Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of time management and learning media on academic achievement of academic colleges 2018 State University of Medan. The research is an ex-post facto. The population in this study were all students of the 2018 Administration Education Study Program At The University Of Medan with a total 59 students. The sampling technique in this study used a total sampling technique with a sampleof 59 respondents. The data analysis technique used was normality, linearity test, multicolinearity test, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and to test hypothesis used the T test, this test was carried out to measure the effect partially,whle to measure the effect simultaneously the F test was used. There is a positive and significant influence between time management on academic achievement of students of the 2018 Economic Administration Education Study Program At A State University.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penguatan kompetensi Abad 21 (berpikir kritis, kreativitas, kolaborasi, komunikasi, dan literasi digital) menjadi tuntutan utama pendidikan tinggi, namun pembelajaran di Program Studi Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran masih bersifat konvensional dan belum mengintegrasikan Artificial Intelligence (AI) secara optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan Model Pembelajaran Integratif Berbasis Artificial Intelligence yang valid, praktis, dan efektif untuk memperkuat kompetensi Abad 21 mahasiswa. Penelitian menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE yang meliputi tahap analisis, perancangan, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Subjek penelitian adalah 120 mahasiswa yang terbagi dalam kelas eksperimen dan kontrol. Pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, angket, serta pre-test dan post-test. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif, uji N-Gain, dan uji t-test. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan Model AI-DALM (AI-Integrated Dynamic Archive Learning Model) dengan sintaks lima tahapan: eksplorasi konsep, simulasi dan pemodelan, kolaborasi dan produksi, presentasi dan umpan balik, serta refleksi dan evaluasi. Model dinyatakan sangat valid (88,7%) dan sangat praktis (92%). Model terbukti efektif memperkuat kompetensi Abad 21 dengan N-Gain rata-rata 0,67 (p < 0,05) dan meningkatkan hasil belajar dengan N-Gain 0,71 serta kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 68,4%. Kesimpulannya, Model Pembelajaran Integratif Berbasis Artificial Intelligence yang dikembangkan valid, praktis, dan efektif dalam memperkuat kompetensi Abad 21 serta meningkatkan hasil belajar mahasiswa Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran. Model ini berkontribusi nyata bagi pengembangan pembelajaran berbasis AI di pendidikan tinggi.   Kata Kunci: Model pembelajaran integratif; Artificial Intelligence; kompetensi Abad 21; Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran; AI-DALM; ADDIE

Abstract

Archive literacy is an essential competency in supporting effective information management in various fields, including education. However, the low level of archive literacy among teachers and students is one of the main challenges in document management in vocational high school, including at SMK N1 Kisaran. This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of archival training in improving archive literacy in teachers and students. The research used a quantitative method with a pre-test and post-test design, involving 30 participants consisting of teachers and students. The training included theory and practice sessions on manual and digital archive management. The results of the research showed a significant increase in participants' archive literacy, both in terms of knowledge, skills, and attitudes towards archive management. The average archive literacy score increased by 35% after the training. In addition, this training also succeeded in increasing awareness of the importance of systematic archive management to support work efficiency and fluency of school administration. This research concludes that archival training is an effective strategy to improve archival literacy, especially in vocational education environments. Recommendations include the development of more comprehensive and sustainable training programs to support the needs of archival literacy in the school.
