Abstract

The development of new commodities or products that are in line with market needs is a challenge for exporters. The company's export performance reflects the specific behavior of the company in utilizing and managing resources and capabilities effectively in the context of international competition. This study aims to identify what factors influence the increase in export performance of products in South Sulawesi. This study uses a quantitative approach. The method used is indepth interview (in-depth interview), observation and questionnaire. Researchers are required to risk their ability to study more deeply about strategies for improving export performance. Research location in South Sulawesi. The data collected includes primary data and secondary data. The analysis technique in this study is qualitative descriptive, IFAS (Internal Factors Analysis Summary) and EFAS (External Factors Analysis Summary) analysis and SWOT (Strengths Weaknesses Opportunities Threats) analysis to design an ideal export performance strategy. The results show that strong internal and external environmental conditions can support the development and improvement of export performance for companies. This finding can contribute to exporters to determine strategic planning in improving their performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of influence of service quality and satisfaction variables on customer loyalty. The target population is all customers who use deposit services. Determination of the number of samples using the Cochran formula, so the number of samples as many as 97 customers. Questionnaires were distributed to the respondents who had been targeted. The results showed that service quality and satisfaction partially or simultaneously affect customer loyalty. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The implication of this research is that service quality and satisfaction are empirically proven to have an impact on increasing customer loyalty.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Business competition at the international level is an important issue for companies, this is due to various different motives. This study aimed to identify and analyze the level of influence of dynamic capabilities on competitiveness and export performance. This research was conducted on export companies in South Sulawesi, Indonesia. The population in this study were the managers of each company, the sampling technique with sampling census so that the entire population was also a research sample. The main data collection was done by distributing questionnaires to the respondents. Secondary data in the form of export performance reports and other reports from BPS, the Department of Industry and Trade of the South Sulawesi Provincial Government, and PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero). The analysis technique in this study deployed the Structural Equation Model. The results of the study shown that increasing dynamic capability had a positive and significant effect on increasing competitiveness in export companies, thus all dimensions in dynamic capability had a strategic contribution to the variable competitiveness. Competitiveness variables had a positive and significant effect on export performance in South Sulawesi. Increasing the competitiveness of export companies had an impact on increasing export performance. Dynamic capability variables had no significant effect on export performance. The originality in this study is the application of export performance models that establish dynamic capabilities as external factors, and then explain the role of dynamic capabilities on export performance through competitiveness. For practitioners, dynamic capability is an external factor which is very important in influencing competitiveness. Therefore export companies should be focus and maximize the role of dynamic capability as a macro factor that encourages increased export performance. Abstract

Abstrak Research related to psychological empowerment is still very limited, so this study aims to find a model of pshychological empowerment of lecturers in improving work performance. The research instrument used a questionnaire with a sample of 196 respondents, the data was processed using SEM. The results show that transformational leadership influences empowerment and empowerment influences work performance, but transformational leadership has no significant effect on work performance. The transformational leadership through psychological empowerment can improve lecturers’ work performance. The novelty of this research lies in psychological empowerment as a framework for transformational leadership models in encouraging work performance among lecturers. Abstract

Banks in Indonesia, both state-owned and private, have realized the importance of intellectual capital as a substantial part in achieving sustainable bank business growth. The population of this research is banking in Indonesia which consistently publish its financial position on an annual basis. Determination of the sample is carried out with a purposive approach, the sample of this research is banks that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and publish annual financial statements for the period 2018 - 2021. The analysis technique in this study uses simple linear regression analysis. The results show that each model from 2018-2021 shows a low value. The implication of this research is that the better the VAIC value, the more efficient the value creation of all resources will be.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of transformational leadership and organizational commitment on the performance of the state civil apparatus in the East Luwu Regency. This type of research is explanatory research that explains the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable. This paper uses a quantitative approach in the form of statistical results to test the research hypothesis. This research was conducted in Luwu Raya Regency. The population in this study were all state civil servants in the local government of East Luwu Regency as many as 7,682 people. Determination of the number of samples using the Slovin approach, resulting in a total sample of 100 people. Sampling using an accidental sampling method. The analytical technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that simultaneously all independent variables (transformational leadership and organizational commitment) had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the state civil apparatus. The transformational leadership has a dominant effect on the performance of the state civil apparatus compared to the organizational commitment variable.

Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the effect of entrepreneurial knowledge on self-efficacy; the effect of entrepreneurial knowledge on entrepreneurial intention; the effect of self-efficacy on entrepreneurial intention; the effect of entrepreneurial knowledge on entrepreneurial intention through self-efficacy. Using a quantitative research with an explanatory research survey method. Data analysis using path analysis through modeling of the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS. The data were collected through questionnaires to 120 women of fashion entrepreneurs in Makassar City, South Sulawesi. The results showed that entrepreneurial knowledge has a positive and significant effect on self-efficacy; entrepreneurial knowledge has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intention; self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intention; self-efficacy does not mediate the effect of entrepreneurial knowledge on entrepreneurial intention. The results of this study become a reference for women in conducting entrepreneurial activities and recognizing the influential aspects of entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) secara umum mengalami penurunan. Melansir situs Jabarekspress, Usaha Kecil dan Mikro kota Bandung, pada tahun 2021 persentase omset UMKM di dunia fashion khususnya tas menurun sebesar 84%. Hal ini diakibatkan oleh penurunan permintaan pasar. Pada masa pandemi Covid-19 yang sudah berlangsung sekitar 1 tahun, UMKM merupakan kelompok yang kegiatan usahanya terkena dampak sangat besar sehingga sebagian besar mengalami penurunan pendapatan. Dalam aktivitas perekonomian Indonesia, kehadiran UMKM memiliki peran sangat besar baik dilihat dari aktivitas produksi, distribusi, dan konsumsi. UMKM sebagian besar menghasilkan produk yang dibutuhkan oleh sebagian besar masyarakat dalam negeri, dari sisi distribusi UMKM memiliki peran penting dalam memutarkan rantai pasok produk dari produsen ke konsumen, dan dari sisi konsumsi UMKM merupakan kekuatan demand yang dapat menggerakkan roda perekonomian.  Oleh karena itu, pasca pandemi Covid-19, UMKM harus menjadi bagian dari pelaku ekonomi yang didorong pengembangannya agar memiliki peran semakin besar bagi ekonomi nasional. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat adalah untuk membantu UMKM industry tas di Kabupaten Soreang dalam peningkatan omset melalui penggunaan marketplace. Sosialiasi dilaksanakan secara daring dan dihadiri beberapa UMKM industry tas. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan 23 Oktober 2022. Metode dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah memberikan penyuluhan dan diskusi diakhir pelaksanaan.Pengabdian masyarakat ini diharapkan dapat bermanfaat bagi pihak baik UKM, pemerintah maupun akademisi. Hasil yang diperoleh dari pelatihan ini, para peserta pelatihan mendapat pengetahuan tentang marketplace, termasuk bagaimana menggunakan marketplace untuk pemasaran produk. Dengan demikian, diharapkan apa yang disampakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini dapat mengoptimalkan pemasaran produknya melalui marketplace online.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh peternak di Kabupaten Takar dapat diselesaikan dengan sosialisasi sistem kontrol pemberian pakan dan vitamin. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalisasi sistem pemberian pakan dan vitamin ayam ras petelur di desa Patani Kabupaten Takalar. Pengumpulan data pendukung yang dilakukan dengan wawancara dan observasi yang ditunjang dengan studi literatur yang relevan. Perancangan sistem dilakukan sesuai dengan kondisi kelompok peternak P2. Solusi yang ditawarkan kepada mitra yaitu melakukan proses sterilisasi pada kandang ayam ras petelur dan membangun sistem pemberi pakan otomatis dengan notifikasi dengan pesan singkat. Menyediakan jagung yang sudah digiling yang terbukti secara empiris memiliki kandungan gizi dan nutrisi yang dibutuhkan ayam ras peternak. Optimalisasi sistem pemberian pakan dan vitamin sangat membantu para mitra untuk mengatasi masalah tingginya biaya pakan dan vitamin. Diharapkan kepada peternak agar memperhatikan kualitas pakan dan vitamin. Abstract

Permasalahan pemberdayaan dan keunggulan bersaing pada usaha mikro telah menjadi issue klasik dikalangan praktisi maupun akademisi. Issue yang mengemuka tentang industri tersebut yaitu tantangan internal maupun eksternal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor dalam meningkatkan kualitas pemberdayaan serta untuk merumuskan strategi keunggulan bersaing yang tepat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode yang digunakan untuk kualitatif adalah wawancara mendalam, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis SWOT. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Enrekang, dengan melibatkan lima informan kunci. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan beberapa faktor kunci, faktor pertama, pemberdayaan dalam mengembangkan jenis inovasi dengan meningkatkan kualitas produksi; faktor kedua, pemberdayaan dalam mempertahankan orisinalitas rasa dan ciri khas produk dangke serta menghasilkan produk-produk turunan yang sesuai dengan tren kuliner; faktor ketiga, pemberdayaan dalam meningkatkan saluran promosi yang memiliki potensi market share yang besar; faktor keempat, pemberdayaan dalam meningkatkan penawaran produk-produk dengan kemasan dan kualitas yang memadai agar bisa bersaing; dan faktor kelima, pemberdayaan dalam mempertahankan dan berupaya meningkatkan loyalitas konsumen.Strategi strength-opportunity sebagai pemilihan strategi yang tepat bagi perusahaan namun tetap memperhatikan dan mencermati setiap kelemahan maupun ancaman dari faktor eksternal.
