From the results of multivariate analysis, it was found that the type of work had more influence on the production of breast milk with P value 0.002 compared to the age of the mother with p value 0.010.so that mothers who do not work will be more sufficient for their ASI production compared to working mothers, because mothers who don't work have more time spent with their children. they can see the child's development, and vice versa. and the statistical test value show p-value (0'000) and α = 0.01 it can be concluded that ha is accepted ho is rejected and it shows there is a relationship between age and type of work with ASI production in Pasir Mulya community health center in 2018.

Abstract

Gross motor development in children aged 1–3 years is a crucial aspect of growth and development, influenced by various factors, one of which is nutritional status. Good nutritional status plays a role in optimizing children's growth and development, including gross motor skills. This study aims to analyze the relationship between nutritional status and gross motor development in children aged 1–3 years at the Posyandu within the working area of Situ Udik Community Health Center (Puskesmas). This study employs a quantitative design with a cross-sectional approach. The research sample consists of children aged 1–3 years selected using a random sampling technique. Nutritional status was measured using an anthropometric approach, specifically weight-for-age (W/A), while gross motor development was assessed using the validated Denver Development Screening Test (DDST II) observation sheet. Data analysis was conducted using the chi-square statistical test to determine the relationship between nutritional status and gross motor development. The results indicate a significant relationship between nutritional status and gross motor development in children aged 1–3 years (0.013, p ≤ 0.05). Children with good nutritional status tend to have optimal gross motor development compared to those with undernutrition or overnutrition. These findings suggest that good nutritional status is a supporting factor in early childhood gross motor development. Therefore, regular monitoring of nutritional status and parental nutrition education are essential steps in supporting children's optimal growth and development.

Abstract

Exclusive breastfeeding for the first six months of a baby's life is an important strategy to support optimal growth and development. Breast milk has many benefits for babies, such as strengthening the immune system and supporting brain development. However, various obstacles such as emotional stress, lack of self-confidence, and minimal support from family and the community remain significant barriers to successful breastfeeding. These issues often lead to failure to provide exclusive breastfeeding in accordance with health recommendations. This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of hypnobreastfeeding training in improving breastfeeding knowledge, attitudes, and practices among mothers with infants aged 0–6 months in the Bojongkerta area of Bogor City. Hypnobreastfeeding is a psychological approach that combines relaxation techniques, positive affirmations, and education about breastfeeding to help mothers feel more confident in the breastfeeding process. This study used a quasi-experimental approach with a pre- and post-test design without a control group. A total of 31 breastfeeding mothers participated in this training, which included education about breastfeeding, positive affirmation techniques, and relaxation exercises. Data analysis results showed a significant increase in mothers' knowledge and attitudes towards breastfeeding after the training intervention. Furthermore, the study also recorded an increase in the success of exclusive breastfeeding during the observation period. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that hypnobreastfeeding is an effective approach to supporting the empowerment of breastfeeding mothers at the community level. This method offers a psychologically based solution to overcome social barriers that affect the success of exclusive breastfeeding.

Abstract

Exclusive breastfeeding coverage remains a challenge in several areas, including Bojongkerta Village, within the Cipaku Community Health Center (Puskesmas) jurisdiction, South Bogor District, Bogor City. Lack of knowledge, high levels of stress during breastfeeding, and minimal family support are often major obstacles to successful exclusive breastfeeding. One approach that can be applied to address these issues is hypnobreastfeeding, a relaxation technique combined with positive affirmations to support mothers' readiness to breastfeed. The objective of this activity is to increase the capacity of breastfeeding mothers in exclusive breastfeeding through community-based hypnobreastfeeding training, which also involves Posyandu RW 1 cadres as the main supporting partners of the activity. The method used in this activity involves three stages: first, education and training in hypnobreastfeeding techniques for breastfeeding mothers; second, practical mentoring by lecturers involving students from the Midwifery Diploma Three Program at Ummi University Bogor; and third, evaluation of results through knowledge measurement and observation of breastfeeding practices. A total of 10 breastfeeding mothers and 4 Posyandu cadres participated in this activity. The evaluation results showed an increase in understanding of the benefits of exclusive breastfeeding and a positive change in attitudes towards breastfeeding practices. Furthermore, the active involvement of Posyandu cadres is expected to strengthen ongoing support at the community level. In conclusion, the hypnobreastfeeding training had a positive impact on empowering breastfeeding mothers and strengthening the role of Posyandu cadres as supporters of the exclusive breastfeeding program at the community level. This program also has the potential to expand the reach of education about exclusive breastfeeding and increase the success of sustainable exclusive breastfeeding in the community.

Abstract

Adolescents are an age group that is vulnerable to various health problems, including a lack of understanding about reproductive health and the dangers of narcotics (narcotics, psychotropics, and addictive substances). Lack of education in these two aspects can lead to risky behavior, such as premarital sex, unwanted pregnancy, sexually transmitted infections (STIs), and drug abuse which have negative impacts on physical, mental, and social health. This community service activity aims to provide education about reproductive health and the dangers of drugs to adolescents in RW 01 Sukaraja Village, Bogor Regency as a preventive measure in building awareness and healthy living behavior in adolescents. The method used in this program is an educational approach through interactive discussions, and counseling based on visual and digital media delivered to adolescent groups in schools and communities. Evaluation was carried out by comparing the level of understanding of participants before and after the activity through pre-test and post-test questionnaires. The evaluation results showed a significant increase in participants' understanding of the importance of maintaining reproductive health and avoiding drug abuse. In addition, participants showed high enthusiasm in the discussion and expressed readiness to apply the knowledge gained in everyday life. In conclusion, education on reproductive health and the dangers of narcotics is very important in forming healthy mindsets and behaviors among adolescents, especially adolescents in RW 01 Sukaraja Village, Bogor Regency. The sustainability of this education program needs to be supported by synergy between educators, health workers, parents, and the community so that the information provided can continue to be updated and implemented effectively
