Abstract

The emergence of illegally distributed medical devices is certainly not without reason. The expansion of access to health insurance has pushed the need for health services for the people in Indonesia. The high demand for health services will be directly proportional to the need for medical devices that are distributed safely and evenly. Geographical conditions and characteristics and demographic conditions in Indonesia are a real challenge for the distribution of medical devices evenly and according to procedures. The responsibility for distributing medical devices is one form of applying business ethics through applicable policies or regulations. This study examines the practice of distributing medical devices illegally in Indonesia in terms of business ethics using descriptive analysis methods. With limited research time, the study of illegally distributing medical devices does not reflect healthy and ethical activities when viewed from business ethics outside of relaxation of existing regulations.

Abstract

QRIS is a digital payment instrument that has provided positive signals since it was launched. It is known that the demographics of QRIS users are quite diverse, including students. This study aims to determine students' preferences in Jabodetabek in using QRIS as a means of digital payment. Preference or interest in using QRIS that arises in this study is measured using the following four characteristics: 1) Easiness Characteristic; 2)Usefulness Characteristic; 3) Risk Characteristic, and 4) Trust Characteristic. The research results by distributing questionnaires conducted showed that of 154 respondents, the majority felt the easiness and benefits of the QRIS. However, even though it is easy and useful, respondents are still cautious and show a lack of trust in using QRIS because it is considered quite risky.

Abstract

Salah satu cara pemberdayaan yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah pada perempuan yaitu melalui pembukaan akses di bidang pertanian seperti pada Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Wijaya Kusuma, Kota Tangerang, Provinsi Banten. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa proses pemberdayaan dan mengidentifikasi strategi pemberdayaan pada perempuan yang dilakukan Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Wijaya Kusuma, Kota Tangerang, Provinsi Banten. Penelitian ini dianalisis dengan menggunakan teori pemberdayaan dari Kartasasmita yaitu pemberdayaan sumber daya manusia Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini antara lain Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Wijaya Kusuma dalam pelaksanaan kegiatannya menggunakan tiga proses, yaitu 1) menciptakan suasana atau iklim kerja yang memungkinkan mendorong potensi masyarakat lebih luas lagi dengan membentuk organisasi KWT dan merumuskan tujuan organisasi 2) memperkuat potensi yang dimiliki masyarakat dan menciptakan peluang dengan memberikan edukasi dan pelatihan juga membuka akses seluas-luasnya dan 3) memberdayakan juga mengandung arti untuk melindungi para anggotanya dengan terus memberikan motivasi dan rasa memiliki.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Investors have an interest in knowing how the condition of the company's financial performance in determining investments. A company's financial performance can be analyzed through a variety of techniques, one of which is through ratio analysis. The ratio that is in practice used by investors in determining stock purchases consists of return on asset as well as return on equity. Furthermore, based on the ratio will affect the decision of investors in the purchase of shares so that it is considered to affect the stock price. The sector that is considered potential by investors is one of them is the industry or pharmaceutical sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange even though in its journey it had experienced fluctuations. This research aims to find out how the effect of return on assets and return on equity on the average stock price in the period 2015-2020. The timing of the study was chosen based on fluctuations or fluctuations in pharmaceutical market conditions that impacted stock prices in 2015-2020. Using classic assumption tests as well as multiple linear analysis tests, the study provides return on asset and return on equity results each affecting the average stock price. Return on asset positively affects the average stock price while return on equity negatively affects the average stock price.Keywords: Return on Asset, Return on Equity, Average Stock PriceABSTRAK Investor memiliki kepentingan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kondisi kinerja keuangan perusahaan dalam penentuan investasi. Kinerja keuangan perusahaan dapat dianalisis melalui berbagai macam teknik salah satunya adalah melalui analisis rasio. Rasio yang dalampraktiknya digunakan oleh investor dalam menentukan pembelian saham terdiri dari return on asset serta return on equity. Selanjutnya berdasarkan rasio tersebut akan mempengaruhi keputusan investor dalam pembelian saham sehingga dianggap dapat mempengaruhi harga saham. Sektor yang dianggap potensial oleh investor salah satunya adalah industri atau sektor farmasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia meskipun dalam perjalanannya sempat mengalami fluktuasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh return on asset serta return on equity terhadap rata-rata harga saham pada periode 2015-2020. Waktu penelitian dipilih berdasarkan fluktuasi atau naik turunnya kondisi pasar farmasi yang berdampak pada harga saham di tahun 2015-2020. Menggunakan uji asumsi klasik serta uji analisis linear berganda, penelitian ini memberikan hasil return on asset dan return on equity masing-masing berpengaruh terhadap rata-rata harga saham. Return on asset berpengaruh positif terhadap rata-rata harga saham sedangkan return on equity berpengaruh negatif terhadap rata-rata harga saham. Abstract

In the business world, company progress is the main thing amidst many competitors. The important role of employees as a strong foundation for the company's progress is an important point for related businesses. This research aims to determine the effect of compensation and motivation on employee performance at PT Starvi Nusa Gemilang, North Jakarta. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach. Primary data comes from companies with sample determination using saturated samples. The objects of this research are employees of PT. Starvi Nusa Gemilang, North Jakarta with a total of 33 respondents. The results of the research reveal that compensation and motivation variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Apart from that, the F test results show that compensation and motivation simultaneously have a positive effect on employee performance at PT. Starvi Nusa Gemilang, North Jakarta. Through the results of the multiple linear regression equation, it is proven that compensation and motivation each have an influence on employee performance.

Abstract

KOPPOSINDO (Indonesian Postal Employees Cooperative) One of the functions of the service sector in Central Jakarta City is supervising the management of reserve and credit funds, as well as administering KBM rentals. The aim of this research is to determine the extent to which the recruitment process affects the productivity of KOPPOSINDO (Indonesian Postal Employees Cooperative) workers. Distributing questionnaires is the main method of data collection in this research. A total of 37 respondents were included in this research sample. This research uses a quantitative approach with sampling using saturated sampling. IBM SPSS version 25 was used for this test. In addition to the assumptions of validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity, multiple regression, t test, F test, and R-squared test were applied to the findings. The results of this research indicate that the attitude variable has a negative influence on employee performance, but the impact is small. Employee performance is influenced by factors related to recruitment, selection and performance evaluation at the same time.

Abstract

Efektivitas strategi Digital Marketing terkadang perlu dianalisis untuk menentukan strategi apa yang lebih tepat ke depan dilakukan oleh Rumah Sakit Hermina Galaxy. Tiga platform media sosial telah coba diadaptasikan ke dalam strategi kebijakan yaitu penggunaan Instagram, TikTok, serta Website resmi rumah sakit. Respon yang berbeda-beda oleh konsumen atau pasien didapati oleh rumah sakit dengan melihat Laporan Wasdal (Pengawasan dan Pengendalian) Digital Marketing oleh Rumah Sakit Hermina Galaxy. Data penelitian yang berhasil diberikan sesuai dengan izin dari rumah sakit yaitu bulan Januari-Maret 2023 menunjukkan hasil peringkat masing-masing media sosial. Respon yang dianalisis adalah kualitas respon konten untuk masing-masing platform. Hasil menujukkan urutan strategi yang dianggap efektif adalah melalui Instagram, TikTok, dan terakhir website resmi rumah sakit. Meskipun dianggap paling efektif namun kualitas respon konten di media Instagram masih di bawah standar yang seharusnya
