Abstract

Catalog is a graphic communication media in the form of a book which contains various types of products and prices. Catalog generally makes it easy for people to see a list of some of the information presented, it can be said also is a media of information that contains a list of a company's product collection that is systematically compiled so that it makes it easier for consumers to know the products they will choose or use. AIUEOS Photo Studio is as a research object because it does not have a catalog and consumers who come to AIUEOS Photo Studio don't really know much about what photo services AIUEOS Photo Studio has because the photo service information from the brochure is incomplete. Based on the above problems, an AIUEOS Studio Photo Catalog was made. The catalog aims to provide information about all services provided by AIUEOS Photo Studio, so consumers know that in addition to photo services there are other services, namely make up services, wedding packages, outdoor prewedding packages, camera rentals, camera lens rentals, camera flash rentals, rent kebaya, and dress rental. Catalog in printed form using a minimalist concept and postmodern style. The concept and style of this postmodern is very interesting so that it has a special attraction for those who see it. This catalog is used when visitors enter the Photo Studio. Before making a catalog, a storyboard has been made first after that it was applied using the Coreldraw x7 application, using a 150 gram and 100 gram paper or paper type of paper for the cover and contents of the catalog. Binding uses volumes of steples or saddle stitching. After experimenting with giving AIUEOS Studio catalogs to companies, consumers have a good view of choosing the photo services that they want to choose from and consumers can find out all the photo services available at AIUEOS Studio.

Abstract

Abstrak - Metode pengukuran kinerja perusahaan dengan menggunakan Balanced Scorecard merupakan strategi untuk meningkatkan produktivitas, tingkat efisiensi, dan persaingan. Penilaian kinerja mengolah masukan menjadi keluaran atau penilaian dalam penyusunan kebijakan, program dan kegiatan yang dianggap penting serta berpengaruh pada pencapaian sasaran dan tujuan .Hasil dari penilaian kinerja ini menjadi dasar penilaian keberhasilan dan kegagalan pelaksanaan kegiatan sesuai dengan sasaran dan tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sistem pengukuran kinerja di Puskesmas Astanagarib Kota Cirebon berdasarkan Balance Scorecard. Pembobotan elemen kinerja dilakukan dengan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Pengumpulan data diawali dengan penilaian terhadap visi, misi, dan strategi puskesmas. Data yang diperoleh kemudian diolah dengan metode AHP. Pengumpulan data tiap perspektif menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara dan data dari Puskesmas. Metode AHP menerapkan pengambilan keputusan berdasarkan sejumlah kriteria dan alternatif yang dipilih berdasarkan pertimbangan semua kriteria dalam bentuk hierarki. AHP menerapkan metode analisis dan sintesis yang membantu proses pengambilan keputusan dan membantu dalam menetapkan prioritas-prioritas dan membuat keputusan berdasarkan aspek kualitatif dan kuantitatif yang harus dipertimbangkan. Tahapan analisis dibuat dalam bentuk aplikasi yang dapat memudahkan analisis kinerja Puskesmas. Dari hasil perhitungan dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengukuran kinerja di Puskesmas Astanagarib dengan menggunakan metode Balanced Scorecard dan metode hitung Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) menunjukkan bahwa kinerja di Puskesmas tersebut sudah baik, dinilai dari tiga perspektif yang diukur dengan bobot 0,39 untuk proses bisnis internal, pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan 0,22. Hasil evaluasi kinerja Puskesmas cukup baik dengan skor 0,99. Abtract - The method of measuring company performance using the Balanced Scorecard is a strategy to increase productivity, efficiency levels, and competition. Performance appraisal processes input into outputs or assessments in the formulation of policies, programs and activities that are considered important and have an effect on the achievement of goals and objectives. The results of this performance appraisal form the basis for assessing the success and failure of implementing activities in accordance with predetermined goals and objectives. This study aims to determine the performance measurement system at the Astanagarib Health Center Cirebon City based on the Balance Scorecard. The weighting of the performance elements is carried out using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. Data collection begins with an assessment of the vision, mission, and strategy of the puskesmas. The data obtained were then processed using the AHP method. Collecting data for each perspective using a questionnaire, interviews and data from the Puskesmas. The AHP method applies decision making based on a number of criteria and alternatives selected based on the consideration of all criteria in a hierarchical form. AHP applies analysis and synthesis methods that assist the decision-making process and assist in setting priorities and making decisions based on qualitative and quantitative aspects that must be considered. The stages of analysis are made in the form of applications that can facilitate analysis of the performance of Puskesmas. From the calculation results, it can be concluded that the performance measurement at the Astanagarib Health Center using the Balanced Scorecard method and the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) calculation method shows that the performance at the Puskesmas is good, judged from three perspectives measured with a weight of 0.39 for internal business processes. learning and growth 0.22. The results of the Puskesmas performance evaluation are quite good with a score of 0.99. Keywords— AHP; internal business processes; learning and growth; performance.

