Abstract

Tulisan ini akan mengupas pelbagai ancaman yang diarahkan kepada pemuda Islam, khususnya ancaman ideologis serta konsep Islam dalam menangani ancaman-ancaman tersebut dan penerapan konsep yang dimaksud di era sekarang. Penelitian ini terfokus pada sosok pemuda, khususnya pemuda Islam. Mengingat pemuda adalah fase yang sangat produktif dalam pemikiran dan vitalitas. Di fase inilah terdapat kekuatan, pergerakan, dan semangat. Selain itu para pemuda Islam merupakan tulang punggung peradaban hakiki yang muncul dari Makkah al-Mukarramah. Yaitu sebuah peradaban yang mengentaskan orang-orang dari menyembah para hamba untuk menyembah Tuhannya umat manusia dan dari ketidakadilan agama menuju keadilan Islam. Abstract

Selama ini masalah bermadzhad dan talfiq masih belum jelas statusnya; apakah ada talfiq (dalam diskursus hukum Islam) ataukah tidak. Sebagian kalangan menganggap talfiq bagi orang yang mengambil pendapat dari banyak ulama dalam satu masalah kemudian meramunya. Ada pula kalangan lain yang mengatakan hal itu tidak dianggap talfiq. Lalu pertanyaannya; bagaimana sebenarnya masalah bermadzhab dalam fiqh dan talfiq ini? Apakah ia benar-benar ada dalam hukum Islam? Tulisan ini mengupas tentang hukum bermadzhab dan talfiq antarmadzhab. Pembahasan ini penting untuk memperjelas status hukum bermadzhab dan talfiq dalam hukum Islam, sehingga tidak membingungkan masyarakat. Selain itu masyarakat akan mempunyai pegangan yang jelas dalam bermadzhab dan bertalfiq. Kajian ini berdasarkan kajian kepustakaan dengan pendekatan ushul fiqh. Berdasarkan kajian penulis, dapat disimpulkan bahwa orang yang mempunyai kemampuan berijtihad untuk menememukan hukum tidak diperkenankan bermadzhab atau mengikuti mujtahid tertentu pada tataran produk, pada tataran Fiqh atau bertaqlid. Bermadzhab pada tataran produk diperbolehkan, bahkan diharuskan hanya terbatas untuk orang yang tidak mempunyai kapasitas untuk melaksanakan ijtihad. Mengenai talf(q, hal ini perbolehkan apabila dalam situsi dan kondisi tertentu yang menuntut seseorang untuk menggabungkan dua madzhab atau pendapat ulama atau lebih. Talfiq diperbolehkan dengan bersyarat. Kata kunci : Bermadzhab, talfiq, fiqh  dan hukum

Abstract

The study of interpretation methodology is very important, because the activities of the interpretation of the Koran will continue to develop along with the pace of the times. Abdul Mustaqim has mapped the interpretation methodology into three parts. First, the interpretation of the classical period. Second, the interpretation of the middle period. Third, interpretation of the contemporary period. With this mapping, it is expected that the position of the interpretation methodology of Jamal al-Banna can be known making it easier for researchers to recognize the interpretive concepts they offer. In every generation there are always products of interpretation of the Koran that have different features and characteristics. The socio-cultural condition in which the interpreter lives and the background of the disciplines they pursue is a reality that influences their interpretation of the Qur'an. The emergence of contemporary interpretations as the development of a scientific discipline is also much influenced by the development and change of the scientific epistemology itself. In this contemporary era, the name Jamal al-Banna appears which offers a new methodology for interpretation. This Egyptian-born thinker criticizes the scientific tradition of interpretation that has developed over the years (both classical and contemporary). So do not be surprised if the various ideas are always controversial. This article tries to review the methodological and philosophical interpretation of Jamal al-Banna. Starting with the effort to deconstruct the interpretation of the results of all classical commentators, Jamal proposed three stages in the interpretation of the Koran, namely the art approach, psychological approach, and rational approach. All three are hierarchical stages to arrive at an interpretation. Having arrived at the interpretation stage, Jamal al-Banna does not recommend certain methods or limit certain knowledge as methods of interpretation analysis. He refused if one particular method has a guarantee as the only way to find the truth, because the Koran does not have to be limited. Some contemporary thinkers in the study of the Koran, such as Amin al-Khuli, Mohammed Syahrur, Mohammed Arkoun, Nashr Hamid Abu Zayd, and Orientalist views on the Koran also did not escape criticism. To find out more about Jamal's thought, this article uses a descriptive qualitative method and a philosophical-rationalistic approach with hermeneutics as the knife of analysis. Both of these methodologies are used to reveal the construct of Jamal's thought around the interpretation methodology that he built. This study contributes positively in order to broaden the insight of the study around the conceptual interpretation of the Koran. Because the spirit and problems faced by muslims today are growing and complex which demands the discovery of new methods in understanding the Koran more accommodatively and dynamically. Based on the method and approach above, it was found that the interpretation method conceived by Jamal wanted to place the Koran free of the various approaches that limit it. For Jamal, humans are very autonomous and free to interpret as long as it is in line with the humanist and universal principles contained in the Koran. Through the systematic-practical interpretation methodology offered above, it can facilitate the moslem community to comprehend the Koran comprehensively.

