Abstract

Food packaging technology using plastic continues to experience development towards environmentally friendly packaging, considering that plastic is difficult to degrade. Bioplastic is an alternative developed from natural and environmentally friendly materials such as protein, polysaccharides, and fat. The high carbohydrate content in jackfruit seeds can be used to make plastics that are easily degraded. The composition of the plastic material from a mixture of jackfruit seeds and plasticizers such as glycerol is still not known the exact formula to obtain optimal physical properties and mechanical strength (tensile strength and elongation of break) from bioplastic. This research examines the design and production system and determines the composition of bioplastic materials for the optimization of tensile strength and elongation of break bioplastic from jackfruit seed starch and glycerol. The method used is analysis using BPMN 2.0, system design using the Response Surface Methodology (RSM), as well as verification and validation. The complexity in the bioplastic production system from jackfruit seed starch to maximize the quality of the bioplastics has a relationship between one another which is needed in system analysis and design. The verification results show zero error and zero warning at each modeling step. The best formulation of bioplastics is the composition of starch content to water 6.08% and glycerol content to 30% with a tensile strength value of 0.76 MPa and elongation at break of 6.12%.

Abstract

The Honda Abadi Cibiru Car Dealer was unable to achieve the sales target of the Honda BRV. This causes various problems at the dealer. Therefore, research needs to be done to overcome it. This research aims to determine the effect of product quality, price and promotion on purchasing decisions statistically analysis (F-test and t-test). The methods used are AHP and statistics. Based on the AHP data processing of the five alternatives that have a big influence on the decision to purchase a Honda BRV car are price and promotion. Based on the results of respondents to product quality, price, promotion, and purchasing decisions are high. Simultaneously the results of the F test state that the variables of product quality, price and promotion have an effect on purchasing decisions. The results of the partial test (T test), the quality of the product does not have a real influence on purchasing decisions. The price variable has a real influence on the Purchase Decision. The promotion variable has an influence on purchasing decisions. For further researchers to add other variables that can affect purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Perusahaan dan industri harus menyusun perencanaan dan penerapan manajemen strategi yang tepat. Hal ini dilaksnakan agar perusahaan semakin maju dan mampu bertahan di masa krisis atau sulit. Banyaknya perusahaan yang tidak mampu bertahan karena ketidakmampuan dalam menjalankan manajemen berbasis strategi. Perusahaan wajib menjalankan manajemen strategi yang baik dan menjadikan perusahaan yang sukses sebagai acuan. Soutwest Airlines merupakan perusahaan maskapai penerbagangan yang sukses menyusun perencanaan dan implementasi serta pengendalian strategi yang tepat. Perusahaan ini mampu menjadi salah satu perusahaan tersukses di Amerika Serikat. Pada tulisan ini akan membahas metode manajemen strategis dengan mengetengahkan isu- isu strategis, penetapan visi, misi dan sasaran perusahaan, melaksanakan analisis SOWT dan penetapan serta pengendalian strategi. Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Dampit Village are well-established with qualified business management knowledge. Business management training in Dampit Village aims to increase MSMEs' productivity, quality, and development. Training on human resources is one of the efforts to develop human resources in a planned manner to increase knowledge and skills, especially in a job that can achieve the goals of an organization/company. The training uses lesson studies which are divided into several stages of implementation; the first stage is planning, the second stage is implementation, and the third stage is reflection. The participants seemed to be very enthusiastic due to the existence of this training, as can be seen from the number of participants who attended and were active in this training activity. The result of this training explained that participants were happy to take part in this training, the material provided was easy to understand and could improve their skills. This shows that each participant has mastered the training.

Abstract

PT XYZ  adalah perusahaan multinasional  produsen produk consumer good yang didistribusikan oleh perusahaan cabang PT XYZ. Proses pendistribusian produk dilakukan oleh Sales Area ke saluran distirbusi Wholesaler, Modern Market dan Retail . Proses pendistribusian di area dilaksanakan secara langsung oleh Sales Executive dibawah kontrol Supervisor sales dan dipimpin seorang manajer area. Selama ini proses pendistribusian dilaksanakan dengan masnual dengan worksheet dan diinput secara manual. Saat ini perusahaan melakukan digitalisasi di bidang penjualan dengan melakukan upgrade teknologi dengan peralatan Hand Held di lapangan dan sistem penjualan yang diinput secara otomatis dengan sinkronisasi data di Kantor manajemen, Warehouse, Finance, Procurement maupun kantor penjualan. Perusahaan memerlukan standarisasi sistem dan proses bisnis sebagai acuan pelaksanaan digitalisasi di bidang penjualan. Abstract

