Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas kehidupan kerja dan komitmen organisasional terhadap kinerja tenaga pendidik dengan kepemimpinan transformasional sebagai variabel moderasi. Populasi dari penelitian adalah tenaga pendidik Akpol Semarang yang berjumlah 307 orang. Sampelnya diambil dari anggota tenaga pendidik Akpol Semarang sebanyak 174 orang dengan tehnik sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa kualitas kehidupan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja tenaga pendidik. Komitmen organisasional berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja tenaga pendidik. Kepemimpinan transformasional memoderasi positif pengaruh kualitas kehidupan kerja terhadap kinerja terbukti. Kepemimpinan transformasional memoderasi positif pengaruh komitmen terhadap kinerja tenaga pendidik. Kepemimpinan transformasional dalam penelitian ini sebagai variabel moderasi yang digunakan untuk menjembatani antara komitmen organisasional terhadap kinerja tenaga pendidik. Secara empirik ditemukan bahwa variabel komitmen organisasional terhadap kinerja tenaga pendidik dengan kepemimpinan transformasional sebagai variabel moderasi. Kata kunci: Kualitas kehidupan kerja, komitmen organisasional, kinerja, kepemimpinan transformasional ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of quality of work life and organizational commitment to the performance of educators with transformational leadership as a moderation variable. The population of the research is educators Police  Academy Semarang numbering 307 people. The sample is taken from members of educators Police  Academy as many as 174 people with sampling techniques. The results of this study found that the quality of work life has a positive effect on the performance of educators. Organizational commitment has a positive effect on the performance of educators. Transformational leadership moderates positively the impact of quality of work life on proven performance. Transformational leadership moderates positively the influence of commitment to the performance of educators. Transformational leadership in this study as a moderating variable used to bridge the organizational commitment to the performance of educators. Empirically it is found that organizational commitment variable to educator performance with transformational leadership as moderation variable. ` Keywords: quality of work life, organizational commitment, performance, transformational leadership

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of product quality, price and after-sales service on purchasing decisions at PT Yamaha Indonesia Motor MFG Semarang Branch. The population in this research is an unlimited number of buyers of Yamaha motorcycles in the city of Semarang. The sample is 100 respondents with Accidental Sampling techniques. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Variation of variables Purchase decisions can be explained by variable product quality, price and after-sales service of 92.3%. Based on the hypothesis test (H1), hypothesis (H2) and hypothesis (H3) obtained t count > t table = 1.661 with a significant number < = 0.05 (significant), so that the three hypotheses are proven. While the results of the multiple regression analysis are derived from the equation Y = 0.351 X1 + 0.310 X2 + 0.335 X3. Regression coefficients X1, X2 and X3 are all positive, this proves that there is a positive influence of the variables Product quality, price and after-sales service to the extent of buying a Yamaha motorcycle in the city of Semarang. Keywords: Product Quality, Price, After-sale Service and Purchasing Decision ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk, harga, dan pelayanan purna jual terhadap keputusan pembelian pada PT Yamaha Indonesia Motor MFG Cabang Semarang. Populasi dalam peneltian ini adalah seluruh pembeli sepeda motor Yamaha dikota Semarang yang jumlahnya tidak terhingga. Adapun sampel sebanyak 100 responden dengan teknik Accidental Sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Linear berganda.Variasi variable Keputusan pembelian dapat dijelaskan oleh variable kualitas produk,harga dan pelayanan purnajual sebesar 92,3%. Berdasarkan Uji hipotesis (H1), hipotesis (H2) dan hipotesis (H3) diperoleh t hitung > t tabel =1,661 dengan angka signifikan < = 0,05 (signifikan), sehingga ketiga hipotesis tersebut terbukti. Sementara itu hasil dari analisis Regresi berganda diperoleh persamaan Y = 0,351 X1 +0,310 X2 + 0,335 X3. Koefisien regresi X1, X2 dan X3 semua bertanda positif,hal ini membuktikan adanya pengaruh yang positif dari variabel Kualitas produk, Harga, dan Pelayanan purna jual terhadap keputuasan Pembelian sepeda motor Yamaha di Kota Semarang. Kata Kunci : Kualitas Produk, Harga, Pelayanan purnajual dan Keputusan pembelian

