Abstract

Abstract : In teaching and learning activities there is a learning method used by a teacher to support the learning process in order to achieve a goal so that aspects of child development can develop properly. As for each type of learning method, there are problems faced by a teacher so that it becomes a challenge for teachers to carry out learning methods well. The purpose of this paper is to find out the meaning of teaching methods and the principles of using teaching methods in PAUD , while the specific objectives of this paper are: (1) Problems with the storytelling method, (2) Problems with the demonstration method, (3) Problems with the sociodrama method. So the conclusion of this paper is that the problems contained in early childhood education learning are a description of the facts that occur in the field, especially when teachers choose learning methods. The learning method that will be implemented by the teacher has a lot of influence on the learning process that will take place. Some of them are problems in storytelling method, problems in demonstration and problems in sociodrama. The things that can overcome this problem are, the teacher must know very well the learning method that will be applied to the child.Keywords: learning methods, storytelling method, demonstration method, and sociodrama method. Abstrak: Didalam kegiatan belajar mengajar terdapat suatu metode pembelajaran yang digunakan oleh seorang guru untuk menunjang proses pembelajaran agar tercapainya suatu tujuan sehingga aspek perkembangan anak dapat berkembang dengan baik. Adapun dari setiap jenis metode pembelajaran terdapat problematika-problematika yang di hadapi oleh seorang guru sehingga itu menjadi tantangan untuk guru melakukan metode pembelajaran dengan baik.Tujuan dari penulisan ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengertian dari metode mengajar dan prinsip-prinsip penggunaan metode mengajar yang ada di PAUD, sedangkan tujuan khusus dari penulisan ini yaitu : (1) Problematika pada metode bercerita, (2) Problematika pada metode demonstrasi, (3) Problematika pada metode sosiodrama. Maka kesimpulan dari penulisan ini adalah Problematika yang terdapat pada  pembelajaran pendidikan anak usia dini merupakan gambaran fakta yang terjadi dilapangan, khususnya ketika guru memilih metode pembelajaran. Metode pembelajaran yang akan dilaksanakan oleh guru banyak berpengaruh dengan proses pembelajaran yang akan berlangsung. Beberapa diantaranya seperti problematika pada metode bercerita, problematika pada demonstrasi dan problematika pada sosiodrama. Hal-hal yang dapat mengatasi permasalahan ini adalah, guru harus tahu betul metode pembelajaran yang akan di terapkan kepada anak.Kata kunci : Metode pembelajaran, metode bercerita, metode demonstrasi, dan metode sosiodrama.

Abstract

The quality of teaching madrasah ibtidaiyah teachers has not been optimal because clinical supervision plays a maximum role. The purpose of this paper is to map and analyze clinical supervision in improving the quality of teaching madrasah ibtidaiyah teachers. Using qualitative methods of descriptive analysis with three descriptive, explanatory and interpretive steps. The results can be concluded that the quality of teaching teachers is influenced by the implementation of clinical supervision, because the implementation of clinical supervision can improve the pedagogical competence of teachers, maximizing the follow-up program of clinical supervision results. Clinical supervision is part of teaching supervision, and clinical supervision emphasizes looking for weaknesses and causes of problems that occur in the learning process and striving for improvements to these weaknesses, so that teachers have a sense of security, and are willing to improve teaching behavior with full awareness and awareness. The quality of teaching teachers can be realized through clinical supervision because clinical supervision focuses on efforts to improve the learning process, and clinical supervision is professional assistance given to teachers who experience obstacles in carrying out learning so that the teacher can overcome the problems he experiences related to the learning process. Thus the author can warn if you want to improve the quality of teaching teachers then increase clinical supervision of madrasah Ibtidaiyah teachers.

