Abstract

Kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia masih perlu ditingkatkan, salah satunya pada lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini. Adanya problematika yang terjadi pada pendidikan di Indonesia yaitu dalam pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran yang hanya berorientasi pada guru yang menyebabkan anak kurang mandiri dalam menyelesaikan suatu permasalahan dan anak menjadi kurang kreatif. Kemudian guru yang menyampaikan pembelajaran hanya dengan teori tanpa adanya media pembelajaran sehingga anak kurang memahami makna dari apa yang disampaikan. Penulis menggunakan metode penelitian studi literatur, dan mengambil data dari buku, artikel, internet, dan sumber informasi lain yang relevan. Hasil dari kajian literatur mengenai peningkatan kualitas pendidikan anak usia dini melalui pembelajaran kontekstual dengan pendekatan MERDEKA BELAJAR yaitu diharapkan dapat menjadi salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia. Inti dari pembelajaran kontekstual dengan pendekatan merdeka belajar yaitu pembelajaran yang menghubungkan antara teori dengan kehidupan nyata sehingga memberikan pembelajaran lebih konkrit dan bermakna, dan juga memberikan kebebasan kepada anak untuk mencari dan memecahkan suatu permasalahan dalam proses pembelajaran baik secara kelompok maupun individu sehingga dapat meningkatkan kemandirian dan kreativitas anak.

Abstract

The golden age is the golden age in early childhood which at this time is the most appropriate period to stimulate various aspects of child development. Of the six aspects of development, one aspect that is important to be stimulated is the aspect of social emotional development. The social emotional aspect is known as an aspect that has an influence on a person's level of success. The higher the social emotional ability, the greater the probability of success. The method used in writing this article is a descriptive method using a qualitative research approach through literature study techniques. From the results of the review of several articles that are relevant to the title taken, the project method is effectively used by educators to stimulate children's social-emotional development. One of the effective learning methods used in PAUD is the project method which is a way to stimulate children's social emotional development. The advantage of this method is that children can be directly involved in a joint activity which will later trigger children to interact with their themes so that it affects their social development. The application of this project method can familiarize children to interact and socialize with their friends.

Abstract

The quality of education in Indonesia still needs to be improved, one of which is in early childhood education institutions. There are problems that occur in education in Indonesia, namely in the implementation of a learning process that is only teacher-oriented which causes children to be less independent in solving a problem and children become less creative. Then teachers who deliver learning only with theory without any learning media so that children do not understand the meaning of what is conveyed. The author uses the literature study research method, and takes data from books, articles, the internet, and other relevant sources of information. The results of the literature review on improving the quality of early childhood education through contextual learning with the MERDEKA BELAJAR approach are expected to be one way to improve the quality of education in Indonesia. The essence of contextual learning with an independent learning approach is learning that connects theory with real life so as to provide more concrete and meaningful learning, and also gives children the freedom to find and solve a problem in the learning process both in groups and individually so as to increase children's independence and creativity.
