Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di MAN Kisaran dan masalah yang dibahasberkaitan dengan pelaksanaan layanan informasi, pengamalan nilai-nilai akhlak dikalangan siswa serta pengaruh layanan informasi terhadap pengamalan nilai-nilai akhlakdikalangan siswa Kelas X MAN Kisaran Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017.Subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X yang berjumlah 197 orangsiswa. Sebagai sampel ditentukan sebanyak 40 orang siswa. Selain observasi danwawancara penelitian ini menggunakan angket 20 pertanyaan untuk variabel layananinformasi dan 20 pertanyaan untuk variabel pengamalan nilai-nilai akhlak. Teknikkorelasi yang digunakan adalah Produc Moment.Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan dan analisas terhadap pengamalan nilai-nilaiakhlak siswa dapat dikemukakan bahwa kategori kecenderung pengamalan nilai-nilaiakhlak adalah sebanyak 10 responden (25.00%) termasuk dalam kategori tinggi, sebanyak21 responden (52,50%) berada pada kategori sedang dan selebihnya sebanyak 9responden (22,50% ) pengamalan nilai-nilai akhlak siswa adalah kategori rendah.Korelasi yang diperoleh adalah positif antara pelaksanaan layanan informasi denganpengamalan nilai-nilai akhlak siswa di MAN Kisaran yaitu sebesar rxy = 0,867. Darikorelasi ini dapat dipahami bahwa hubungan antara pelaksanaan layanan informasidengan pengamalan nilai-nilai akhlak siswa siswa berada pada tingkat hubungan kuat.Dari hasil analisis penelitian maka dapat dikemukakan bahwa sebesar 75.17%pengamalan nilai-nilai akhlak siswa siswa berhubungan dengan pelaksanaan layananinformasi yang diberikan.Kata Kunci: layanan informasi, nilai-nilai akhlak

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengenai pengaruh layanan informasi yang dilaksanakan guru bimbingan dan konseling terhadap pengenalan lingkungan belajar yang terjadi pada siswa MAL UIN Sumatera Utara Medan. Layanan informasi yang diberikan adalah memperkenalkan dan menyampaikan sejumlah informasi yang dibutuhkan siswa, khususnya yang berkaitan dengan pengenalan lingkungan belajar sehingga siswa dapat mengikuti kegiatan pembelajaran dengan sebaik-baiknya. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa MAL UIN Sumatera Utara TP 2016/2017 yang jumlah keseluruhannya terdiri dari kelas X, XI dan XII, jumlahnya terdapat 308 orang siswa. Sedangkan sebagai sampel diambil 1 kelas yaitu X.2 sebanyak 48 orang. Instrumen pengumpul data yang digunakan selain observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumen digunakan angket yaitu mengenai pelaksanaan layanan informasi (30 pertanyaan) dan pengenalan lingkungan belajar (32 pertanyaan), sedangkan teknik analisa data yang digunakan khususnya mengenai korelasi antara pelaksanaan layanan informasi dengan pengenalan lingkungan belajar adalah teknik korelasi Produc Moment Setelah dilakukan analisis dan perhitungan terhadap korelasi antara layanan informasi denganlingkungan belajar siswa sebesar rxy= 0,648, tingkat hubungan ini termasuk pada kategori interval tingkat hubungan sedang. Untuk mengetahui apakah korelasi antara variabel layanan informasi dengan variabel lingkungan belajar siswa diterima atau tidak maka nilai r hitung tersebut dibandingkan dengan nilai rtabel . Nilai rtabel untuk n=48 dan taraf signifikansi α = 5% adalah 0,284. Di dapat nilai rhitung > nilai rtabel atau 0,648 > 0,284, maka dapat disimpulkan layanan informasi memilikihubungan yang signifikan dengan lingkungan belajar siswa MAL UIN Sumatera Utara. Maka dari hasil perhitungan koefesien di atas dapat diketahui bahwa sebesar 41,96% lingkungan belajarsiswa MAL UIN Sumatera Utara dipengaruhi oleh layanan informasi dan sisanya sebesar 58,04% adalah merupakan faktor dari luar penelitian ini.Kata Kunci : Layanan Informasi, Pengenalan Lingkungan Belajar

