Abstract

In the reality of life, management accounting has many variables related to social aspects through the basic assumptions of behavior by looking at the Islamic world. The purpose of this study is to make a construction of Islamic management accounting with the social aspects of Muslim behavior. This research is literature research. The principle used in this discussion is to "fix old things that are good and make new things that are better". Management accounting should ideally be built and practiced based on social values so that the information transmitted is also social. In the end, economic decisions are taken by top management and middle management based on social assessments that encourage the creation of economic and business realities that lead to prosperity in justice and prosperity.

Abstract

Da'i competence is demanded to be ready in everything. The da’i has an obligation to translate Islamic materials to the congregation properly. Recently, the tendency of a da’i to deliver da’wa material tends to be divided. Some offer peace, comfort, tranquility (rohmatal lil ‘alamien). But some others offer hatred, violence, fear, worry and so on. This kind of da'wa model indicates a serious problem with the da’i, namely "Arrogance in Da'wa". This research is a qualitative research using literature approach. Data sources consist of primary sources, namely Surat Al-Hasr: 18. While secondary sources are documents / literature, notes or other studies related to the research object. The results of the study stated that based on the analysis of Surat Al-Hasr Verse 18 that a da’i minimizes arrogance by understanding the contents of this Surat Al-Hasr 18. Da'i criteria contained in the content of the verse are sincere intentions, optimal endeavors, resignation and sincerity. These four things must be perfected through attitudes of technology and information alignment. A da’i is not only great in science but also adaptive to development. Accompanied by a comprehensive understanding of da’wa both personal da'i, da'i knowledge and an adaptive attitude based on the understanding of Islamic da’wa management, the objectives of da’wa will be achieved. Arrogance can be suppressed to a minimum and material will be more effectively accepted by the public. Kompetensi da’i dituntut untuk selalu siap dalam segala hal. Da’i memiliki kewajiban untuk menerjemahkan materi-materi keIslaman kepada jama’ah dengan baik dan benar. Kecenderungan seorang da’i dalam menyampaikan materi dakwahnya saat ini cenderung terbelah. Sebagian menawarkan kedamaian, kenyamanan, kesentosaan (rohmatal lil alamien). Namun sebagian yang lain menawarkan kebencian, keberingasan, katakutan dan kehawatiran dan-lain-lain. Model dakwah semacam ini mengindikasikan adanya persolan serius pada diri da’i yaitu “Arogansi dalam berdakwah”. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan Pustaka. Sumber data terdiri dari sumber primer yaitu Surat Al-Hasr Ayat 18. Sedangkan Sumber sekunder adalah dokumen/pustaka, catatan atau peneiltian lain yang terkait dengan objek penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan analisis Surat Al-Hasr Ayat 18 bahwa seorang da’i meminimalisasi arogansi dengan memahami kandungan Surat Al-Hasr 18 ini. criteria da’i yang ada dalam kandungan ayat tersebut adalah niat yang tulus, usaha yang optimal, tawakal dan ikhlas. keempat hal tersebut harus disempurnakan melalui sikap penyelarasan teknologi dan informasi. Seorang da’i tidak hanya kuat keilmuannya, namun juga adaptif dengan perkembangan. Dengan dibarengi pemahaman da’i yang komprehensif baik personal da’i, keilmuan da’i dan sikap adaptif da’i yang berdasarkan pada pemahaman manajemen dakwah yang Islami maka tujuan dakwah akan tercapai. Arogansi bisa di tekan seminimal mungkin dan materi dakwah akan semakin efektif diterima masyarakat.

Abstract

Islamic boarding school institution is one of the oldest institutions in Indonesia, but its development is slower when it’s compared to other institutions. Researcher felt the need to analyze about the influence of organizational development, leadership and communication toward employee motivation, commitment and the implications for boarding school teachers in Cilacap. To test the model and hypotheses, researcher used analysis of Structural Equation Model (SEM). Furthermore, to estimate the model, the author used the program Analysis of Moment Structures (AMOS). Based on the research of 371 respondents from Islamic boarding school teachers in Cilacap regency, it could be concluded that (1) organizational development, leadership and organizational communication give positive and significant impact on work motivation, either partially or simultaneously, (2) organizational development, leadership, organizational communication and work motivation give positive and significant impact on the commitment of Islamic boarding school teachers, either partially or simultaneously. Results of this study recommend that the commitment of Islamic boarding school teachers can be improved by motivating teachers in internal dimensions, especially those associated with the indicator in the form of an appreciation of science / diploma.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to determine the internal factors and external factors that influence the success of Micro and Small Medium Enterprises’s business performance of leading products in Central Java. Respondents in this study were 181 MSMEs delivered from various regencies in Central Java Province. Methodology: Hypothesis testing conducted by performing multiple linear regression tests with SPSS 25 for windows. Main Findings: The results of the study showed that internal factors: human resources, the use of accounting information and the use of information technology had a significant positive effect on the success of business performance and external factors which are government support and the business climate also had a significant positive effect on the success of business performance. Implication: The future studies could be more specialized in the types of MSMEs such as: business food, batik or handicraft so that the research results can be compared. Further research can also add both internal or external variables such as owner knowledge, business age, business scale or competitiveness. Future studies can also use other variables as moderating or intervening variables. Abstract

Qur'an is the answer and the solution of any problems existing in this Earth, including the answers and solutions toward understanding the field of management. Understanding Islamic managements can be conducted by implementing various approaches of interpretation (tafsir). One of the approaches is the methodological interpretation approach. This approach emphasizes on understanding “lafdzi” and “maknawi”. Therefore, it is so rare or even there is no formula or method of management science has been found yet. This research elaborates new insight about understanding Islam through methodological interpretation approach by explaining some aspects that consist of: (a) communication, (b) minimal parameter, (c) leadership, (d) progressive, and (e) problem solving.