Abstract

Abstract: Madrasah Aliyah in Indonesia is still difficult to achieve the quality of education, it is marked that there are still some teachers who have not met the minimum education qualification of S1 / D4, teachers teach not according to their field of expertise, there are still many Madrasah Aliyah with non-civil servant status. The general objective is not only to map the quality of Aliyah madrasah education, but also to evaluate institutional difficulties in achieving the quality of Aliyah madrasah education. Using descriptive qualitative methods to explore primary and secondary data sources. Secondary data from madrasah educational institutions. Primary data includes profiling, motivation, types of difficulties and institutional solutions to each difficulty in achieving the quality of madrasah Aliyah education. The results of the study can be concluded that the evaluation function in the quality of madrasah Aliyah education in Indonesia shows that; (1) there is still a gap between planning and program implementation, marked by the Aliyah madrasah has not been able to implement the planned program; (2) there is still a gap between the status of ability and the standards of the world of work, indicated by there are still teachers who are not able to work according to their field of expertise; and (3) there is still a gap in goals in madrasah educational institutions characterized by socioeconomic disparities in the community, thus affecting education equity, creating prolonged conflicts in society, making educational goals difficult to achieve. So it can be suggested that to achieve the quality of madrasah education, it improves the function of institutional evaluation among Aliyah madrasahs in Indonesia. Keywords: Function, Institutional Evaluation, Quality of Education, Madrasah Aliyah Indonesia Abstrak: Madrasah Aliyah di Indonesia masih kesulitan mencapai mutu pendidikan, ditandai masih terdapat sebagian guru belum memenuhi kualifkasi pendidikan minimal S1/D4, guru mengajar belum sesuai bidang keahliannya, masih banyak madrasah Aliyah berstatus non PNS. Tujuan umum selain untuk memetakan bentuk mutu pendidikan madrasah Aliyah, juga mengevaluasi kesulitan kelembagaan dalam mencapai mutu pendidikan madrasah Aliyah. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif untuk menggali sumber data primer dan sekunder. Data sekunder dari lembaga pendidikan madrasah. Data primer mencakup profiling, motivasi, tipe kesulitan dan solusi yang ditempuh kelembagaan atas setiap kesulitan dalam mencapai mutu pendidikan madrasah Aliyah. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa fungsi evaluasi dalam mutu pendidikan madrasah Aliyah di Indonesia menunjukkan bahwa; (1) masih terdapat kesenjangan antara perencanaan dengan pelaksanaan program, ditandai dengan madrasah Aliyah belum mampu melaksanakan program yang telah direncanakan; (2) masih terdapat kesenjangan antara status kemampuan dengan standar dunia kerja, ditandai dengan masih terdapat guru belum mampu bekerja sesuai bidang keahliannya; dan (3) masih terdapat kesenjangan tujuan dalam lembaga pendidikan madrasah ditandai dengan kesenjangan sosial ekonomi masyarakat, sehingga mempengaruhi pemerataan pendidikan, menciptakan konflik berkepanjangan dalam masyarakat, sehingga tujuan pendidikan sulit tercapai. Sehingga dapat disarankan bahwa untuk mencapai mutu pendidikan madrasah, maka tingkatkan fungsi evaluasi kelembagaan di madrasah Aliyah.  Kata Kunci: Fungsi, Evaluasi Kelembagaan, Mutu Pendidikan, Madrasah Aliyah Indonesia

Abstract

Abstract: The quality of junior high school education in the Muko-muko Regency is still relatively weak because the principal has not played an optimal role. The purpose of this paper is to map and analyze the quality of education, the relationship of the role of the principal with the quality of education, and the role of the principal can improve the quality of education. Using descriptive qualitative methods. The results show that the role of the principal can improve the quality of school education. Then it can be concluded; (1) The quality of school education, in general, has been good, but the principal has not been able to give full confidence to the teacher in carrying out the task, thus affecting the quality; (2) The relationship of the principal with the quality of education, namely the quality of school education is determined by the principal and professional teachers so that the development of improving the quality of educators and education personnel becomes better, and the quality of education in schools becomes improved; and (3) The role of the principal has a big impact on the education management process and the quality of management affects the quality of education. A highly competitive school becomes everyone's dream. To achieve the quality of high-competitive schools, one of the determining factors is the optimization of the role of the principal. Thus it can be suggested, that if you want to improve the quality of education then increase the role of the principal.Keywords: Quality of Education, Role of Principal, Quality of Junior High School. Abstrak: Mutu pendidikan sekolah menengah pertama di Kabupaten Muko-muko masih tergolong lemah dikarenakan kepala sekolah belum berperan secara optimal. Tujuan tulisan ini untuk memetakan dan menganalisis bentuk mutu pendidikan, hubungan peran kepala sekolah dengan mutu pendidikan, dan peran kepala sekolah dapat meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa peran kepala sekolah dapat meningkatkan mutu pendidikan sekolah. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa; (1) Bentuk mutu pendidikan sekolah secara umum telah baik, namun pada kepala sekolah belum mampu memberikan kepercayaan penuh kepada guru dalam melaksanakan tugas, sehingga mempengaruhi mutu; (2) Hubungan kepala sekolah dengan mutu pendidikan yaitu mutu pendidikan sekolah ditentukan oleh kepala sekolah dan guru yang profesional, sehingga pembinaan peningkatkan mutu tenaga pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan menjadi lebih baik, dan mutu pendidikan di sekolah menjadi meningkat; dan (3) Peran kepala sekolah berdampak besar bagi proses pengelolaan pendidikan dan mutu pengelolaan mempengaruhi mutu pendidikan. Sekolah yang berdaya saing tinggi menjadi idaman semua orang. Untuk mencapai mutu sekolah yang berdaya saing tinggi, salah satu faktor penentu adalah optimalisasi peran kepala sekolah. Dengan demikian dapat disarankan, jika ingin meningkatkan mutu pendidikan maka tingkatkanlah peran kepala sekolah.Kata Kunci: Mutu Pendidikan, Peran Kepala Sekolah, Mutu Sekolah Menengah Pertama.

