Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of organizational justice and teamwork on employee performance with organizational commitment as a mediating variable. The population of this study were all employees of the Semarang City Land Office, totaling 99 people. The number of samples taken by all members of the population by the census method. Methods of data analysis using regression analysis and data processing using SPSS. The results of hypothesis testing show that organizational justice has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment, Teamwork has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment. Organizational commitment has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Organizational justice has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Teamwork has a significant positive effect on employee performance. The results of the analysis of mediating variables using the Sobel test, found organizational commitment to mediate the effect of organizational justice on employee performance. Organizational commitment can mediate the effect of teamwork on employee performance. Keywords: organizational justice, teamwork, organizational commitment, employee performance AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh keadilan organisasi dan kerjasama tim terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel mediasi. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Kantor Pertanahan Kota Semarang yang berjumlah 99 orang. Adapun jumlah sampel yang diambil seluruh anggota populasi dengan metode sensus. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi dan pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukan keadilan organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, Kerjasama tim berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Keadilan organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kerjasama tim berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil analisis variabel mediasi menggunakan uji Sobel, menemukan komitmen organisasi dapat memediasi pengaruh keadilan organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Komitmen organisasi dapat memediasi pengaruh kerjasama tim terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kata kunci: keadilan organisasi, kerjasama tim, komitmen organisasi, kinerja pegawai
