Abstract

This paper will analyze, interpret and describe character education found in Sipakata culture or become the basis or basis in the development of character education. Character education in society is very important to be developed based on or based on local culture. The method used in this study is a qualitative type with field-based philosophical-sociological approach, with a Bugis community research locus in Barang village Soppeng district, South Sulawesi Province, Inodonesia. This study reveals that character education found in the Sipakatau Culture, including; mutual respect and respect, advise each other, love and love each other, support each other and protect, help / help each other, and have the same human rights before the Almighty God. These values ​​become the foundation in the development of character education which can be applied in society with three stages of planting, namely; the first stage; moral knowling (understanding the meaning contained in the cultural values ​​of Sipakatau), the second stage; moral feeling (feeling the benefits of these values), and the third stage, namely moral action; after feeling the benefits of this value there is encouragement or motivation to make behavior (action) in everyday life. So that these values ​​are embedded in the soul of the community.

Abstract

This paper is here to describe and interpret the leadership pattern of Muhammad SAW. as a leadership model in managing transformative-prophetic educational institutions. Leadership in an organization or institution is one element that has a greater influence in achieving the goals of the institution. There has been a lot of research showing that the influence of leadership reaches 60-70% to achieve goals with organizations/institutions. Transformative-prophetic leadership pattern is a leadership pattern that moves to make an innovative change based on religious spiritual values. This study uses a qualitative method with a narrative study approach based on library research. The pattern or results of the research offered is that in educational institutions there are two elements that need to be developed, namely; human element and non human element by leaders who have a high character of rationality (Inspirational Motivation, Intellectual stimulation, Individualized Consideration, Idealized Influence) and integrated in themselves honest, integrity & responsible, computational & professional, communicative network building or networking. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of small and medium enterprises (SME) growth on labor absorption, the effect of regional minimum wages level for small and medium enterprises toward employment absorption, as well asthe effect of both SME growth and minimum wages on the employment absorption in Bone Regency South Sulawesi. This research was conducted at the Office of Cooperatives and SMEs as well the Manpower Office of Bone Regency, South Sulawesi. The type of researchis descriptive quantitative. The results indicates that the Adjusted R square value of this model is 0.916, which means that 91.60 percent of variations in the employment absorption could be explained by independent variables in the study, while the remaining 8.40 percent is explained by other factors which arenot included in this study. The value of AdjustedR Squares is above 50 percent and categorized inthe good category. In the other wordthe selection of variables affecting the dependent variable is already very appropriate

Abstract

This study is a study of the criteria that are rich in the zakat profession in Regional Regulations in South Sulawesi. Rich Criterium is a benchmark used by syara 'in establishing zalcat mali's obligation to muzakki. As is the case with professional charities as one part of zakat. The subject is how the criteria are rich in the Zakat Profession, with the sub-subject determining the criteria for rich wealth and wealth of rich zakat as syar'i considerations in the zakat profession in South Sulawesi. This problem is analyzed using the normative theological approach and normative juridical approach, by processing qualitative data, and analyzing data in the form of content analysis. Determination of the criteria for rich in wealth charity (māl) is a syara decision, only in jurisprudential terms known as 'compulsory zakat requirements', which basically requires zakat only for the rich. There are three indicators that function as criteria for wealth, namely profit from needs and free of debt, productive property, and niṣāb. Therefore, the criteria for richness must be one of the syar'i's considerations in determining the profession of zakat which is regulated in the zakat regulation in South Sulawesi. The rich criteria referred to are the ni adalahāb gold union of 20 miṡqāl and removed from net income (net), so that the actual zakat issued is an excess of basic needs

Abstract

This research discusses the taxation problem in Kab. Bone, namely the problem of Non-Taxable Income (PTKP). The non-taxable income is the income limit is determined by the Ministry of Finance that has been approved by the People's Representative Council. PTKP is responsible for the number of people who are not taxable as a result of reduced income tax services, so this research will be carried out using Quantitative methods using an elasticity analysis tool to measure the sensitivity of its effect. The results of the study show that the Non-Taxable Income (PTKP), which is related to tax receipts from the Office of tax revenue, considering the data obtained from the pratama Watampone has shown that the proceeds at the time of tax (PPh 21), will ask in terms of community welfare, this is good news that the increase in PTKP gives the participation of small people not titled to tax. And it turns out the results of the analysis say that the PTKP is not too significant.
