by the store.
