Abstract

Nursing services in the hospital for 24 hours a day, that have constant contact with the patient. Therefore, the nursing services at the hospital is an integral part of health care and contribute highly to determine the quality of hospital services. Based on patient data visit of Inpatient Installation of RSD Dr. Soebandi Jember which have increased from year to year, especially the highest number at interna unit. So that the necessary studies to calculate the optimal needs of nurses in the internal ward inpatient installation by the WISN (Workload Indicator Staffing Need) method . This study aims to determine the optimal number of nursing staff requirements in Section Inpatient Unit Interna of RSD. Dr. Soebandi based on real workload with WISN method. This study is a descriptive study with quantitative data analysis by the method of work sampling. The data was collecting used work sampling form. Samples were chosen activities every ten minutes which done by staff in 24 hours. Primary data collected by observation of worker activity pattern in six days. Secondary data source collected from medical record and human resources unit in Dr. Soebandi Hospital Jember. The results showed that the use of productive time of the total available working time is 76.5%. With details of the productive activity of 26.16% direct, indirect productive by 37.19% and 13.12% of nonfunctional. Based on WISN calculation method, the number of personel that needed is 25 people. So with the result that concludes, this time Interna Ward requires one more personel. Key Words : WISN, work load, nurse

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa yang memanfaatkan dan tanpa memanfaatkan modul Sistem Pendingin serta efek pemanfaatan modul ini terhadap hasil belajar Kompetensi Memelihara/Servis Sistem Pendingin siswa kelas XI SMK N 10 Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain eksperimen jenis control group pre test-post test. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI TKR SMK N 10 Semarang yang terbagi dalam tiga kelas yaitu XI TKR 1, XI TKR 2 dan XI TKR 3. Penelitian yang dilakukan hanya dua kelas yang diambil secara acak dan didapat siswa kelas XI TKR 2 sejumlah 32 siswa sebagai kelas eksperimen dan siswa kelas XI TKR 1 sejumlah 30 siswa sebagai kelas kontrol. Hasil analisis data mendapatkan bahwa penggunaan modul sistem pendingin dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar dibandingkan tanpa menggunakan modul sistem pendingin, dan terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar yang signifikan antara peserta didik yang menggunakan modul pembelajaran sistem pendingin ini dengan peserta didik yang tidak menggunakannya atau tanpa modul. Jumlah peserta didik pada kelas eksperimen yang mendapatkan nilai memenuhi KKM sebesar 81,3%. Sedangkan jumlah peserta didik pada kelas kontrol yang mendapatkan nilai memenuhi KKM hanya 40%. Sehingga dapat dikatakan kelas eksperimen lebih unggul 41,3% dibandingkan kelas kontrol.

Abstract

The Caliph is the supreme leader of the Muslim community and is also the leader of the Islamic State, commonly known as Khalifatul Muslim. The election of Abu Bakr as caliph was not a mistake, but it was the best decision taken by the friends of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. Using library research methods, researchers search for, study, and understand literature related to Caliph Abu Bakar. The author focuses on the literature on the strategic policies taken by Caliph Abu Bakar As-Sidiq. This research shows that Abu Bakar As-Sidiq's strategic policy during the time of the Rasyidah Caliph was not to fight domestic rebels, territorial expansion, and the influence of Islamic states starting from the Roman and Persian to Iraqi territories. At this time, Baitul Mal and Judicial Institutions are also a priority. What is no less important is the policy of Caliph Abu Bakar As-Sidiq in collecting the Koran into one Mushaf.

Abstract

Social skills are an individual's ability to interact effectively with others in various social situations. These skills encompass how a person communicates, understands, and responds to their needs, emotions, and actions of others in a positive and constructive manner. The purpose of this study was to determine the social skills of librarians at the Library Service Unit of Lancang Kuning University. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method, with the subjects were librarians and library users at the UPT of Lancang Kuning University. The result show that librarians already have good social skills as seen from how librarians respond to librarians who enter wihout following the rules in the library, such as carriying bags into the circulation room, noisy visitors, visitors who bring food and drinks, and users who repeatedly committing mistakes. Furthermore, librarians are willing to listen to users even while engaged in other tasks, addressing their complaints, and understanding their needs. Friendly attitude facilitates effective communication between librarians and the users. Additionally, librarians were capable of delivering verbal statements, such as setting boundaries and actively listening, as well as employing non verbal communication, including facial expressions, hand gestures, vocal intonation, and a professional appearance, to create responsive and communicative interactions.

Abstract

This research describes Islamic leadership under Caliph Abu Bakar As-Shidiq. The focus of this research is to show the successes achieved by Caliph Abu Bakar during the 2 years and 3 months he led. By using library research methods, namely researchers search for, study and understand literature related to Caliph Abu Bakar As-Shidiq, the leadership of Caliph Abu Bakar As-Shidiq. Researchers looked for general data about Caliph Abu Bakar As-Shidiq to find out his biography. Researchers studied in more detail and explored data on the leadership policies of Caliph Abu Bakar As-Shidiq and what were the contributions of Caliph Abu Bakar As-Shidiq in Islamic da'wah. So the author found that in a short time, he crushed the apostates who claimed to be false prophets and people who denied zakat and prayer.