Abstract

Abstrak - PT. Jasa Transportasi Yala Githa Tama Cirebon merupakan perusahaan jasa yang melayani persewaan Forklift serta Mobile Crane. Dimana alat tersebut digunakan untuk membantu dalam melakukan pekerjaan pembangunan suatu proyek dalam aktivitasnya perusahaan dalam bertransaksi melakukan perjanjian kerja sama dengan mitra secara down payment. Dari kegiatan tersebut, timbul penerimaan kas. Penerimaan kas ini perlu dikelola dengan baik karena unsur pendapatan bagi perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa, merancang, dan mengimplementasikan Aplikasi Akuntansi Penerimaan Kas Atas Sewa Alat berat Pada PT. Jasa Transportasi Yala Githa Tama Cirebon yang dapat membantu perusahaan dalam pekerjaannya, sehingga dapat terlihat dalam laporan berapa jumlah yang menjadi uang muka dan berapa jumlah yang menjadi pelunasan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan program aplikasi berbasis web yang memuat prosedur akuntansi penerimaan kas atas sewa alat berat pada PT. Jasa Transportasi Yala Githa Tama Cirebon. Sistem ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP sebagai Webserver dan MYSQL sebagai Database dan menggunakan Browser Google Chrome. Hasil rancangan dari penelitian ini dapat mempermudah dalam melakukan pengelolaan data penyewaan alat berat pada penerimaan kas dan membantu kegiatan manajemen sehingga dapat memudahkan bagian administrasi, operasional dan bagian keuangan dalam melakukan aktivitas akuntansi perusahaan. Aplikasi ini menghasilkan berupa laporan pemesanan sewa alat berat, laporan pemakaian sewa alat berat, invoice, laporan penerimaan sewa alat berat dan jurnal umum. Abstract - PT. Yala Githa Tama Cirebon Transportation Services is a service company that provides rental services for forklifts and mobile cranes. Where the tool is used to assist in carrying out the construction work of a project in the company's activities in conducting transactions with partners through down payment. From these activities, cash receipts arise. This cash receipt needs to be managed properly because of the income element for the company. This study aims to analyze, design, and implement the Accounting Application for Cash Receipts on Heavy Equipment Rental at PT. Yala Githa Tama Cirebon Transportation Services that can help companies in their work, so that it can be seen in the report how much is the down payment and how much is the amount that is paid off. The method used in the development of a web-based application program that contains accounting procedures for cash receipts for heavy equipment leases at PT. Yala Githa Tama Cirebon Transportation Services. This system uses the PHP programming language as a Webserver and MYSQL as a database and uses the Google Chrome browser. The results of the design of this study can make it easier to manage heavy equipment rental data on cash receipts and assist management activities so that it can facilitate the administrative, operational and financial departments in carrying out corporate accounting activities. This application produces heavy equipment rental order reports, heavy equipment rental usage reports, invoices, heavy equipment rental receipts reports and general journals.