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of organizational culture and career development on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. The population of all Semarang City Land Office employees, totaling 112 people, uses the census method. questionnaires were processed as many as 104 respondents. The data analysis method uses regression analysis. The test results show that organizational culture has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, meaning that the better the organizational culture, the higher job satisfaction. The development of kerier has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, which means that the better the development of kerier, the higher job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on employee performance, it can be interpreted the higher job satisfaction the better employee performance. Organizational culture has a significant positive effect on employee performance, it can be interpreted the better the organizational culture, the better the performance of employees. The development of kerier has a significant positive effect on employee performance. It can be interpreted that the better the development of kerier, the better the performance of employees. Sobel test results, found job satisfaction mediates organizational culture on employee performance. This proves job satisfaction as a mediating variable of organizational culture on employee performance. Job satisfaction mediates the development of kerier on employee performance. This proves job satisfaction as a mediating variable of developing the performance of employees. Keywords: Organizational culture, career development, job satisfaction, employee performance. ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi dan pengembangan karier terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Populasinya seluruh pegawai Kantor Pertanahan Kota Semarang yang berjumlah 112 orang menggunakan metode sensus. kuesioner yang diolah sebanyak 104 responden. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi. Hasil pengujian menunjukan budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kepuasan kerja, dapat diartikan semakin baik budaya organisasi maka semakin tinggi kepuasan kerja. Pengembangan kerier berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kepuasan kerja, dapat diartikan semakin baik pengembangan kerier yang dilakukan maka semakin tinggi kepuasan kerja. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerja pegawai, dapat diartikan semakin tinggi kepuasan kerja maka semakin baik kinerja pegawai. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerja pegawai, dapat diartikan semakin baik budaya organisasi maka semakin baik kinerja pegawai. Pengembangan kerier berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerja pegawai dapat diartikan semakin baik pengembangan kerier yang dilakukan maka semakin baik kinerja pegawai. Hasil uji Sobel, menemukan kepuasan kerja memediasi budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hal ini membuktikan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi dari budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kepuasan kerja memediasi pengembangan kerier terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hal ini membuktikan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi dari pengembangan kerier terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kata kunci: Budaya organisasi, pengembangan karier, kepuasan kerja, kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of organizational justice and teamwork on employee performance with organizational commitment as a mediating variable. The population of this study were all employees of the Semarang City Land Office, totaling 99 people. The number of samples taken by all members of the population by the census method. Methods of data analysis using regression analysis and data processing using SPSS. The results of hypothesis testing show that organizational justice has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment, Teamwork has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment. Organizational commitment has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Organizational justice has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Teamwork has a significant positive effect on employee performance. The results of the analysis of mediating variables using the Sobel test, found organizational commitment to mediate the effect of organizational justice on employee performance. Abstract

Managing human resources optimally, in this case employees in an organization, both non-governmental organizations and governmental organizations, is very important in conditions with an increasingly high level of competition. Employees needed at this time are those who have the attitude to carry out their duties and responsibilities properly, so that the goals to be achieved can be realized. Various problems that are currently being faced require companies/organizations to find solutions that are fast, precise, and accurate, especially problems related to human resources in companies/organizations. In this condition, it cannot be denied that labor or employees are the lifeblood and the most important element that is needed by the company/organization, without employees it is difficult to achieve the desired goals. Sutrisno (2012) that the biggest real threat to economic stability is a workforce that is not ready to face the challenges and changes that are happening around it. Thus, efforts are needed to be able to create and form employees who have a loyal attitude towards work, have creativity, are able to demonstrate work innovation, have forward orientation, and have the ability to think critically.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze "The Influence of Leadership Style, Workload, and Incentives on Employee Performance at CV Gemilang Abadi Semarang." Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The sampling technique used random sampling technique. A sample of 82 respondents were employees at CV Gemilang Abadi Semarang. Based on the results of the study, leadership style has a positive effect on employee performance. This is shown by the value of t count is greater than t table, namely 3.632 > 1.664, with a sig value. of 0.001 <0.05. Leadership style (β1) has a positive sign of 0.266 which means that the better the leadership style, the higher the employee performance. Thus it can be concluded that H1 is accepted, so the hypothesis stating that leadership style has a positive effect on employee performance is proven. Workload has a positive effect on employee performance. This is shown by the t-value that is greater than the t-table, namely 3.941 > 1.664, with a sig. By 0.000 > 0.05. Workload (β2) has a positive sign of 0.295 which means that the more appropriate the workload is, the better the employee's performance. Thus it can be concluded that H2 is accepted, so the hypothesis stating that workload has a positive effect on employee performance is proven. Incentives have a positive effect on employee performance. This is shown by the greater t-count value of t-table, namely 8.699 > 1.664, with a sig. 0.000 < 0.05. Incentives (β3) have a positive sign of 0.590 which means that the higher the incentives given, the higher the employee's performance. Thus it can be concluded that H3 is accepted, so the hypothesis stating that incentives have a positive effect on employee performance is proven.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work ability, incentives, and work discipline on work productivity at PT. Nayati Indonesia Semarang. The population in this study were all production employees at PT. Nayati Indonesia Semarang. The sample used was 82 respondents with simple random sampling technique. The data used is primary data, with data collection techniques using interviews and questionnaires, and data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the value of the coefficient of determination was 0.685, meaning that the variables of work ability, incentives, and work discipline could explain the variation in work productivity variables of 68.5%. The results of hypothesis testing with the statistical t test show that (1) Work ability has a positive and significant effect on work productivity, (2) Incentives have a positive and significant effect on work productivity, and (3) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on work productivity.
