Abstract

Absorption of local government budgets is the accumulation of budget absorption carried out by each Institution, and can be one of the indicators in assessing the financial management performance of a region, because through the level of budget absorption it can be seen the description or performance and capabilities of a region. The region implements and is responsible for every planned activity. Budget absorption in Kediri Regency during the 2016 - 2020 period reached the range of 81.68% - 88.79%. This study aims to identify and analyze the factors that are considered dominant in influencing budget absorption in Kediri Regency, namely budget planning and implementation, human resources, procurement of goods and services, and the bureaucratic environment. Sources of data in the form of primary data and secondary data. Primary data in the form of questionnaires were distributed based on purposive random sampling to 15 institutions with the largest budget in Kediri Regency. The research method used is quantitative using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. This study uses 5 (five) independent variables, namely budget planning (X1), budget execution (X2), human resources (X3), procurement of goods and services (X4), bureaucratic environment (X5), and 1 (one) dependent variable. . variable. namely budget absorption (Y). The results showed that the five independent variables simultaneously had a positive effect on budget absorption. Partially, the variables of budget planning, budget execution, human resources and procurement of goods and services have a positive effect on budget absorption, while the bureaucratic environment variable has a negative effect on budget absorption. Partially, the variable that has the most dominant influence on budget absorption is the Procurement of Goods and Services. Overall, the magnitude of the influence of budget planning, budget execution, human resources, procurement of goods and services and the bureaucratic environment on budget absorption is explained by the determination value of 41%, while 59% is influenced by other factors outside the study

Abstract

The performance of each employee is different from other employees according to the level of knowledge, skills and motivation possessed by the employee. The management of human resource management which is carried out in a professional manner can improve employee performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the significance of the effect of work motivation, incentives, and work environment on employee performance. Data research techniques in this study are Questionnaire/Questionnaire, Observation, and Documentation techniques. Data Quality Test using Validity and Reliability Test. The data analysis technique uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, F-Test, T-Test, and calculates the Coefficient of Determination (R2). Based on the results of statistical analysis, it can be explained that the effect of work motivation on employee performance has a sig value. 0.000<0.05. The effect of the incentive variable on employee performance has a value of sig.0,000 <0.05. The effect of work environment variables on performance has a value of sig. 0.016> 0.05. From these results it can be concluded that the variables of motivation, incentives, and work environment have a significant influence on the performance of the Education and Culture Office of Jombang Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between digital marketing, product quality and brand image on consumer purchasing decisions at Matahari Brand Trenggalek during the covid-19 pandemic. This study uses secondary data with a sample of 102 respondents. Analysis of the data used is by using SPSS. This type of research is quantitative research by distributing questionnaires through google form to Matahari Brand Trenggalek consumers.The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and 102 samples were obtained from 137 Matahari Brand Trenggalek consumers. This study uses multiple linear regression. The results show that digital marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions and brand image has a negative and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions

Abstract

Buana Mas is a company engaged in the distribution of Stationery, Cooking Oil, Seasonings and Batteries. Of course, with the spirit of work and reliable service by experienced professionals in their fields, they are able to provide solutions and contribute to consumers. To realize the company's goal of achieving a high level of productivity, employees who have high performance are needed to achieve this. Human resources (HR) is the most important asset in the company, because HR manages all the resources owned by the company. The achievement of the company's goals is also determined by the quality of its human resources. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of motivation, work discipline, communication, and work environment simultaneously on employee productivity. Based on the results of research and discussion in previous chapters, it can be concluded as follows: There is an influence between motivation on employee work productivity. This is evidenced by the t count of 3.491 with a significance of 0.002 <0.05. There is an influence between work discipline on employee work productivity. This is evidenced by the t count of 2.275 with a significance of 0.030 < 0.05. There is an influence between work communication on employee work productivity. This is evidenced by the t count of 2.213 with a significance of 0.035 < 0.05. There is an influence between the work environment on employee work productivity. This is evidenced by the t count of 3.564 with a significance of 0.001 < 0.05. There is a simultaneous effect of motivation, work discipline, communication, and work environment variables on employee productivity. This is evidenced by the calculated F value of 137.963 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Based on the description above, the suggestion from the author is. Based on the results of the study it is known that the work discipline variable gives the lowest contribution compared to other variables, so it is hoped that the company will improve employee work discipline by providing rewards for those who are disciplined and punishment for those who violate.

Abstract

This study aimed to find out the perspective, the constraints and impacts of performance based on the leadership style, work environment and organizational culture in the KSP Setia Bhakti Kediri. This study was conducted using qualitative methods with descriptive research type. Methods of collecting data by interview, observation and documentation. The results showed that: Performance based leadership style in the KSP Setia Bhakti were the branch head was able to provided suggestions, created a sense of security, able to formulated institutional development plans, and prioritized deliberation in making decisions. Performance based on organizational culture was a disciplined employee in working by practicing the values โ€‹โ€‹of organizational culture. Based on the work environment, there were two dimensions found; conformity and team spirits. The Obstacles in leadership-based performance were challenged in developed the quality and skills of employees. The obstacles in performance based on organizational culture were conflicts of interest and weak moral standards. The constraints in work environment-based performance were poor air circulation and the lack of facilities. The impact were the level of ability and knowledge of employees were better and the level of discipline was increased.

