Abstract

Tanaman obat adalah tanaman yang bisa dikonsumsi dalam berbagai bentuk, seperti bumbu dapur, sebagai bahan baku makanan dan minuman, obat tradisional dan kosmetik Tanaman obat dikategorikan sebagai tanaman Biofarmaka yang terdiri dari 9 tanaman rimpang dan 6 tanaman bukan rimpang. Permintaan tanaman obat biasanya berasal dari pasar dalam negeri dan pasar ekspor. tanaman obat yang diperdagangkan di Indonesia dapat dibedakan menjadi tanaman obat hasil budidaya dan tanaman obat hasil penambangan dari hutan. Berdasarkan data dari WITS permintaan terbesar untuk komoditas rimpang berasal dari lima negara, yaitu Jepang, Amerika Serikat, Belanda, Pakistan, dan Jerman. Kendala yang dihadapi dalam produksi tanaman obat yaitu sebagian besar tanaman bersifat alami dan belum bisa dibudidayakan karena dari aspek teknologi, kendala lainya adalah persaingan dengan komoditas tanaman pangan. Dari kendala yang ada dan permintaan pasar yang tinggi, Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah melakukan prediksi impor komoditas tanaman biomarfaka dengan menggunakan komparasi algoritma sehingga dapat diketahui hasil prediksi mana yang paling baik. Metode penelitian yang akan dilakukan dibagi menjadi beberapa bagian, yaitu pengumpulan data, prediksi dengan menggunakan 3 algoritma yaitu Naïve Bayes, SVM, dan Linear Regresi, tahap selanjutnya adalah validasi dan evaluasi model perbandingan dengan menggunakan t-test. Dari 3 algoritma yang dilakukan komparasi, algoritma yang menghasilkan nilai accuracy tinggi adalah SVM dengan nilai 93,3% dan nilai AUC adalah 1, memprediksi 3 jenis tanaman yang harus melakukan impor adalah jahe, temuireng dan dringo.

Abstract

Bhayangkara University implements an information system to assist its academic process, namely SIA (Academic Information System). The high level of usability in SIA affects the smooth running of the academic process. This research uses a combination of design thinking and system usability scale methods as an approach to increase usability in AIS applications. The results show that the SIA application has a high usability value with a B rating scale and the good acceptable category is pleasant for users. Recommendations for improvements based on the method used are increasing server capacity so that SIA can work more relevantly, and effectively, and can use last a long time

Abstract

Lecturer academic position or known as functional position is a criterion to measure the quality of higher education lecturers. Functional positions are also a form of performance performance for lecturers to be more measurable. Currently, technology is a tool for universities to measure lecturer performance and monitor applications for lecturer functional position increases to avoid the subjective nature that occurs in many cases. This research proposes to integrate the Fuzzy AHP and TOPSIS methods in providing recommendations to universities regarding the order of lecturers who are eligible to apply for functional promotion. This method assesses the relative importance of each criterion (education, teaching, research, community service, and support) and alternative (worthy and not worthy). The results obtained as many as 8 lecturers were declared worthy of promotion recommendations with lecturer 8 and lecturer 7 being the first and second order recommended for eligibility.
