Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa kompensasi, komunikasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. Adapun objek p enelitian yang dipilih dalam studi kasus ini adalah Staf Kolektor PT BPR Karyajatnika Sadaya Wilayah Bandung Raya. Jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 412 responden. Pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan Penelitian Kepustakaan ( Library Research ) dan Penelitian Lapangan ( Field Research ). Metode Analisa Data yang digunakan Desktiftip da n Verifikatif. Analisa Data yang dipakai adalah Analisa Jalur ( Path Analysis ) sebesar 0,635 atau sebesar 63,5% dimana nilai tersebut diperoleh dari penjumlahan pa rsial masing-masing variabel (0,413 + 0,222). Jadi dalam penelitian ini 63,5% kepuasan ke rja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh kompensasi dan komunukasi kerja.

Abstract

Leadership style is a set of characteristics used by leaders to influence subordinates so that organizational goals can be achieved. Job stress is a feeling of pressure experienced by employees in dealing with work. Job Satisfaction A person's attitude towards his work can be a positive or negative attitude, satisfied or dissatisfied. This study aims to determine how much influence the leadership and job stress on employee job satisfaction in the sales division of PT Cipta Wahana Sentosa. The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive and verification approach. The number of respondents in this study was 78 employees of the sales division of PT Cipta Wahana Sentosa. Analysis of the data used is path analysis which is processed using SPSS version 26. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that leadership style partially affects job satisfaction by 75,8% and job stress affects job satisfaction by 6,5%, while simultaneously style leadership and job stress affect job satisfaction by 82,3%.

Abstract

Purchasing decisions greatly affect the success of a business, if purchasing decisions increase, the sales volume will increase, which will have a positive impact on the company to continue to maintain the business. This study aims to determine that purchasing decisions of Wardah Cosmetic Products as a result of Product Innovation and Sales Promotion. This study also to find out how big the influence of product innovation on purchasing decisions, the effect of sales promotion on purchasing decisions, the effect of product innovation and sales promotion on purchasing decisions of wardah cosmetic products. The research method used in this study is descriptive and verification methods using path analysis techniques. The research results stated that the Product Innovation was in a good category, the Sales Promotion was in a good category, and the Purchase Decision was in a good category. The results of the t-test carried out show that the Product Innovation variable affects Purchase Decisions, and the Sales Promotion variable affects Purchase Decisions. The results of the f-test that were carried out showed that Product Innovation and Sales Promotion on Purchase Decisions.