Abstract

Sungguh status sebagai mahasiswa selalu menyenangkan, terhormat dan penuh harapan. Dipundak mereka digantungkan begitu banyak beban masa kini terlebih masa depan. Sebegitu besar dan beratnya beban dan harapan itu mestinya dijawab mahasiswa dengan belajar sungguh-sungguh dan menampilkan sosok yang memang benar-benar menjanjikan. Penuh prestasi, berdedikasi tinggi, menunjukkan tanggung jawab dan akhlaq terpuji dalam kehidupannya.Namun tidak jarang ditemukan mahasiswa sudah terlebih dahulu gagal sebelum mereka mengemban tugas mulia yang diangankan orang tua, masyarakat bangsa dan negara. Tidak sedikit dari mereka justru menunjukkan sikap dan prilaku yang jauh dari harapan. Hasil belajarnya rendah, kepribadiannya goyah bahkan ada yang terjerumus ke dunia yang sebenarnya tidak perlu terjadi di kalangan mereka. Misalnya terlibat penyalah gunaan narkoba, tindak criminal,tindakan asusila dan sebagainya. Sebenarnya di usia remaja mereka terdapat berbagai potensi yang sungguh akan mendorongm mereka sukses mencapai tujuan, terutama dalam belajar di perguruan tinggi. Namun diakibatkan factor yang bersumber dari dalam diri mereka sendiri dan lingkungan di mana mereka bertempat tinggal ditemukan mahasiswa yang gagal mewujudkan cita-cita mulia itu. Sebenarnya di sinilah kehadiran penasehat akademik dibutuhkan, yaitu sosok yang siap memberikan pendampingan agar mahasisawa dapat berkembang secara optimal, dapat merumuskan dan merencanakan karier masa depan serta mampu menyesuaikan diri secara positif dan dinamis dalam lingkungannya. Bahkan dipundak penasehat akademik digantungkan tugas membantu mahasiswa mengatasi setiap masalah yang dihadapinya. Disinilah peran penasehat akademik menjadi kebutuhan bagi mahasiswa yang sedang belajar di perguruan tinggi.Kata kunci: Bimbingan akademik, pengembangan optimal dan sukses belajar

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the factors influencing students’ voluntary participation in utilizing guidance and counseling (BK) services at SMA Swasta Sinar Husni Labuhan Deli. Data were collected through observations, in-depth interviews with students and BK teachers, as well as document analysis, and were analyzed using qualitative techniques. The findings show that the BK teacher’s warm, empathetic, open, and non-judgmental personality is the main factor encouraging students’ voluntary participation. An interpersonal approach based on emotional closeness—including the use of the affectionate term “bunda,” which reflects local Malay culture—helps build students’ sense of safety and trust. Spiritual-based educational strategies, such as assigning students to recite short surahs or perform dhuha prayers, also contribute to transforming the image of BK services from a disciplinary space into a space for personal development and growth. These findings highlight that the BK teacher’s personality and an egalitarian relational approach play a vital role in creating a supportive, inclusive, and humanistic atmosphere, thereby enhancing students’ voluntary participation in BK services.

Abstract

The Community Service Program (KKN) in Cinta Rakyat Village plays a strategic role in improving literacy and numeracy skills among elementary school students in remote areas that face limitations in teaching staff, learning media, and family support. The program is carried out over four weeks with three meetings per week, where university students apply participatory and contextual learning approaches to create an active, enjoyable, and easy-to-understand learning atmosphere. By using creative media such as picture books, educational games, number cards, and simple visual aids, the learning activities are designed to strengthen basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills according to students’ cognitive development levels. Evaluation results show significant improvements in reading fluency, text comprehension, and basic numerical operations, along with increased motivation and self-confidence. In addition to benefiting students, the program also engages teachers and parents in supporting learning activities, creating positive collaboration between schools, students, and the community. Overall, the KKN program in Cinta Rakyat Village serves as a good practice model for addressing educational disparities, promoting equal access to quality basic education, and raising collective awareness of the importance of education in advancing remote areas of Indonesia.

