Abstract

This study aims to obtain information about the trigona sp honey bee cultivation process developed by farmer groups in the village of kusu sinopa. This research was conducted in the village of kusu sinopa in September to oktober 2018 to find out trigona sp honey bee cultivation in oba sub districk, tidoreisland. Case study in the village of kusu sinopa. Informantswere taken as many as six people, they are: the head of the tidore island production forestmanagement unit (KPHP), secretary of tidore island production forest management unit (KPHP). Village head kusu sinopa. Chairmant of the honey bee farmer group. the secretary of honey bee farmer group. member of the honey bee farmer group. The results of this study indicate that the noney bee cultivation process in the village developed by farmer groups starts from the collections of colonies. Removal of colonies, keeping clean of honeybee cages/boesuntil until the direct harvesting process.

Abstract

Kegiatan Kebun Bibit Rakyat (KBR)  merupakan sebuah gerakan moral yang bertujuan untuk memperbaiki laju kerusakan hutan dan untuk mengurangi lahan kritis yang ada di negara Indonesia pada umumnya dan Kabupaten Halmahera Barat pada khususnya. Penanaman pohon yang dilakukan di Kabupeten Halmahera Barat, tersebar kedalam sembilan kecamatan, sehingga tingkat pertumbuhan tanaman diduga terdapat perbedaan antara kelompok yang satu dengan kelompok yang lain atau dari satu lokasi dengan lokasi yang lain. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui  MAI dari tempat pengukuran yang berbeda, menguji MAI dari masing – masing tempat yang berbeda, menguji MAI pada tahun tanam yang berbeda, menganalisa pertumbuhan optimum tanaman Jabon dari tempat pengukuran yang berbeda. Pengambilan Sampel dilakukan dengan metode Individual dengan sistim random, karena lokasi KBR terletak tidak mengelompok dalam satu luasan hektar, akan tetapi tersebarnya lokasi penanaman  sesuai dengan lokasi atau lahan yang dimiliki oleh masarakat (kelompok tani). Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap dengan 9 perlakuan yang terdiri dari 9 desa yaitu : desa Porniti, Bobanehena, Hoku-hoku Kie, Tacim, Balisoan, Ngaon, Ake Jailolo, Akelamo Kao dan Bobaneigo. Masing-masing perlakuan diambil ulangan sebanyak 50 sampel tanaman jabon. Data yang diperoleh dari pengukuran di lapangan dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis varians bentuk Rancangan Acak Lengkap, selanjutnya dilakukan uji LSD dan uji Kontras. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa Riap tahunan rata-rata diameter setinggi dada diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut (dalam cm/tahun) : lokasi desa Hoku-Hoku Kie = 7,31cm, desa Ngaon = 6,57cm, desa Bobaneigo = 5,52cm, desa Balisoan = 5,99cm, desa Bobanehena = 4,72cm, desa Akelamo Kao = 5,08cm desa Ake Jailolo= 4,32cm, desa Porniti = 4,89cm, desa Tacim = 4,54cm. Hasil analisis varians dengan tingkat kepercayaan 5 % maka terdapat perbedaan MAI diameter pada Sembilan lokasi. Hasil uji kontras pada taraf uji 5 % menunjukan bahwa terdapat perbedaan antara MAI diameter pada tahun tanam, dan terdapat satu lokasi satu lokasi  MAI diameter yang terbaik yaitu  desa Hoku-Hoku Kie dengan umur tanam 2 tahun dimana, faktor eksternal pada lokasi tersebut sangat mendukung untuk perkembangan tanaman jabon seperti dekat sumber air, mendapat cahaya matahari yang cukup dan kondosi tanah yang gembur dan keadaan suhu yang stabil

Abstract

The existence of Forest park vegetation in Tagafura as the  vegetation cover are  important to be maintain and preserved, since it’s effective for the human live on the earth. The function of this forest park  is to defend the field around the forest in several ways such as, the water cycle, avoid the flood, erosion scheming and the soil fruitfulness keeper. The Tagafura Forest Park has a lot of natural resource, but the structure and the composition of the field are not completely found yet. Based on the the statement above the Researcher are interested to conduct the research entitled “ VEGETATION ANALYSIS OF THE TAGAFURA FOREST PARK IN TIDORE ISLAND to know about the structure and the composition of the vegetation in the Forest park of Tagafura and be able to being as the government substance while made a decision about the Forest park. This research used purposive sampling with a combination of to track and double plot to placement the plot. The data then analyzing used the density and relative density formula, domination and relative domination formula, frequency and relative frequency formula and The Importance Value Index (INP). Based on the research result, the data was founded that the forest has 25 structures include 15 types of Seedlings, 10 type of Stakes, 13 type of poles and 12 types of tress.  The domination of the composition type amount the growth based on the INP is (1). Augenia aromatic with the INP in Seedling are 45,49. INP for Stand  are 18,05. INP for the  are 23,67 and the INP for the trees are 132.08. (2). Myristica fragrans has the INP for the seedlings are 31.44. INP for Stand are 15.11. INP for the poles are 30.27  and the INP for the trees are 47.25.  (3). Gnetum gnemo has the INP for the seedlings are 19,48. INP for Stand are 24.21. INP for the  poles are 49.92  and the INP for the trees are 10.83. (4). Arenga Pinnata has the INP for the seedlings are 18,13. INP for Stand are 36.11. INP for the  poles are 24.04  and the INP for the trees are 17.51. (5). Cinnamomum verum has the INP for the seedlings are 11.84. INP for Stand are 33.17. INP for the  poles are 26.42  and the INP for the trees are 7.36.