Abstract

Abstract: The era of the covid-19 pandemic in education management shows a threat to the quality of the performance of educators. Some educators show work behavior in line with existing standards and codes of ethics, and some other educators show difficulties in working. In line with this, the purpose of this paper is not only to map the form of performance quality conditions in various groups of educators, but also to analyze the reasons for the decline in the quality of teacher performance. This paper is based on data collected from various online data sources by taking into account the structural characteristics of groups of educators. The results of this study show that group differences and the abilities of educators have become a force that structures the behavior of educators' performance on the threat to the quality of educators' performance in education management during the covid-19 pandemic. Thus, it can be concluded that the quality of the performance of educators in the management of education has become an important factor in the reality of the quality of education in the era of the covid-19 pandemic. And it can be suggested, it is necessary to expand cases, and add sources of data to be researched, so that it is possible to understand the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic in the world of education in depth and comprehensively.Keywords: Pandemic Covid-19 Era, Education Management, Quality Performance of Educators Abstrak: Era pandemic covid-19 dalam manajemen pendidikan memperlihatkan ancaman mutu kinerja tenaga pendidik. Sebagian tenaga pendidik memperlihatkan perilaku kerja sejalan dengan standar dan kode etik yang ada, dan sebagian tenaga pendidik yang lain memperlihatkan kesulitan dalam bekerja. Sejalan dengan hal tersebut, tujuan tulisan ini selain memetakan bentuk kondisi mutu kinerja dalam berbagai kelompok tenaga pendidik juga menganalisis alasan-alasan terjadinya penurunan mutu kinerja tenaga pendidik. Tulisan ini didasarkan pada data yang dikumpulkan dari berbagai sumber data online dengan memperhatikan karakteristik structural kelompok tenaga pendidik. Hasil penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa perbedaan kelompok dan kemampuan para tenaga pendidik telah menjadi kekuatan yang menstrukturkan perilaku kinerja tenaga pendidik atas ancaman mutu kinerja tenaga pendidik dalam manajemen pendidikan selama pandemic covid-19. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa mutu kinerja tenaga pendidik dalam pengelolaan pendidikan telah menjadi faktor penting atas suatu realitas mutu pendidikan di era pandemic covid-19. Dan dapat disarankan, perlu perluasan kasus, dan penambahan sumber data yang diteliti, sehingga memungkinkan dapat dipahami dampak pandemic covid-19 dalam dunia pendidikan secara mendalam dan komprehensif. Kata Kunci: Era Pandemic Covid-19, Manajemen Pendidikan, Mutu Kinerja Tenaga Pendidik

