Abstract

Dalam dunia kerja yang kompetitif, produktivitas kerja menjadi salah satu faktor utama yang menentukan keberhasilan perusahaan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal antar karyawan terhadap produktivitas kerja di PT Sunwood Timber Industries. PT Sunwood Timber Industries menghadapi masalah ketidakstabilan produktivitas karyawan yang dapat berdampak buruk baik bagi perusahaan maupun karyawan itu sendiri. Salah satu aspek penting yang dapat mempengaruhi produktivitas kerja adalah komunikasi interpersonal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei untuk mengidentifikasi sejauh mana komunikasi interpersonal mempengaruhi produktivitas kerja di perusahaan tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi interpersonal antar karyawan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja, dengan pengaruh sebesar 84,3%. Kesimpulan ini menegaskan pentingnya komunikasi interpersonal yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas kerja sama, keterbukaan, dan pemahaman antar individu di dalam perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, PT Sunwood Timber Industries perlu terus memperbaiki komunikasi interpersonal di antara karyawannya untuk mencapai dan mempertahankan tingkat produktivitas yang tinggi.

Abstract

Mental health conditions must be balanced with physical health conditions, mental disorders can cause problems in daily activities. In the organizational aspect, the use of internet technology is quite important for organizations in carrying out publication activities. This research is aimed at finding out social media management activities as a medium for mental health information on Instagram @howslife.id. Lack of knowledge and interest in mental health platforms makes Instagram users less trusting of online media such as @howslife.id. To achieve this goal, researchers use qualitative descriptive methods that describe the condition of objects systematically, accurately, factually and in detail. The collected data is processed to produce accurate data. The results obtained are activities in managing Instagram social media through scheduling and managing social media in conveying messages or information and communicating with the audience, becoming a content creator to create interesting content and providing information facilities to the audience, disseminating information about mental health and counseling programs in How's Life or @howslife.id, then increases the trust of Instagram users.

Abstract

This study aims to identify, describe and demonstrate the phenomenon of drinking coffee in a coffee shop for Gen Z in Tangerang City and to find out, describe and demonstrate the meaning of Gen Z in Tangerang City for the coffee phenomenon. The research method that will be used by researchers is qualitative research. The research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive research type with a phenomenological approach. Research data sources are divided into 2 (two), namely primary data sources and secondary data sources. data collection methods, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The triangulation used is source triangulation, data collection technique triangulation and time triangulation. Data analysis techniques used are Data Reduction (Reduction), Data Presentation (Display), and Drawing Conclusions and Verification (Conclusion). The results of the study show that there are several reasons why Generation Z engages in coffee activities at coffee shops. The reason for the Z generation to do coffee activities in coffee shops is based on the mind that needs peace and as a motive for entertainment for each individual. In relation to oneself, it is understood that drinking coffee is not just enjoying a cup of coffee, but drinking coffee in a coffee shop also provides a comfortable atmosphere for each individual. In connection with the public seeing how the views of other people towards informants and coffee activity in the coffee shop are also seen as things to establish good social relations and the meaning of coffee in a coffee shop is seen as something fun so that it can raise mood and mood, as well as a medium self-actualization as well as a medium in obtaining prestige values.
