Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) the effect of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurship intentions of Economic Education students at STKIP PGRI Tulungagung Academic Year 2019/2020; (2) the influence of the family environment on the intentions of entrepreneurship in Economic Education students at STKIP PGRI Tulungagung Academic Year 2019/2020; (3) the effect of self-efficacy on the entrepreneurship intentions of Economic Education students in STKIP PGRI Tulungagung Academic Year 2019/2020; (4) the influence of entrepreneurship education, family environment and student self-efficacy on the intentions of entrepreneurship in Economic Education students at STKIP PGRI Tulungagung Academic Year 2019/2020; The data collection method used in this study uses a questionnaire / questionnaire. The population in this study were 48 students of Economic Education at STKIP PGRI Tulungagung Academic Year 2019/2020. Because this study uses population, the samples and sampling of the study were not used in this study. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, prerequisite tests, multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that included in the type of quantitative research. Quantitative data analysis used is multiple linear regression and uses SPSS version 24.0 (1) the effect of entrepreneurship education, family environment and student self-efficacy on student entrepreneurship intentions with a regression coefficient of entrepreneurship education of 0.093, coefficient value of the family environment of 0.453 and value of Self-efficacy regression coefficient of 0.462 and F arithmetic> F table (91.484> 2.82); (2) entrepreneurship education has a positive effect on entrepreneurial intentions with a coefficient value of 0.093 and t arithmetic> t table (0.730 <2.01537); (3) family environment has a positive effect on entrepreneurial intentions with a regression coefficient of 0.093, t arithmetic for (5.198> t table 2.01537)) self-efficacy has a positive effect on entrepreneurial intentions with a regression coefficient of 0.093 and t arithmetic for (3.834> t table 2.01537).

Abstract

Employee performance at the Tulungagung Tax Office is expected to be of good value whose impact can increase state tax revenues as the main source of financing. This study aims to determine significantly the influence of leadership style, whistleblowing system and organizational commitment to employee performance at the Tulungagung Tax Office. This research uses quantitative research methods with a population of 90 employees as respondents. The research variables consist of independent variables, namely leadership style, whistleblowing system and organizational commitment and the dependent variable is employee performance. Data collection using a questionnaire that was measured by a 5 level linkert scale. The analysis tool uses multiple linear regression. The results showed that there was an influence both partially and simultaneously the leadership style of the whistleblowing system and organizational commitment on employee performance.

Abstract

Kinerja guru sangat diperlukan dalam dunia pendidikan. Beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja guru antara lain motivasi dan kompensasi. Rendahnya motivasi dan kompensasi berakibat pada rendahnya hasil belajar siswa. Guru yang malas-malasan dalam mengajar mengakibatkan murid juga melakukan hal yang sama, akibatnya mutu pendidikan yang rendah dan kurang berkualitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) menganalisis pengaruh motivasi dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja guru; (2) menganalisis pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja guru; dan (3) menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada guru di SMK PGRI 1 Nganjuk. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) secara simultan motivasi dan kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Guru; (2) secara parsial motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Guru; (3) secara parsial kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Guru; dan (4) proporsi pengaruh kedua variabel motivasi dan kompensasi dapat dilihat dari koefisien determinasi (R2) yaitu sebesar 0,484. Artinya motivasi dan kompensasi mampu menjelaskan variabel Kinerja Guru sebesar 48,4% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 51,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam model analisis ini.

Abstract

Sumber daya aparatur adalah penggerak utama aktivitas dalam organisasi khususnya pemerintahan yang memerlukan pengetahuan dan keterampilan. Dengan adanya kompetensi akan memberi fokus pada karaktiristik personal (pribadi), yang dapat membantu seseorang menghasilkan kinerja yang baik terhadap pekerjaan yang diberikan Peningkatan kualitas sumber daya aperatur menjadi sangat penting dan perlu dilakukan secara terencana, terarah, dan berkesinambungan dalam rangka meningkatkan kemampuan dan profesionalisme. Dalam sebuah organisasi kegiatan manajemen sangatlah penting. Manajemen suatu cara yang harus dilakukan agar organisasi tersebut dapat berjalan secara efektif dan efisien sesuai dengan tujuan yang diharapkan. Tanpa adanya manajemen, semua kegiatan dan aktivitas kerja yang terjadi di dalamnya menjadi tidak teratur. Aktivitas organisasi pun tidak akan efektif dan efisien. Akibatnya tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam organisasi tersebut menjadi sulit terealisasi. Kecamatan Sukorejo merupakan salah satu instansi pemerintah dalam penyelenggaraan otonomi daerah di Kota Blitar. Dengan didukung oleh Peraturan Daerah Kota Blitar Nomor 9 Tahun 2008 tentang Organisasi dan Tatakerja Kecamatan dan Kelurahan, telah menjadikan kedudukan kecamatan sebagai unsur pelaksana penyelenggaraan pemerintahan daerah

