Abstract

Covid-19 is already familiar to parents of students, even with the rumors of the covid-19 virus making learning in schools use online, the problem of social interaction between teachers and guardians of students is often seen in print media and even on electronic media / television. It has become a trending topic material and is often discussed, almost every day there are students who have problems regarding interactions with their teachers regarding the online learning process which is always associated with their teachers and even the handling involves subject teachers.In this interaction problem the writer uses a descriptive method with a quantitative narrative approach, the writer describes what is happening in the field based on the facts that occur, while the location of this research is located in Parit H. Maksum Punggur Kecil Sungai Kakap. The research data were obtained from teachers and parents regarding the problem. social interactions during the Covid-19 period. As for the means of collecting data, researchers obtained by means of observation, direct interviews with teachers or parents of students then researcher analysis. Social interactions that are less solid will cause conflict and most often occur between teachers and parents of students due to miscommunication between teachers / school authorities and student guardians. Therefore, to carry out or overcome mis communication and increase social interaction to reduce conflict can be done in various ways, as follows: (1). Conduct regular meetings, (2) carry out family education, (3). Socializing school programs and procedures, (4). Protect students and teaching staff, (5). Complete facilities and infrastructure in schools

Abstract

The author is interested in researching this in order to find out: 1) the ability of teachers to deliver learning materials that are facts, 2) conceptual, 3) principles, 4) and procedural in the subject of Al-Qur'an Hadith Class VI at MI Mambaul Ulum Punggur Kecil Academic Year 2019/2020 with the subject matter "How is the teacher's ability to convey learning materials that are facts, concepts, principles and procedures in the subject of Al-Quran Hadith class VI MI Mambaul Ulum Punggur Kecil?. The method used is descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The research location is at MI Mambaul Ulum Punggur Kecil, Sungai Kakap District, Kubu Raya. Data obtained from the implementation of teaching and learning activities, data collection tools: observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Furthermore, it was analyzed by using a percent assessment and described descriptively in narrative form. The results of this study indicate that: 1) The teacher's ability to deliver factual learning material with a score of 80% is classified as good. 2) conceptual in nature, the score of 87.5% is good. 3) In principle, the score of 87.5% is good. 4) It is procedural with a score of 84% which is good. Based on the results of research conducted by researchers regarding the ability of teachers, it can be concluded that the ability of teachers to deliver cognitive material is classified as good. However, to support the achievement of the maximum learning process, teachers and schools should use / provide adequate learning media to make it easier to achieve learning objectives.

Abstract

Covid-19 sudah tidak asing lagi di mata orang tua siswa bahkan dengan desas-desus adanya virus covid -19 tersebut membuat pembelajaran di sekolah menggunakan daring masalah interaksi sosial antara guru dan wali murid sering kita lihat di media cetak bahkan di media elektonik/televisi yang menjadi bahan trending topic dan sering dibahas, hampir setiap hari ada saja siswa yang bermasalah mengenai interaksi dengan gurunya berkenaan dengan proses pembelajaran daring yang selalu dikaitkan dengan gurunya bahkan penanganannya melibatkan guru mata pelajaran. Dalam permasalahan interaksi ini penulis menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitiatif naratif penulis menguraikan apa yang sedang terjadi di lapangan berdasarkan fakta yang terjadi, sedangkan lokasi penelitian ini berlokasi di Parit H. Maksum Punggur Kecil Sungai Kakap data peneltian diperoleh dari guru dan orang tua murid mengenai masalah interaksi sosial di masa Covid-19. Adapun alat pengumpul data peneliti dapatkan dengan cara observasi, wawancara langsung dengan guru atau orang tua siswa kemudian peneliti analisis. Interaksi sosial yang kurang solid akan menyebabkan terjadinya konflik dan paling sering terjadi antara guru dan orang tua murid disebabkan mis komunikasi yang kurang antara guru/pihak sekolah dan wali murid. Maka dari itu untuk melakukan atau mengatasi mis komunikasi dan meningkatkan interaksi sosial untuk mengurangi konflik tersebut dapat dilakukan dengan berbagai cara seperti berikut: (1). Melakukan pertemuan secara berkala, (2).melakukan family education, (3). Mensosialisasikan program dan tata tertip sekolah, (4). Melakukan perlindungan kepada siswa dan tenaga pengajar,(5). Melengkapi sarana dan prasarana di sekolah

Abstract

Covid-19 sudah tidak asing lagi di mata orang tua siswa bahkan dengan desas-desus adanya virus covid -19 tersebut membuat pembelajaran di sekolah menggunakan metode daring konflik antara guru dan wali murid sering kita lihat di media cetak bahkan di media elektonik/televisi menjadi bahan trending topic yang sering dibahas, hampir setiap hari ada saja siswa yang bermasalah yang selalu dikaitkan dengan gurunya bahkan penanganannya melibatkan guru mata pelajaran. Masalah konflik ini biasanya orang tua tak tanggung-tanggung melibatkan dan menitik beratkan kepada kepala sekolah sebagai leadership atau puncak untuk menuntaskan titik masalah, jika kepala sekolah tidak mampu maka dilanjutkan kepada dinas pendidikan agar supaya ditemukan benang merahnya atau jalan keluarnya untuk mengatasi masalah covid-19 tesebut. Ada orang tua yang enjoy ada orang tua yang terbawa emosi dan bahkan ada orang tua yang sampai memfonis bahwa tidak adanya proses belajar mengajar ini disebabkan oleh pihak sekolah dan instansi terkait. Kepala sekolah mau tidak mau harus mencari solusi agar masalah belajar daring ini tidak berlarut-larut. Konflik dapat timbul dari sejumlah sumber, seperti sumber daya manusia, sumber daya alam, komunikasi, kebijakan, bahkan yang paling sering kepribadian. Namun konflik yang paling sering terjadi disebabkan oleh mis komunikasi yang kurang antara guru/pihak sekolah dan wali murid. Maka dari itu untuk melakukan atau mengatasi konflik tersebut dapat dilakukan berbagai cara seperti berikut: (1). Melakukan pertemuan secara berkala, (2).melakukan family education, (3). Mensosialisasikan program dan tata tertip sekolah, (4). Melakukan perlindungan kepada siswa dan tenaga pengajar,(5). Melengkapi sarana dan prasarana di sekolah