Abstract

Abstract:  In the management of educational institutions still creates conflicts, because some leadership is still weak at the level of management, competence and leadership ability in managing educational institutions. The purpose of this paper is not only to map but also to analyze leadership conflicts in the management of Madrasah Aliyah educational institutions in Indonesia. Using descriptive qualitative methods. Data sources from scientific books, scientific articles, scientific journals both print and online, both nationally and internationally. The results showed that leadership conflicts in education management occur because the level of management of educational institutions by some leadership is still weak such as weak in planning, organization, movement, direction and supervision or control. Leadership conflicts also occur because the level of competence or ability of a leader is still weak. Leadership conflicts also occur due to differences in opinions, stances, beliefs, cultural differences, differences in interests, conflicts also occur between superiors and subordinates, even conflicts with students and parents including the community or external parties. Thus it can be concluded that leadership conflicts in the management of educational institutions occur due to weak management levels, competencies and abilities. So it can be suggested that if you want to minimize conflict among the leadership, then improve the management of better educational institutions in Indonesia.Keywords: Conflict, Leadership, Management of Educational Institutions, Madrasah Aliyah   Abstrak: Dalam pengelolaan lembaga pendidikan masih menciptakan konflik, dikarenakan sebagian kepemimpinan masih lemah pada tingkat manajemen, kompetensi dan kemampuan kepemimpinan dalam mengelola lembaga pendidikan. Tujuan tulisan ini selain memetakan juga menganalisis konflik kepemimpinan dalam pengelolaan lembaga pendidikan Madrasah Aliyah di Indonesia. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data dari buku-buku ilmiah, artikel ilmiah, jurnal ilmiah baik cetak maupun online, baik nasional maupun internasional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konflik kepemimpinan dalam pengelolaan pendidikan terjadi karena tingkat pengelolaan lembaga pendidikan oleh sebagian kepemimpinan kepala Madrasah Aliyah masih lemah seperti lemah dalam perencanaan, pengorginisasian, pergerakan, pengarahan dan pengawasan atau kontrol. Konflik kepemimpinan juga terjadi karena tingkat kompetensi atau kemampuan seseorang pemimpinan yang masih lemah. Konflik kepemimpinan juga terjadi karena perbedaan pendapat, pendirian, keyakinan, perbedaan kebudayaan, perbedaan kepentingan, konflik juga terjadi antara atasan dengan bawahannya, bahkan konflik dengan siswa dan orang tua termasuk masyarakat atau pihak eksternal. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa konflik kepemimpinan dalam pengelolaan lembaga pendidikan terjadi karena tingkat pengelolaan, kompetensi dan kemampuan kepemimpinan masih lemah. Sehingga dapat disarankan jika ingin meminimalisir konflik dikalangan kepemimpinan, maka tingkatkan pengelolaan lembaga pendidikan yang lebih baik di Madrasaha Aliyah Indonesia.  Kata kunci: Konflik, Kepemimpinan, Pengelolaan Lembaga Pendidikan, Madrasah Aliyah

Abstract

Abstract: Learning motivation has created a difficulty in developing early childhood learning models. The edutainment learning model is one of the alternatives to increase motivation for early childhood learning because edutainment learning is fun and not boring learning. This paper aims to map and analyze the increase in early childhood learning motivation through the edutainment learning model. Using descriptive qualitative methods. The results of this study found that; (1) early childhood learning motivation still tends to be low; (2) the importance of the role of the teacher in choosing the right method in teaching; and (3) edutainment has been used by teachers in increasing the motivation of early childhood learning. Thus it can be concluded that the edutainment learning model can increase the motivation of early childhood learning, so it can be suggested, that if you want to increase the motivation of early childhood learning, then apply the edutainment learning model.Keywords: Learning Model, Education, Learning Motivation, Early Childhood Abstrak: Motivasi belajar telah menciptakan kesulitas dalam mengembangkan model pembelajaran pada anak usia dini. Model pembelajaran edutaiment menjadi salah satu alternative untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar anak usia dini dikarenakan pembelajaran edutaimen merupakan pembelajaran yang menyenangkan dan tidak membosankan. Tujuan tulisan ini untuk memetakan dan menganalisis peningkatan motivasi belajar anak usia dini melalui model pembelajaran edutaimen. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa; (1) motivasi belajar anak usia dini masih cenderung rendah; (2) pentingnya peran guru dalam memilih metode yang tepat dalam mengajar; dan (3) edutainment telah digunakan oleh para guru dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar anak usia dini. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran edutaiment dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar anak usia dini, sehingga dapat disarankan, jika ingin meningkatkan motivasi belajar anak usia dini, maka terapkanlah model pembelajaran edutaiment.Kata Kunci: Model Pembelajaran, Edutaiment, Motivasi Belajar, Anak Usia Dini