Abstract

The government issued a national policy in the form of Presidential Regulation 81/2010 concerning Grand Design Reform 2010-2025. This is the benchmarks for the success of the implementation of bureaucratic reform. The purpose of providing Performance Allowance is as an effort by the Government to provide performance motivation and improve welfare for employees. The policy that regulates the provision of employee performance allowances for civil servants is contained in Tulungagung Regent Regulation Number 3/2021. The aspects underlying the provision of employee performance allowances are aspects of work discipline and aspects of work productivity. From the main problems presented, the purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of policies on the provision of employee performance allowances. The researcher uses Ripley and Franklin's theory about the determinants of success in policy implementation. The results of this study indicate that the policy does not have a significant impact in the discipline aspect, it can be seen from the many employees who take disciplinary actions, from the aspect of work productivity there are still many employees who do not have high competence and integrity in the assigned tasks. However, it has a positive impact in terms of improving the welfare of employees.

Abstract

This study aims to see whether there is an influence between leadership and discipline on employee performance in Tembelang District. This study uses quantitative research methods with the independent/independent variables are Leadership and Discipline, while the dependent/bound variable is Employee Performance. The research location is at the Tembelang District Office, Jombang Regency with the research time in July and August 2021. In this study the sample taken was all Tembelang District employees totaling 30 people consisting of 22 civil servants, 6 honorary staff, 1 cleaning staff and Guard 1 person. The research data analysis method used is Multiple Linear Regression with technical descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, t test, f test and coefficient of determination. The results showed that Leadership had a positive and significant effect on employee performance in Tembelang District, Discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance in Tembelang District and Leadership and discipline simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on employee performance in Tembelang District.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of taxpayer service and trust on increasing local revenue in the Covid-19 pandemic era at the Blitar Regency Regional Revenue Agency simultaneously and partially. The population in this study are all people who are submitting changes to the SPPT, either mutations, splits and objections at the Service Counter. The sample used in this study was 99 respondents. The method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis technique. The results of the study show that 1) There is an effect of service and trust on increasing Regional Original Income in the Era of the Covid-19 Pandemic at the Regional Revenue Agency of Blitar Regency simultaneously; 2) There is no effect of service on increasing Regional Original Income in the Covid-19 Pandemic Era at the Blitar Regency Regional Revenue Agency partially. The lack of PAD revenue is still considered an obstacle and this must immediately be seriously evaluated by each local government in an effort to improve services and facilitation to the community. In fact, the lack of effective and efficient targets to achieve the reality of meeting community needs is one of the things that has become the root of the problem of the lack of achievement of regional income so far; 3) There is a partial effect of trust in increasing Regional Original Income in the Covid-19 Pandemic Era at the Regional Revenue Agency of Blitar Regency.

Abstract

The never-ending COVID-19 pandemic has had a tremendous impact on the global realm. All industrial and office sectors in Indonesia also feel the influence. Especially in the management of human resources clearly has a great importance in this era of the COVID-19 pandemic. Like the judiciary in Indonesia, which is in a dilemma, on the one hand, it must obey dynamic government regulations in order to accelerate the handling of the COVID-19 pandemic, but on the other hand, it must maintain loyalty as human resources who are involved in judicial institutions with demands for implementation. (eight) main values of the supreme court. This research was conducted with the aim of looking at how and what factors can affect the increase in the loyalty of an employee within the judiciary of the Republic of Indonesia. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach with the completion of path analysis. The results obtained in this study are concrete evidence that shows a direct influence between the independent variable and the dependent variable, but this study did not succeed in proving an indirect effect through the mediating variable.

Abstract

COVID-19 is a nightmare for everyone. How can this pandemic still continue to spread and it is not known with certainty the end of COVID-19. Various sectors, both business and office sectors, are feeling the impact of the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic, including in Indonesia. Government regulations related to the rules for implementing work from home are pros and cons in various parties, for example in Sanankulon District, Blitar Regency where the area is not too wide but is still required to be able to manage human resources in it well. Evidence of the success of human resource management is by observing whether or not there is an increase in work stress in the Sanankulon District, Blitar Regency, especially for village officials who are married and are female, of course this needs special attention. In fact, women who have multiple roles are more at risk of experiencing work stress. For this reason, this research was conducted to observe what has an impact on work stress. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach with the completion of multiple linear regression analysis. This study resulted in the finding of a positive influence between the independent variables on the dependent variable.