Abstract

Abstract: The research aims to find out: (1) The condition of peer prejudice towards Madrasah Aliyah Laboratory (MAL)students at State Islamic University (UIN) North Sumatra and (2) The efforts of counseling teachers in reducing prejudice against MAL students at UIN North Sumatra. The method used in this study is a qualitative method, research data collection is carried out by utilizing observation, interviews, and document review. The steps taken in analyzing the data are by compiling data, connecting data, reducing, presenting data then concluding. Through this research it was found that: (1) The occurrence of prejudice among peer students at MAL UIN-SU Medan was due to errors in reading incorrectly, responding incorrectly, hearing incorrectly, misunderstood, misunderstood, and misunderstood. The conclusions that arise from these mistakes will lead to unfavorable prejudices about something or someone. Among students also there is such a thing. Errors in various matters, as stated above, will create prejudice against his friends, even though this does not actually happen. (2) The efforts of the counseling teacher in reducing the occurrence of prejudice among MAL students at UIN North Sumatra. As for the forms of prejudice that occur among MAL students at UIN North Sumatra Medan, in the observations of researchers, there are several kinds. There are in the form of judging wrongly, staying away or not wanting to approach, bullying, physical harm and slander. All of these forms of prejudice will have a negative impact on students, and (3) The efforts made by the counseling teacher MAL UIN North Sumatra Medan teacher in reducing the occurrence of prejudice among their friends are by carrying out various activities aimed at reducing bad prejudice. At least two approaches have been taken. First by giving an example to each student that prejudice should not occur and showing the various negative consequences it causes. Second, by providing services that has been required in the counseling teacher.

Abstract

This research began with the increasing increase in drug abuse among teenagers, especially students at school. The problems studied in this research are 1) How to understand the dangers of drug abuse, 2) How the counseling teacher's strategy provides an understanding of the dangers of drug abuse and, 3) What factors support and hinder the counseling teacher's strategy in providing an understanding of the dangers of drug abuse to students. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research. The informants in this research consisted of school principals, teachers and BK. Data collection was carried out using interview, observation and documentation techniques. The results of the research show that the guidance counselor's strategy for providing understanding of the dangers of drug abuse to students is to collaborate with various teachers at school, instill spiritual, moral and social values in students, direct students to positive things and conduct socialization about the dangers of drugs, and guidance counselors provide the right understanding of the dangers of drug abuse for students. Meanwhile, the obstacles for guidance and counseling teachers in providing an understanding of the dangers of drug abuse to students are the lack of student awareness of drug and drug addiction, the lack of support from students' families, especially parents, to control their children, and limited facilities and infrastructure in dealing with drugs.

Abstract

This research was conducted at Madrasah Aliyah Laboratorium UIN Sumatera Utara Medan (MAL UIN SU Medan). The objectives are 1) To describe how learning discipline at home, and 2) Describing how parents communicate with counseling teachers about learning discipline at home. The method used in this research is a qualitative method, research data collection is done by interview, observation, and documentation. The steps taken in analyzing data are by reducing data, presenting data, drawing conclusions or veirification. The findings of this study indicate that: the discipline of learning at home students is still very lacking both from internal factors and external factors. The cause of internal factors causing students to behave lazily studying at home is the lack of student understanding of learning materials. External factors causing students to behave lazily studying at home, namely limited learning facilities in the form of inadequate cellphones and unstable internet network signals and the presence of peers who invite to do assignments at home.