Abstract

Abstract: The quality of learning in primary schools has created difficulties in the Leadership environment because some leaders have functioned professionally and others have difficulties in their professional functions. This study aims to evaluate the function of leadership in improving the quality of learning in elementary schools in Bengkulu. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Sources of information in this study, using various sources, online media or print media. Such as books, and scientific articles, which exist nationally or internationally related to the function of leadership in improving the quality of learning in elementary schools. The results of the evaluation carried out show that the leadership function largely determines the quality of learning in elementary schools. Teachers as leaders in the classroom also greatly determine the quality of learning. So that researchers can suggest, if you want to improve the quality of learning in elementary schools, then increase the evaluation of leadership functions in elementary schools in Bengkulu.Keywords: Evaluation, Leadership function, Quality of Learning, Elementary School Abstrak: Mutu pembelajaran di sekolah dasar telah menciptakan kesulitan di lingkungan Kepemimpinan, dikarenakan sebahagian kepemimpinan telah berfungsi secara professional dan sebahagian yang lain mengalami kesulitan dalam fungsi keprofesionalannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengevaluasi fungsi kepemimpinan dalam meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran di sekolah dasar di Bengkulu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber informasi dalam penelitian ini, menggunakan berbagai sumber, media online ataupun media cetak. Seperti buku, artikel ilmiah, yang ada di nasional ataupun internasional yang berkaitan dengan fungsi kepemimpinan dalam meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran di sekolah dasar. Hasil dari evaluasi yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa fungsi kepemimpinan sangat menentukan mutu pembelajaran di sekolah dasar. Guru sebagai kepemimpinan di dalam kelas juga sangat menentukan mutu pembelajaran. Sehingga peneliti dapat menyarankan, jika ingin meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran di sekolah dasar, maka tingkatkan evaluasi terhadap fungsi kepemimpinan di sekolah dasar di Bengkulu.Kata Kunci : Evaluasi, Fungsi kepemimpinan, Mutu Pembelajaran, Sekolah Dasar

Abstract

Abstract: Teacher competence in Indonesia has created problems among Early Childhood Education (PAUD) teachers. Some PAUD teachers already have competence in line with the standards and professional code of ethics of teachers, and some others experience problems in carrying out their main duties, functions and responsibilities as professional teachers. The general objective, apart from mapping the problems of teacher competence, is also to analyze the reasons for the problems among PAUD teachers. While the specific purpose of analyzing; (1) the problem of pedagogic competence; (2) personality competence problems; (3) the problem of professional competence; and (4) the problem of social competence. Using descriptive qualitative methods to explore primary data and secondary data. The results showed: (1) there are still some PAUD teachers who have not met the pedagogic competency standards optimally; (2) there are still some PAUD teachers who have not met the personality competency standards optimally; (3) there are still PAUD teachers who have not met professional competency standards optimally; and (4) there are still some PAUD teachers who do not have optimal social competence standards. This paper can be concluded that there has been a problem of teacher competence among PAUD teachers due to the limited ability of teachers to carry out their main tasks, functions and responsibilities in carrying out their obligations and rights in learning. So that this paper can suggest, further research is needed by paying attention to comparative aspects of regionalism based on varied data, so that more accurate policies can be formulated in overcoming competency problems among PAUD teachers.Keywords: Problematics, Competence, Among PAUD Teachers, in Indonesia Abstrak: Kompetensi guru di Indonesia telah menciptakan problematika di kalangan guru Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD). Sebahagian guru PAUD telah memiliki kompetensi sejalan dengan standard dan kode etik professional guru, dan sebahagian yang lain mengalami problematika dalam menjalankan tugas pokok, fungsi dantanggungjawabnya sebagai guru professionalnya. Tujuan umum selain memetakan problematika kompetensi guru juga menganalisis alasan terjadinya problematika di kalangan guru PAUD. Sedangkan tujuan khusus menganalisis; (1) problematika kompetensi pedagogic; (2) problematika kompetensi kepribadian; (3) problematika kompetensi professional; dan (4) problematika kompetensi social. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif untuk menggali data primer dan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) masih terdapat sebahagian guru PAUD yang belum memenuhi standar kompetensi pedagogic secara optimal; (2) masih terdapat sebahagian guru PAUD yang belum memenuhi standar kompetensi kepribadian  secara optimal; (3) masih terdapat guru PAUD yang belum memnuhi standar kompetensi professional secara optimal; dan (4) masih terdapat sebahagian guru PAUD yang belum memiliki standar kompetensi social secara optimal. Tulisan ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa telah terjadi problematikan kompetensi guru di kalangan guru PAUD yang disebabkan atas keterbatasan kemampuan guru dalam menjalankan tugas pokok, fungsi dan tanggungjawab dalam menjalankan kewajiban dan haknya dalam pembelajaran. Sehingga tulisan ini dapat menyarankan, diperlukan adanya peneliti lanjutan dengan memperhatikan aspek komparasi secara kewilayahan dengan bersumber pada data yang bervariasi, sehingga kebijakan yang lebih akurat dapat dirumuskan dalam mengatasi problematika kompetensi di kalangan guru PAUD. Kata kunci : Problematika, Kompetensi, Dikalangan Guru PAUD, di Indonesia