Abstract

Masyarakat adat memiliki motivasi yang kuat dalam melindungi hutan dibandingkan pihak-pihak lain karena menyangkut keberlanjutan kehidupan mereka, pengetahuan asli yang dimiliki bagaimana memelihara dan memanfaatkan sumberdaya hutan yang ada di dalam habitat mereka. Memiliki hukum adat untuk ditegakkan serta memiliki kelembagaan adat yang mengatur interaksi harmonis antara mereka dengan ekosistem hutannya. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk-bentuk kearifan lokal dalam mengelola hutan. untuk mengetahui bagaimana cara dalam memelihara dan mempertahankan kearifan lokalnya dalam mengelola hutan dan pemanfaatan tumbuhan hutan. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Dusun Tukur-Tukur Kecamatan Wasile Timur Kabupaten Halmahera Timur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksplorasi deskriptif dan pengambilan data dengan metode random sampling dan metode trigulasi. Data dianalisis dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka dapat diketahui bentuk-bentuk kearifan lokal masyarakat adat tugutil antara lain sebagai berikut : Larangan merusak sagu raja, Buko, Nonaku, Ma ngadodo gomu pahiyara (batasan pemeliharaan). untuk memelihara dan mempertahankan kearifan lokal dalam mengelola hutan adalah dengan cara sebagai berikut : Penuturan lisan, Sangsi-sangsi adat, Penerapan secara langsung (praktek). ada terhadap 149 tumbuhan yang dimanfaatkan. yang dibagi atas 100 tumbuhan bahan pangan (71 spesies)dan 49 sumber tumbuhan obat (45 spesies).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the form of urban forest management and to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors in urban forest management in Rum Village, Tidore Islands City. This research was conducted by using a qualitative approach in which this research is descriptive and tends to use process and meaning analysis (source perspective). The data collection techniques that the researchers used in this study were observation, literature and interviews. The population in this study was the Head of the Tidore Archipelago City Environment Service and the Head of the Tidore Islands City Research and Development Agency. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative analysis. The results showed that the management activities of the Rum Balibunga Urban Forest carried out by the relevant agencies were still very minimal and it was known that there was coordination between the relevant agencies in the management of the Rum Balibunga urban forest, where if the relevant agencies would carry out activities for development in the urban forest of Rum Balibunga, they would always carry out coordination with the Department of the Environment (DLH) of the City of Tidore Islands. Inhibiting factors and supporting factors are budget constraints, level of awareness and lack of access to the urban forest.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the suitability of the Social Forestry Program with the Implementation of Social Forestry Activities in HKm Ake Guraci, Marikurubu District, to determine the Inhibiting Factors of the Social Forestry Program in HKm Ake Guraci, Marikurubu District. The research was conducted at HKm Ake Guraci, Marikurubu Village. The research time is approximately 2 months in October-November 2023. This research uses qualitative descriptive methods. Data sources, primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. Conclusion: The inhibiting factors for the Social Forestry Program at HKm Ake Guraci are: Lack of budget to finance programmed activities so that the planned program cannot run as it should and lack of availability of raw materials which results in delays in product production activities at HKm Ake Guraci. KUPS. Suggestion: Both central and regional governments can allocate budgets so that planned activities can be implemented well. To KPH Ternate Tidore to further increase cooperation with other agencies so that the planned program can be realized. To KPH Ternate Tidore to make an annual work plan so that the planned program can be structured every year. For students, as a reference for further research.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the perception of tourists towards the development of mangrove ecotourism in Tuada village in West Halmahera Regency. The research was carried out from November 2023 to January 2024. The method in this study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The number of respondents was 75 people. The data in this study includes primary data and secondary data. Based on the results of research that has been carried out on the mangrove tourism area in Tuada village, it can be concluded that: The perception of tourists in general supports and wants the development of mangrove forest tourism in Tuada Village as an ecotourism area by providing suggestions in its management as follows: The road accessibility aspect needs to be improved in the condition of damaged and potholed roads, (b) The aspect of infrastructure facilities needs to be added and arranged according to ecotourism activities, (c) The aspect of tourist objects and attractions needs to be maintained in the panorama of the mangrove forest, (d) The management aspect needs to have tour guides and also tourism promotion that needs to be improved

Abstract

This research aims to find out the production process and results of palm sugar production in Akekolano Village, North Oba District, Tidore Islands City. The research was carried out from January to June 2024. The research location was Akekolano Village, North Oba District, Tidore Islands City. This location was chosen as a research location because looking at palm sugar production in this location has quite high income potential so it is important to conduct research to look at the production process and results of palm sugar production in Akekolano Village. The results of the research show that the palm sugar production process in Akekolano Village, North Oba District, Tidore Islands City is very simple and easy, starting from the process of peeling palm fruit tangaki to the marketing process, as for the production of palm sugar for the last five months, from January 2024 until May 2024, production yields were quite high, but in April there was a significant decline because in April there was a large-scale harvest of cloves in Akekolano Village, so the palm sugar production industry players preferred to harvest cloves rather than produce them.
