Abstract

Masalah kriminalitas di Indonesia saat ini semakin kompleks dan multidimensional.Demikian juga angka kriminal di wilayah DKI Jakarta dan sekitarnya (wilayahhukum Polda Metro Jaya) semakin menunjukkan perkembangan yangmengkhawatirkan. Oleh karenanya perlu dilakukan evaluasi untuk mendapatkangambaran yangjelas, sehingga dapat membantu pemecahan masalah tersebut.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan perkembangan tindak kriminaldi wilayah DKI Jakarta dan sekitarnya berdasarkan indikator demografi danekonomi dari taliun 2009-2011. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatandeskriptif. Data penelitian merupakan crossection data dan menggunakan jenisdata sekunder yang bersumber dari Biro Pengendalian Operasi, Mabes Polri danBadan Pusat Statistik. Hasil dari analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara umumperkembangan tindak kriminal kurun waktu 2009-2012 di wilayah DKI Jakartadan sekitarnya adalah relatiftinggi dan sifatnya berfluktuasi. Jumlah kejahatanrelatif tinggi (16,72%), oleh pelaku buruh/karyawan laki-laki. Korban kejahatanterbesar pada kelompok anak, crime cleared sebesar 5590.3. crime clock terjadipukul 00.09 25 wib dan Crime rate sebesar 233. Jumlah tertinggijenis kriminalitasadalah penganiayaan ringan dan pencurian di rumah tanyga. Darisisi demografi,jumlah penduduk terbanyak adalah laki-laki berumur 10-14 tahun dan terendahadalah peremption umur 85 tahun atau lebih. Sedangkan dari indikator ekonomi,peningkatan terjadi baik pada rata-rata upah, Gini ratio, maupun rata-rata lamasekolah penduduk usia 15 tahun ke atas.

Abstract

Pengembangan sumber daya manusia di perusahaan perlu dilakukan secara terencana dan berkesinambungan, tidak terbatas pada lapisan bawah saja tetapi juga pada tingkat managemen. Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang kontribusi persepsi insentif dan kepuasan terhadap motivasi kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh bukti apakah persepsi  insentif dan kepuasan berkontribusi  pada motivasi kerja. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan perusahaan garmen PT X. Alat ukur yang digunakan terdiri dari angket kuesioner dengan perhitungan skala Likert. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Kolmogorov Smirnov. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masing-masing variabel  memberikan kontribusi yang cukup besar terhadap motivasi kerja, yaitu persepsi insentif sebesar 43,3% terhadap motivasi instrinsik dan 38,4% terhadap motivasi ekstrinsik, sedangkan kepuasan memberikan kontribusi sebesar 43,3%  terhadap motivasi instrinsik dan 38,4% terhadap motivasi eksttrinsik. Kontribusi dari dua variabel secara bersama-sama adalah sebesar 43,3% terhadap motivasi instrinsik dan 38,4% terhadap motivasi ekstrinsik

Abstract

The emergence of the Covid-19 pandemic has harmed many companies. But apart from the company, employees as human entities also experience various problems, such as stress. Industrial psychology is then present to help understand the impacts that occur in society. This study then aims to see the role of industrial psychology in the era of Society 5.0. This research will use a qualitative approach. The research data comes from the results of previous research and studies which still have relevance to the contents of this study. The results of this study then found that the market will always continue to grow to remain efficient and effective. The emergence of a pandemic that has destroyed many industrial sectors requires a new strategy. Industrial psychology is present and actively plays a role in developing human resource management in the Society 5.0 era. Through the presence of industrial psychology, it is hoped that human resources will survive well even though the dynamics of the industrial world continue to change.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the link between Quality of Work Life, Quality of Human Resources, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in Jakarta's textile industries. This study employs quantitative methods. This study includes both primary and secondary data types. The distribution of questionnaires to 50 respondents yielded preliminary data, whilst the literature review yielded secondary data. 50 employees of firm X, which is engaged in the fabric sector in Jakarta, participated in this study. The data processing in this study uses a validity test, reliability test, regression equation analysis, regression coefficient, and partial hypothesis testing (f-test), then decision making. Based on the results of the research in the study, it can be concluded that the two variables used as independent variables in the study, namely Quality Work-Life and Quality of Human Resources, were proven to have an influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior in fabric companies in Jakarta, but the effect was not significant.

Abstract

This study was designed to assess how the current ratio, debt to equity ratio, and net profit margin affect the stock prices of pharmaceutical firms listed on the Indonesian stock exchange from 2020 to 2022. Seven companies were chosen using purposive sampling for this analysis. The study was based on secondary data, such as the firms' annual financial reports and stock prices. A multiple linear regression approach was used for the analysis. It was found that the current ratio and net profit margin have a significant effect on stock prices individually, but the debt to equity ratio does not. When considered together, however, the current ratio, debt to equity ratio, and net profit margin do have a significant combined effect on stock prices.
