Abstract

AbstrakAsuhan Keperawatan menjadi kompetensi yang penting bagi mahasiswa keperawatan karena merupakan langkah kerja penyelesaian kesehatan pasien saat mahasiswa masuk dalam pendidikan klinik. Kompetensi ini salah satunya diajarkan melalui metode PBL dengan tujuan belajar yang dirumuskan mahasiswa atau disebut dengan student learning outcome. Namun pada student learning outcome, mahasiswa masih kurang merumuskan tentang asuhan keperawatan karena lebih banyak membahas tentang konten ilmu kedokteran dan bidang kesehatan lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi student learning outcome (SLO) pada buku blok tutorial yang terkait dengan asuhan keperawatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan content analysis. Objek penelitian ini adalah buku pandun tutorial dan laporan tutorial mahasiswa keperawatan angkatan tahun kedua, ketiga dan keempat. Penelitian ini akan menganalisis konten SLO. Penelitian ini menggunakan 3 koder peneliti yang akan menganalisisi seluruh objek penelitian. Presentasi SLO yang dirumuskan pada konten kalimat keperawatan didapatkan hanya 20% sedangkan yang lainya termasuk pembahasan dengan konten kalimat kedokteran. Konten kalimat kedokteran banyak dibahas dalam diskusi tutorial mahasiswa pada pembelajaran PBL dan dirumuskan sebagai SLO. Kata Kunci : Proses Asuhan Keperawatan, Student Learning Outcome  Student Learning Outcome Evaluation of Nursing Care in the Nursing Undergraduate Study Program at Stikes Surya GlobalAbstractNursing care is an important competency for nursing students because it is a step in the completion of patient health when students in clinical education. One of these competencies is through the PBL method with learning objectives formulated by students to as student learning outcomes. In tutorials, students are still lacking to formulate nursing care for the students learn more about the content of medical science and other health fields..This study aimed to determine the student learning outcome on the nursing careblock book. This study used qualitative methods with content analisys. The object of this study was the student tutorial block book and tutorial reports. This study analyzed the contents of SLO about the content of the process of nursing care. Three coders analyzed the entire document research. The SLO presentation which was formulated in the content of nursing sentences was only 20% while the others included discussion with the content of medical sentences. The content of medical sentences is widely discussed in discussions of student tutorials on PBL learning and is formulated as student learning outcome (slo). Abstract

DM patient self-management is an action taken by DM patients to manage and control DM which includes activity, diet, exercise, monitoring blood sugar, drug control and foot care. The goal of self-management is to optimize metabolic control in the body, prevent acute and chronic complications, optimize the patient's quality of life and reduce costs incurred for the treatment of DM. This research was conducted to find an overview of self-management of diabetes mellitus patients and family support. The sample in this study were 34 respondents. The instruments used were self-management and family support questionnaires. Data is processed with univariate. The results of research on self-management as a whole as much as 58.8% are in the high category. The results of the study regarding the description of high family support were as much as 79.4%. Conclusion This study shows that most of the respondents have good self-management both in terms of aspects of diet, medication, monitoring blood sugar levels, activities and foot care. The results of the study also provide an overview of family support for diabetes mellitus patients in the good category.
