Abstract

Air Susu Ibu (ASI) Merupakan makanan yang terbaik untuk bayi pada usia 0-6 bulan, dan mengandung semua kebutuhan nutrisi untuk bayi seperti protein, karbohidrat, lemak, vitamin, dan mineral dan sudah tercukupi oleh ASI.Status ekonomi adalah kedudukan seseorang atau keluarga di masyarakat berdasarkan pendapatan per bulan.Puskesmas Bailang merupakan salah satu puskesmas yang ada di Kota Manado dengan cakupan ASI eksklusif yang masih belum mencapai target. Data dari Puskesmas Bailang menunjukan bahwa cakupan pemberian ASI eksklusif pada tahun 2017 bulan Januari untuk bayi usia 6-12 bulan dari 130 sasaran jumlah bayi yang ada di puskesmas Bailang yang mendapat ASI berjumlah (35,7%). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian survei analitik, dengan menggunakan desain Cross SectionalStudy. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu bayi berusia 6-12 bulan di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Bailang Kota Manadosebanyak 98 bayi sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi dan kriteria eksklusi. Data pemberian ASI eksklusif didapatkan melalui wawancara dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan Analisis data menggunakan uji statistik Chi Square. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara status sosial ekonomi dengan pemberian ASI eksklusif pada bayi usia 6-12 bulan di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Bailang Kota Manado. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada hubunganantara status sosoal ekonomi dengan pemberian ASI eksklusif (p>0,05) berdasarkan pendidikan ibu (p=0,161), pekerjaan ibu (p=0,075) dan pendapatan keluarga(p=0,754) di Wilayah kerja Puskesmas Bilang Kota Manado.Kata Kunci : Pemberian ASI Eksklusif, Status Sosial Ekonomi.ABSTRACTBreast milk is the best food for babies at 0-6 months of their age. It contains all the nutritional needs for babies such as proteins, carbohydrates, fats, vitamins, and minerals; these are sufficient by breast milk. Economic status is the stage of a person or family in the community based on income per month. Bailang health care center is one of the health centers in Manado with exclusive breasfeeding coverage that has not reached the target. The data showed that coverage of exclusive breastfeeding in January 2017 for infants 6-12 months out of 130 targeted to received breast milk was 35,7%. This study using analytic survey research method with cross sectional design. Samples in this study were infants 6-12 months in the working are of Bailang health care center was 98 infants in accordance with inclusion and exclusion criteria. Data of exclusive breastfeeding was obtained through interviews using questionnaires and data analysis using Chi-Square statistical test. The purpose of this study to determine the relationship between socioeconomic status with exclusive breastfeeding in infants 6-12 months in Bailang health care center Manado. The results showed that there was no correlation between socioeconomic status with exclusive breastfeeding (p> 0,05); based on mother education (p = 0,401), based on maternal job (p = 0,798), and basaed on family income (p = 0,668) in Bailang health care center Manado.Keywords: Exclusive Breastfeeding, Socioeconomic Status.

Abstract

Food is defined as something that can be eaten by humans. In terms of consuming food, it is important to pay attention to the diversity of types of food, so that nutrients can be fulfilled. Banana heart has a very high fiber content. The types of banana buds used in this study were kepok banana buds. Catfish contains high nutritional value and used as a source of protein. This study aims to determine the organoleptic evaluation of kepok banana heart nuggets with addition of catfish including color, aroma, texture, and taste. The research design was a quasi-experimental experiment with three treatments using a comparison of banana heart kepok and catfish meat, as followP1 (banana heart 250 g and catfish 100 g), P2 (banana heart 200 g and catfish 50 g), and P3 (banana heart 150 g fish and catfish 25 gr). The results of the color test showed that the highest results were 100% like to very much like P1 and P2, aroma 100% like to very much like P2 and P3, texture 100% like to very much like P2 and taste 100% like very much like is at P2. The results of the different test analysis showed differences in color, aroma, texture, and taste in the three treatments with a p-value = 0.000. In conclusion, treatment 2 is most preferred formulation by panelists, with a ratio of 200 banana heart and 50 g catfish.
