Abstract

Masa remaja merupakan masa storm dan stress karena remaja mengalami banyak tantangan baik dari diri mereka sendiri (biopsychosocial factors) ataupun lingkungan (environmental factors). Permasalahan yang terjadi pada remaja antara lain anemia pada remaja, kenakalan remaja, susah berkonsentrasi, kurang percaya diri, penyalahgunaan obat dan narkotika, merokok. Sasaran kegiatan adalah 20 remaja di RT 21 Kel Bukit Sangkal Palembang bulan Oktober 2021. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini melalui tahapan kegiatan yaitu tahap praimplementasi menentukan dan mendapatkan surat tanggapan dari mitra, menyusun kerjasama dan menentukan tujuan kegiatan, menentukan metode yang menyenangkan dan fleksibel, menentukan kegiatan yang meliputi kuliah, diskusi tentang metode Buzz Group dan praktik KIE. Tahap implementasi meliputi pemberian informasi tentang Kesehatan Reproduksi melalui diskusi menggunakan Buzz Group dan praktik KIE. Tahap pasca implementasi mengevaluasi pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam memberikan KIE. Hasil uji pengetahuan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan setelah menggunakan Buzz Group. Luaran akhir dari kegiatan ini adalah yaitu terlaksananya sosialisasi program posyandu remaja plus KIE kesehatan reproduksi, remaja memiliki rasa percaya diri dalam menjalankan tugasnya sebagai kader posyandu yang dapat menjadi konselor bagi teman teman sebayanya, Kesimpulannya adalah tingkat pencapaian target baik, dan remaja merasakan banyak manfaat yang diterima bertambahnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan memberikan KIE kepada teman sebayanya. Disarankan kepada Puskesmas dapat mengembangkan kegiatan ini di Puskesmas Terpadu Remaja lainnya.

Abstract

The maternal mortality rate in Southeast Asian countries is Indonesia 214 per 100,000 live births, Philippines 170 per 100,000 live births, Thailand 44 per 100,000 live births, Brunei 60 per 100,000 live births, and Malaysia 39 per 100,000 live births. In providing services, midwives or officers must create good relationships with patients and their families. The purpose of this study was to describe the satisfaction of pregnant women with ANC services during the covid-19 pandemic at the Citra Clinic. This research method is analytic with a quantitative approach. This research uses a descriptive method. The descriptive method is to explain the description of pregnant women's satisfaction with antenatal care during the covid-19 pandemic. The results of this study obtained a distribution of the frequency of registration services for 8 respondents (26.7%) who were satisfied with the registration service. Distribution of the frequency of midwife services 8 respondents (26.7%) were satisfied with the services of midwives. The frequency distribution of attitudes of 29 respondents (96.7%) were satisfied with the attitude of the midwife. Distribution of the frequency of completeness of facilities and infrastructure 26 respondents (86.7%) were satisfied with the completeness of facilities and infrastructure. This suggestion can be used as input for health workers, especially those at the Citra Clinic to find out a description of the satisfaction of pregnant women with ANC services. Abstract

Efforts to accelerate the decline in MMR can be done by ensuring that all mothers have access to quality maternal health services. The design of this study used a quasi-experimental design with one group pre-test and post-test design with a total of 30 respondents. The results showed that the average (mean) level of husband's participation before being given a booklet was 1.27 with a standard deviation of 4.45, while the average (mean) level of husband's participation after being given a media booklet with a standard deviation of 2.27, thus there is a decrease in husband's participation with a difference in the average value (mean) of 2.27-1.27 = 1. Statistical test results the p value = 0.000 < 0.05 means that there is an effect of booklet media on the husband's participation in PMB Midwife Megawati in Palembang in 2021. The conclusion of this study shows that there is an effect of health promotion using booklet media on husband's participation in PMB Midwife Megawati in Palembang in 2021. p = 0.003 0.05. It is recommended for health workers to carry out the husband's participation technique in accompanying childbirth

Abstract

Anemia can occur due to a lack of iron or Fe, a lack of Fe can cause a lack of Hemoglobin (HB). The dominant factor affecting the lack of hemoglobin is the knowledge factor. With counseling about anemia during pregnancy, it is hoped that pregnant women will pay attention to how important the health of pregnant women themselves and their fetuses is. Media that can be used in health education are video media and booklets. The research objective was to determine the effect of providing counseling using video media & booklets on increasing knowledge of Fe tablet consumption in anemic pregnant women at the Soraya Clinic Palembang in 2022. This type of research is a quantitative study using a quasi-experimental research design and with a pretest-posttest with control design. group design with a sample of 30 people. The results obtained by the paired test statistical test obtained a p value = 0.000 <0.05 meaning that there was an effect of providing counseling with video media and booklets on knowledge of consuming Fe tablets in anemic pregnant women at PMB Soraya 2022 Palembang. Suggestions for health workers, especially midwives, can use video media and booklets in providing counseling to pregnant women, especially to increase knowledge of Fe tablet consumption in anemic pregnant women, so that pregnant women know the importance of consuming Fe tablets regularly and avoid anemia.stage can apply a massage counter pressure as a method of reducing labor pain in the first stage of labour.
