Abstract

Abstrak Cihampelas Walk merupakan salah satu pusat perbelanjaan yang berada pada koridor jalan Cihampelas. Berdampingan dengan pusat perbelanjaan Cihampelas walk dengan kawasan hunian serta toko-toko di sekitaran ruas jalan Cihampelas. Dikarenakan fungsi – fungsi yang berbeda dan letak fungsi – fungsi tersebut terpisah satu sama lain maka terbentuk sebuah linkage yang menghubungkan fungsi – fungsi tersebut yang berupa sirkulasi, taman dan ruang terbuka. Arsitektur sangat penting dalam proses pembentukan kawasan Cihampelas Walk baik secara fungsi maupun visual. Bagaimana terhubungnya fungsi satu dengan lainnya sehingga terbentuk sebuah linkage yang sehingga dimana linkage/hubungan antar fungsi tersebut sangat mempengaruhi kenyamanan pengunjung dan menjadi salah satu parameter bagi pengunjung untuk mengunjungungi Cihampelas Walk. Cihampelas Walk memiliki konsep yang berbeda dengan mall – mall lain dibandung sehingga Cihampelas Walk memiliki daya tarik tersendiri pagi pengunjung. Yang dimana daya tarik tersebut adalah hubungan antar ruang (linkage) pada Cihampelas Walk yang berupa ruang terbuka,taman serta sirkulasi yang didesain menarik. Kata kunci : Fungsi, Alur hubungan bangunan (linkage), Alur fungsi ruang luar Abstract Cihampelas Walk is one of the shopping centers are on the road corridor Cihampelas . Adjacent to the shopping center with residential Cihampelas walk and shops in the surrounding streets Cihampelas. Due to the function - different functions and layout functions - these functions are separated from each other then formed a linkage that connects the function - the function is in the form of circulation , parks and open spaces. The architecture is very important in the formation of both the Cihampelas Walk and visual function . How interlinked functions of one another , forming a linkage so that where the linkage / relationship between these functions greatly affect the comfort of visitors and become one of the parameters for visitors to mengunjungungi Cihampelas Walk. Cihampelas Walk has a different concept to the mall - another mall dibandung so Cihampelas Walk has its own attraction morning visitors. Which is where the attraction is the relationship between space ( linkage ) on Cihampelas Walk the form of open space , parks and attractive designed circulation. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the implementation of Imkanur Rukyat MABIMS 3-6.4 Criteria in Riau Islands Province and to find out the viewpoint of Hisab Rukyat Team of Riau Islands Province regarding this criteria. This research is qualitative research using Purposive Sampling Techniques to determine informants. In implementation, this criteria has not provided positive results because the documentation of rukyatul hilal activities carried out by the Hisab Rukyat Team of Riau Islands Province from 2022 to 2023 shows that the hilal has never been seen. The viewpoint of Hisab Rukyat Team of Riau Islands Province regarding this criteria are divided into 2 viewpoints. The first viewpoint is agree with this criteria because this new criteria was the rukyatul hilal result of hundreds years so that it can be scientifically justified. The second view viewpoint disagrees because this criteria still needs to be tested theoretically and practically. The dynamics and polemics as well as the Government's inconsistency in implementing this new criteria are also considerations in agreeing it.
