Abstract

This study aims to develop instruments that marketers can use in developing digital marketing in their industry. The method used is applied research and constructivism point of view. Researchers conducted interviews and developed digital marketing strategies. The results of this study explain that call to action provides consumer effectiveness in purchasing products. However, it is necessary to encourage promotion through ig paid to provide a wider range of promotions. This study also explains some important things to consider in preparing the target market by analyzing customer personals and designing customer journeys.

Abstract

The consumer journey is one of the marketing techniques that must be considered by business owners. From the customer journey, business owners can develop 2 outcomes, including the conversion of marketing activities to sales, and also advocates from advocates who have purchased or even only seen reviews of the consumer journeys they have experienced. The application of computer technology as a tool that is absolutely used as the main support in business competition and the support of good human resources. To support this achievement, it is necessary to have an information system that can assist in facilitating all processes required by the company. The problem with Coffee Frequency is how to design a sales information system that is appropriate and needed by Kopi Frequency. With the aim of research to create an application that can process sales data on Frequency Kopi computerized and provide a customer journey strategy for the owner of the Coffee Frequency Coffee Shop. The data collection method used by the author is qualitative with a case study approach by applying Research and development (R&D). This study resulted in a sales information system design to process data, in the form of goods data, supplier data, incoming and outgoing stock data, so that the sales process can run more precisely and quickly and provide a pleasant customer journey.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Subyek penelitian ini adalah departemen ppic dan produksi di PT.Shasco Gunakarya Piranti. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang berjumlah 73 orang, analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan software SPSS versi 24. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan yaitu sebesar 0,612 hal ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat korelasi positif antara beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, adapun kontribusinya pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 37,5 % sedangkan sisanya 62,5% di pengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak ikut diteliti dalam penelitian ini seperti faktor motivasi kerja, desain kerja, kompensas, serta kepuasan kerja. Saran dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya sosialisasi seperti visi, misi dan sejarah perusahaan kepada karyawan agar bisa dipahami secara baik dan diterima secara luas, dalam penilaian kinerja karyawan hendaknya lebih menekankan pada aspek obyektifitas agar karyawan tidak merasa diasingkan atau pilih kasih.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze and test the influence of position characteristics and team work on employee performance. This research was conducted at the Office of the Public Works & Public Housing Agency, Bogor Regency, West Java. The population in this study were all employees with the status of State Civil Apparatus (ASN) at the Bogor District Public Works & Public Housing Service. The population in this study were 287 people. By using the Slovin formula, a total sample of 167 people was obtained. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that job characteristics and team work have a significant effect on employee performance.
