Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui perbedaan prokrastinasi akademik dan kecurangan akademik pada mahasiswa yang aktif dan yang tidak aktif berorganisasi, (2) mengetahui hubungan prokrastinasi akademik dan kecurangan akademik pada mahasiswa yang aktif berorganisasi dan (3) mengetahui hubungan prokrastinasi akademik dan kecurangan akademik pada mahasiswa yang tidak aktif berorganisasi. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis varian multivariat dan analisis korelasi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 50 orang mahasiswa yang aktif berorganisasi dan 50 mahasiswa yang tidak aktif berorganisasi di Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Lambung Mangkurat Banjarbaru dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan prokrastinasi akademik dan kecurangan akademik pada mahasiswa yang aktif dan yang tidak aktif berorganisasi, ada hubungan prokrastinasi akademik dan kecurangan akademik pada mahasiswa yang aktif berorganisasi dan ada hubungan prokrastinasi akademik dan kecurangan akademik pada mahasiswa yang tidak aktif berorganisasi. The objectives of this study were to find out (1) the differences in academic procrastination and academic cheating on students who were active and inactive in organizations, (2) the correlation between the academic procrastination and the academic cheating on students who were active in organizations, and (3) the correlation between the academic procrastination and the academic cheating on students who were inactive in organizations. The analysisused in this study were multivariate analysis of variance and correlation analysis of Pearson's product moment . The study subjects were 50 students of Medical Faculty of Lambung Mangkurat University who were active in organizations and 50 students of the same faculty who were inactive in organizations. It employed purposive sampling technique. This study was found out that there were differences in academic procrastination and academic cheating on the students who were active and inactive in organizations, there was a correlation between academic procrastination and academic cheating on the active students, and there was also a correlation between academic procrastination and academic cheating on inactive students.

Abstract

 Fokus dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran kecerdasan adversitas pada Anggota Polisi Sat Reskrim. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan instrument penelitian berupa observasi, wawancara semi terstuktur dan instrument diagnostik Adversity Response Profil (ARP) Quick TakeTM. Subjek yang digunakan adalah Anggota Polisi Sat Reskrim Polsekta Banjarmasin Barat, berjumlah 3 orang dengan rentang usia 25-35 tahun serta memiliki pengalaman kerja lebih dari 4 tahun. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, ketiga subjek memiliki kecerdasan adversitas sedang dimana mereka cukup baik dalam menempuh liku-liku atau kesulitan hidup sepanjang segala sesuatunya bisa mereka selesaikan. Mereka pernah mengalami putus asa karena beban pekerjaannya. Namun, mereka mampu mengembalikan motivasinya dalam bekerja                                                  The focus of this study was to describe the adversity quotient of the police officers in Sat Reskrim. This study employed qualitative method with research instruments of observation, semi-structured interviews and diagnostic instrument of Adversity Response Profile (ARP) Quick TakeTM. The subjects were the police officers at Sat Reskrim Polsekta Banjarmasin Barat, in total of 3 people around ages 25-35 years, and had a working experience of more than 4 years. Based on the results of the study, it was found out that the three subjects had adversity quotient in which they were good enough to take the vagaries of life or difficulties as long as they could handle all of them. They experienced despair because of their work load, but they were able to restore their motivation at the work.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah  penerimaan orangtua memiliki peranan terhadap motivasi berprestasi pada mahasiswa. Subyek penelitian adalah 97 orang mahasiswa PS.Psikologi Fakultas Kedokteran Unlam. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan Skala Motivasi Berprestasi dan Skala Penerimaan Orangtua. Hasil penelitian melalui analisis regresi linier diketahui bahwa penerimaan orangtua memiliki  peranan secara signifikan terhadap motivasi berprestasi pada mahasiswa, dimana setiap peningkatan 1 poin penerimaan orang tua akan meningkatkan motivasi berprestasi mahasiswa sebesar 0,664 poin. Sebanyak 42,3% mahasiswa memiliki motivasi berprestasi pada kategori sedang dengan 41,3% tingkat penerimaan orangtuanya juga berada pada kategori yang sama. Besarnya peranan penerimaan orangtua terhadap motivasi berprestasi mahasiswa memiliki sumbangan efektif sebesar 17,2%, sedangkan 82,8% lainnya kemungkinan dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa motivasi berprestasi mahasiswa jika ditinjau dari penerimaan orangtua ternyata memiliki peranan yang signifikan, sehingga makin besar peran penerimaan orangtua maka akan makin tinggi pula tingkat motivasi berprestasi pada mahasiswa.This study aim to determine the impact of  parents acceptance to achievement motivation in students. Subjects were 97 students in Psychology Department, Faculty of Medicine, Lambung Mangkurat University. Measuring instruments used in this study are Achievement Motivation Scale and Parents Acceptance Scale. The results obtained through linear regression shown that the parental acceptance have significant impact to achievement motivation in student, which is every 1 point increase in parental acceptance will increase student achievement motivation by 0,664 points. I’ts known that 42,3% of students had achievement motivation rate  in middle category with 4,3% parents acceptance rate also are in the same category . The effective contribution parents acceptance toward achievement motivation by 17,2%, while 82,8% are influenced by other factors wich’s not examined in this study. It can be concluded that  student achievement motivation viewed from parents acceptance have a significant impact, so that the greater acceptance of the parents it will be higher the level of achievement motivation in students .