Abstract

This community service activity in the form of tutoring during the COVID-19 pandemic is the concern and responsibility of lecturers and students (HIMAKA) of Cirebon City Catur Insan Cendekia University in the field of education. The purpose of this community service activity is to motivate activity participants and overcome the saturation level of elementary school students in the Kalijaga Village, Cirebon City, who for more than 1 year have been doing the online learning process at their respective homes. This activity was attended by elementary school students who are in the neighborhood around Baperkam RW.12 Kalijaga Village, Cirebon City. The method of implementing this service activity is a survey of activity needs, activity plans, implementation of tutoring activities and evaluation of activities. The results of this community service activity in the field of education show the enthusiasm, motivation and enthusiasm of elementary school students in participating in this tutoring activity. The consistency of the academic community in carrying out community service activities in the field of education needs to be maintained and even improved in order to support the tri dharma of higher education.

Abstract

Purpose: to provide both moral and material assistance to Covid-19 positive patients who are self-isolating at home. With the assistance in the form of healthy rice for these patients, it will certainly provide their own motivation for the patients, so that they can quickly recover their condition. Method: The research method that the author uses is to begin with socializing fundraising, then handing over the donation funds to the Cirebon City Wani Amal Foundation office, then distributing 'humanitarian rice' or healthy rice for Covid-19 patients who are self-isolating. Result: The results of this study are the provision of healthy rice can run according to expectations, and get a positive response from the surrounding community. Conclusions: This humanitarian rice program (social activity) can help and ease the burden on COVID-19 patients who are self-isolating (isoman).

Abstract

PT. PLN (Persero) UPT Cirebon is a state-owned company that takes care of the electricity aspects in ULTG Cirebon, Garut, Ciamis, and Jatibarang. Inventories of existing materials in this is not for resale. Inventories of existing materials at PT. PLN (Persero) UPT Cirebon is shown to support in carrying out operational programs and investment programs to generate or generate electricity. In this electricity company, there are problems and obstacles in recording the procurement of construction goods, because there are some activities that still use the manual system. To assist the power company in managing information in recording the procurement of construction goods so that it can be searched more quickly and accurately, it must have a system that can be used to help solve existing problems. This research produces a Construction Goods Procurement Recording Application that can manage any required information. The reports generated from this application are Material Mutation Data, Contract Letters for Routine SPPL and Non-routine SPPL, Proof of Cash Out and Cash Disbursement Journal. System procedures that apply in PT. PLN UPT Cirebon includes related parts, internal control system, and documents used. The analysis and system design stages are described manually using a flowchart accompanied by an explanatory narration, then computerized into context diagrams, relationship diagrams between entities, and relationships between tables used. After this stage is complete, the next stage is the design of the software system. The design uses Visual Basic 6.0 as the programming language and Microsoft Access 2003 as the database.

Abstract

SM Teknik menjual sparepart sepeda motor, perkakas teknik, perkayuan serta jasa perbaikan mesin pertukangan dan mesin bubut corer. SM Teknik mengalami kesulitan dalam mempredikasi jumlah persediaan sparepart untuk pengadaan kembali. Data historis penjualan SM Teknik selama ini masih terdata dengan pencatatan manual. Oleh karena itu perlu dikembangkan suatu sistem berbasis komputer. Pengembangan sistem berbasis komputer menggunakan metode waterfall dengan tahapan analisis sistem, desain sistem, implementasi sistem dan pengujian sistem. Sistem dibangun dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan DBMS mySQL. Metode peramalan menggunakan metode weighted moving average (WMA) untuk prediksi jumlah stok sparepart yang harus dibeli untuk periode selanjutnya. Penentuan batas aman persediaan menggunakan metode Reorder Point (ROP). Data historis dalam penelitian ini adalah data aktual penjualan sparepart dari bulan Januari sampai dengan Desember 2018. Hasil peramalan sparepart untuk produk KLEP SET HGLPRO NEOTECH untuk bulan Januari 2019 adalah sebanyak 24. Sedangakan untuk validasi hasil peramalan diperoleh nilai Mean Absolute Deviation sebesar 4.11 dan nilai tracking signal -0.81 artinya nilai data aktual permintaan lebih kecil dari nilai hasil peramalan, ditunjukkan dengan nilai negatif. Sehingga disimpulkan bahwa sistem peramalan ini telah teruji dengan data dan diperoleh nilai ramalan yang baik.