Abstract

Abstract: The study of the Qur'anic maqasid is urgent to do, because by mastering the Qur'anic maqasid will be able to harmonize between the core mission of the Qur'an with the basic joints of life. Besides that, knowing and realizing the Qur'anic maqashid is the same as realizing the great benefits and the ultimate goal of the Qur'an and the Ulumul Qur'an. The scholars, both classical and contemporary, have sought to explore the Qur'anic maqashid to meet the needs of different Muslim societies in terms of the environment and times. Muhammad al-Ghazali is one of the scholars who contributed in this field. He offers five methods in order to explore the Qur'anic maqasid. This study aims to explore the main milestones of the method used by Muhammad al-Ghazali to uncover the Qur'anic maqasid by answering a number of questions as follows: What is the method of Muhammad al-Ghazali in expressing the Qur'anic maqashid? What are the procedural tools for al-Ghazali's method of approaching the Qur'anic maqashid? This paper, which is based on a literature study, seeks to find the construction of maqasidi's interpretation of Muhammad al-Ghazali's perspective by emphasizing the formulation of special methods of interpreting the Qur'an. Keempat, selalu bercengkerama dengan Alquran sembari menginterogasi ayat-ayatnya untuk mengeksplorasi kedalaman maknanya. Kelima, mencurahkan kemampuan untuk memproduksi fikih realitas.

Abstract

This article tries to explain the various levels of friendliness associated with human communication. This study focuses on Qur'anic verses that talk about ethical behavior towards others and analyze the context. The divine message given to the Prophet Muhammad emphasized the importance of friendly relations in every area of ​​human life. This hospitality plays a very important role in avoiding misunderstanding and conflict in society. The emergence of tension between individuals in the community has always been the result of verbal violence and negative words that were raised when communicating. This study uses a deductive method by analyzing the views of contemporary scholars in the field of Qur'anic interpretation which interprets verses with a contextual approach. The scope of this study is limited to the analysis of the interpretation of verses relating to ethical relations between individuals, family members, various religious adherents, and government leaders. The significance of this research is to answer the question why humans should benefit from the Qur'an's guidance on communication hospitality to maintain peace and harmonious life.

Abstract

This paper aims to explore the moral and spiritual dimensions of counseling. Since professional counseling has developed in the West, the cultural identity and individualistic orientation of identity has entered the counseling profession. Recently a surge of interest in spirituality and religion has been noted with several treatments focused on a new approach to counseling. The new approach shows that spirituality in life is central to individuals, families and communities. Therapists examine the relationship between spirituality and general psychological health. Secular and religious professionals recognize the paradigm shift from illness to health and from individualism to collectivism. Counseling that develops from the premise of such a therapist must be free of value. The emergence of an integrated perspective with religious and spirituality counseling views has resulted in a fundamental conflict with the prevailing professional value system. Counselors still want to avoid the role of a moralist. The controversy also relates to the firmness one wants, the therapist attaching moral and spiritual dimensions while advocating certain values. Psychotherapy, as a moralistic company, requires modification in its training program. Therapists need to change their orientation, namely as scientists with deep moral or spiritual commitment. Clients need and demand reorientation like this. This profession has a claim to respond to the needs of its clients and it cannot ignore the impetus that arises in practice.

Abstract

In the competitive business world today during Pandemic Covid-19, many industries face the flux of rapid change, especially in the Public Health Center. Therefore companies should focus on innovative work behavior (IWB) in order to gain a competitive advantage. This research tested the effect of transformational leadership and organizational climate on work performance through innovative work behavior as mediating by taking the automotive industry in Indonesia. Data collection was carried out by simple random sampling via electronic to a population of Public Health Center employees in Indonesia during Pandemic Covid-19. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 1199 samples. Data processing using SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. Data collection technique is using questionnaire with likert scale. The result was transformational leadership and organizational climate gave a positive effect and significant on work performance, both directly and through mediating innovative work behavior. Innovative work behavior has a positive effect and significant on work performance. This novel research is proposing a model to build work performance among employees of automotive industry through transformational leadership and organizational climate with organizational learning as mediation.