Sri Rejeki bakery is one of the home industries in Bandung Regency which has been established since 1986 until now and produces various types of bread with one shift of 7 employees, and above average working hours of 11 hours. It is known that the actual conditions in the company are not optimal because the workload is not evenly distributed at each work station, this causes many complaints from employees that lead to high workloads. Based on these problems, if not resolved, these problems can affect the employees physically and psychologically and can reduce factory productivity. Therefore, this research was conducted by analyzing the workload of employees to determine the number of employees so that work can be more effective and efficient. Workload analysis problem solving in this study uses the Full time Equivalent method. From the results of the full time equivalent calculation analysis, the workload values for the dough, molding, baking and packaging work stations were 125%, 133%, 122%, and 151%, respectively. A total of 2 employees in the Normal category (FTE 1-1.28) and 5 workers in the overload category (FTE> 1.28). So the company needs to add employees, 1 employee in the molding work unit and 1 employee in the packaging unit. The addition of 2 employees will make the average workload normal value between the FTE index 1-1.28.

Abstract

PT. The Indonesian Telecommunications Industry is a provider of products and services based on digital service innovation to answer business needs to facilitate automation in consumer company organizations. Every consumer/potential partner who wants to be part of a partnership at PT. The Indonesian Telecommunications Industry previously had to register as a partner manually using a paper registration form for prospective partners, besides that the required documents were still in the form of paper documents that could be lost at any time. The concept of Agile Software Development was coined by Kent Beck and 16 colleagues by stating that agile software development is a way of building software by doing it and helping others build it at once. Agile software development methods or agile methodology is a set of software development methodologies based on iterative development, where requirements and solutions develop through collaboration between organized teams Based on the stages of analysis of admin and user needs, it can be concluded that there are several things that must be considered and made carefully, including the programming structure, database specifications, and user interface design must be in accordance with The e-Partnership system is made to make it easier for companies to provide information about the procurement of goods or services and other informational information. As for partners of PT. The Indonesian Telecommunication Industry makes it easy to get information about procurement and other information. In addition, this system can make it easier for prospective partners to register to become partners online, because to access the main page of procurement information and other information can only be accessed by partners who already have an e-Partnership application account. Admin dashboard made to make it easier to update, add, and delete procurement information and other information. And the information will be informed through the e-Partnership website to the logged in partner.

Abstract

Higher education is a service industry, therefore it must be able to provide excellent service. Therefore one of the lecturers’ job satisfaction must be considered. Lecturers who feel job satisfaction will work optimally. InHigher Education Z, it was found that there was an indication of the dissatisfaction of the lecturers’ work, therefore the purpose of this study was to design an Instrumenr of Lecturer performance satisfaction in Higher Education, to find out how high the level of job satisfaction was, and to identify variables from aspects that were not yet optimal Z. The method used is descriptive quantitative. The results of the analysis of the validity test, the value oh the item correlation of each variable, namely form Work, Salary and Wages, promotion Opportunities, Supervision, Co-Workers and Working Conditions by using the formula product moment r value result from 6 variables> r table (0,286) so that the design the job satisfaction instrumrnt is valid. Cronbachs Alpha value reliability test obtained Cronbach’s Alpha value greater than the critical value of (0.60). Then it can be concluded thet the items of the research instrument are reliable. Abstract

Warga Desa Cilembu Kecamatan Pamulihan Kabupaten Sumedang terdiri dari 1860 keluarga yang memiliki penghasilan yang beranekaragam, sehingga aktivitas warga di desa tersebut setiap hari dari pagi sampai dengan malam. Sementara itu, akses utama menuju fasilitas umum sangat minim penerangan, sedangkan aktivitas masyarakat di Desa Cilembu ini sendiri banyak dilakukan di malam hari. Kondisi jalan yang gelap, naik turun serta berkelok dapat menimbulkan resiko terjadinya kecelakaan dan kejahatan. Bercermin dalam kondisi tersebut, maka penerangan jalan umum menjadi kebutuhan utama. Dengan pertimbangan kemampuan ekonomi warga di Desa Cilembu, penerangan jalan utama menggunakan tenaga surya lebih cocok diterapkan. Sistem penerangan Jalan Umum Tenaga Surya (PJUTS) memiliki keunggulan dibandingkan sistem PJU dengan sumber listrik dari PLN, karena PJUTS mendapatkan sumber energi langsung dari matahari dan tidak memerlukan biaya lagi. Dengan dipasangnya PJUTS warga Desa Cilembu dapat beraktivitas aman dan lancar di malam hari.
