Abstract

This student complaint system is a web-based system that helps Yadika Lubuklinggau Vocational High School students submit their complaints to the school. The challenge procedure is currently still manual. Students have to write complaints down on paper and then incorporate them into feedback, so this method is not efficient enough.Technology has become an important part of people's lives, especially in the world of education, this is triggered by the rapid development of technology.as technology advances.To overcome these problems, we need a website or technology that contains a collection of certain information pages that can be accessed easily by students anytime and anywhere so as not to interfere with the teaching and learning process. Created a system to design a web page system that can assist students in filing complaints. This program is based on PHP with the concept of MVC (Model View Controller), modeling of the proposed system, including diagramsuse case, scenariouse case, diagram activity, diagram sequence, diagram class, input and output plans. The design of this website uses the PHP programming language with the Laravel Framework programming language development method. Create a database with MySQL using XAMPP.The result of this research is to design a web-based complaint information system for Yadika Vocational High School students so that students can submit complaints outside of scheduled school hours. Abstract

The ACC Tent Lubuklinggau tent rental system currently still uses the manual method of providing information on tent units for rent as well as the traditional payment system which is considered inefficient because there are still many errors and even misunderstandings in providing information on available tent units. Customers must come directly to the website because there is no information system that makes it easy for customers to find information on properties for rent, such as:  Description of the tent unit, rental rates, available unit inventory based on rental days, and regular rental and payment systems. Of course this makes it difficult for customers, especially if the customer comes from outside, it is very detrimental for the customer when he spends a lot of energy and time to come, but the tent he rents is not available. CRM (Customer Relationship Management) is a strategy to learn more about the needs and characteristics of customers while building closer relationships with customers. Therefore, to overcome the above problems, we need a mobile web-based rental application that uses a customer relationship management (CRM) methodology to assist consumers in finding information regarding tent unit descriptions, rental rates, and available unit inventory. rental days and make it easy for customers to rent and pay rent online. The results of this study are in the form of a mobile web application that contains information about tents such as prices, inventory and rental systems, as well as online rentals. Abstract

The development of technology has had a huge impact on human life. One of these influences in the field of information is the use of computers as a useful medium for companies by trying to collect as much information as possible to get maximum profit. In addition, the use of database systems plays a very important role for data management and is needed in various aspects of life, both in education, business, banking, and others. Mars Mart stores currently sell baby supplies, which provide a variety of products. The pandemic period has greatly affected the sales process at Mars Mart Store. So that shop owners must be good at organizing merchandise so that it is easy to see and attract the attention of buyers. The effect of the pandemic is that the raw materials take a long time to sell so that within 1 year the goods that should have been sold become unsold and expired. It is hoped that the system for determining the layout of merchandise can help sellers to increase sales of these goods because the display of merchandise is in accordance with consumer purchasing patterns. The method used to solve existing problems is the Apriori algorithm has two main processes, namely merging (join) and pruning (prune). The join process is a process that combines each existing item with other items until no more combinations can be formed, and the result of this research is that there are 6 rule bases that exist

Abstract

The positive impact of advances in information technology has been felt through the various conveniences provided, maximizing every organizational activity. One example is the use of information technology, especially the use of the internet in government activities. It has become an electronic information medium that plays an important role in improving services to the community. Information technology, as a means of managing data, enables government agencies and organizations to achieve their goals more efficiently. Good use of information technology can provide better services for the problems faced by private companies and government agencies.E-Commerce, as a form of online marketing and sales, has become a relevant strategy for every business. DefinitionE-commerce is the process of buying and selling transactions via the internet, with the website as the main platform for carrying out the process. Businesses such as Toko Ratna Siahan, which sells household appliances, electronics and kitchen equipment, are lookingE-Commerce as an attraction because it can provide better information. Even though Toko Ratna Siahan has superior products in kitchen equipment, consumer demand continues to increase. To overcome this challenge, Toko Ratna Siahan needs to innovate. However, the sales transaction system which is still manual is an obstacle, including the lack of storage and processing of sales transaction data, promotions which are still traditional in nature, and the absence of online sales. To overcome this problem, system implementation is neededE-Commerce. This system will provide comprehensive information about the goods being sold and enable direct sales transaction processes. The aim is to increase the effectiveness of the services provided by the Ratna Siahan Store and help maximize the marketing process and sales transactions, overcoming the obstacles faced by the store.