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the Family Hope Program on the social welfare of underprivileged communities in the District of Panggungrejo. The population of this study were residents of the District of Panggungrejo. While the sample in this study is Very Poor Households (RTSM) who received a Family Hope Program. Assistance from the Family of Hope Program and those directly related to the community in Kecamatan Panggungrejo totaling 55 samples. The analytical method used in this study is Multiple Regression Analysis. Based on the results of the study note that there is an influence of the Family Hope Program Against Community Welfare Panggungrejo District. In addition, one of the processes that determines the implementation of PKH in Panggungrejo District is the preparation of implementation steps in advance so that the desired objectives are achieved. The process of preparing for the Implementation of the Family Hope Program includes the preparatory process for implementation starting from the selection of districts / cities by BPS (Central Statistics Agency), determining the location of PKH recipients, selecting companions, and determining PKH participants. In addition, in the process of collecting data and information there must be cooperation between the relevant work units.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1) Pengaruh perencanaan Kepala Sekolah terhadap Kinerja guru di SMAN 1 Rejotangan Tulungagung, (2) Pengaruh pengorganisasian kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru di SMAN 1 Rejotangan Tulungagung, (3) Pengaruh penggerakan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru di SMAN 1 Rejotangan Tulungagung, (4) Pengaruh penilaian kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru di SMAN 1 Rejotangan Tulungagung, (5) Pengaruh perencanaan, pengorganisasian, penggerakan, dan penilaian kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru di SMAN 1 Rejotangan Tulungagung. Berdasarkan tujuan penelitian diatas, peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan populasi seluruh guru di SMAN 1 Rejotangan Tulungagung sebanyak 54 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah angket dan dokumentasi. Validitas instrumen penelitian dilakukan dengan analisis rumus Product Moment, dan uji reliabilitas menggunakan Alfa Cronback. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) Ada pengaruh secara signifikan perencanaan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru di SMAN 1 Rejotangan Tulungagung, (2) Ada pengaruh secara signifikan pengorganisasian kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru di SMAN 1 Rejotangan Tulungagung, (3) Ada pengaruh secara signifikan penggerakan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru di SMAN 1 Rejotangan Tulungagung, (4) Ada pengaruh secara signifikan penilaian kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru di SMAN 1 Rejotangan Tulungagung, (5) Ada pengaruh secara signifikan perencanaan, pengorganisasian, penggerakan, dan penilaian kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru di SMAN 1Rejotangan Tulungagung

Abstract

Investment decision making is inseparable from human behavior that allows for irrational behavior. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of framing effect and self-efficacy on housewives' investment decisions. This study uses a quantitative approach. Methods of data collection using questionnaires and literature study. The populations in this study are housewives who live in the city of Kediri. Samples were taken as many as 50 respondents with special criteria, namely having investment experience. The research instrument test uses validity and reliability tests. The analysis prerequisite test used normality test, heteroscedasticity test and multicollinearity test. The data analysis technique used simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study the framing effect variable has a significant influence on the investment decisions of housewives in Kediri City. Each change in the framing effect variable has an effect of 45.6% which has a real and positive effect on changes in the investment decision variable. This is in line with the theory that the Framing Effect consistently proves to be one of the biggest biases in decision making. The self-efficacy variable has a significant influence on the investment decisions of housewives in Kediri City. Each change in the self-efficacy variable has an effect of 77.4% which has a real and positive effect on changes in the investment decision variable. This is in accordance with the theory of financial self-efficacy, namely individuals who have a higher sense of self-control can solve financial problems or with a view of "problems to be solved, rather than threats to be avoided".
