Abstract

Tax revenue is currently one of the largest sources of state revenue, accounting for 80% of the state budget. The taxation system will not work without the role of tax service office employees in serving taxpayers. Therefore, the performance of the tax service office employees must be improved. This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation, work stress and work discipline on the performance of the Tulungagung Pratama Tax Office employees. This study uses a quantitative method by collecting questionnaire data and taking a population of all employees with the status of State Civil Servants of KPP Pratama Tulungagung as many as 93 people. Data analysis used SPSS Version 25 application in the form of Multiple Linear Regression Equation Analysis. Based on the research results, compensation and discipline have no significant effect on employee performance and work stress has a significant effect on the performance of the Tulungagung Pratama Tax Office employees. Simultaneously, compensation, work stress and discipline have a significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Tulungagung Pratama Tax Office.

Abstract

Kompetisi bisnis ritel tidak hanya cukup dengan menawarkan produk kualitas prima, harga bersaing, menciptakan kepuasan pembeli dan memberikan pelayanan yang lebih baik masyarakat atau konsumen, namun utamanya selain menciptakan kepuasan pelanggan, juga upayakan untuk membangun loyalitas minat masyarakat berbelanja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Marketing Mix Terhadap Kepuasan Dan Loyalitas Konsumen Swalayan Tani Jaya Di Wilayah Kecamatan Puncu Kabupaten Kediri. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah berjumlah 191 respondent. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisa data adalah teknik analisa regresi bergana. Hasil penelitian diperoleh melalui pengaruh marketing mix dan loyalitas pelanggan secara simultan atau bersama – sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Hasil lain menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial marketing mix dan kepuasan pelanggan sendiri – sendiri terhadap loyalitas konsumen.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine: 1) The Effect of Work Motivation on Employee Performance, 2) The Effect of Job Training on Employee Performance, 3) The Effect of Career Development on Employee Performance, 4) The Effect of Work Motivation, Job Training, and Career Development on Employee Performance. This research was conducted on employees of the Tulungagung Regency Work Training Center (BLK). In this study using quantitative research, the population is 48 employees. The sampling technique used was the saturated sampling technique, namely the determination of the sample in which all members of the population were used as samples. Data collection techniques using a closed questionnaire method that has been tested with validity and reliability tests. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression,. The results of this study indicate that partially 1) Work Motivation has an effect on Employee Performance. Motivation is a form of attention from superiors or co-workers to employees, this attention can improve employee performance. 2) Job Training has an effect on Employee Performance. An employee participating in Job Training will gain knowledge or insight about the work in their field, so that their performance will increase. 3) Career Development affects Employee Performance. Career development is very influential on his performance because of this, he can plan his future career where he works so that performance can be optimal according to goals. 4) Work Motivation, Job Training, and Career Development have an effect on Employee Performance. The results of this study can be used as input and consideration for the management of the Tulungagung Regency Work Training Center (BLK) to improve employee performance by improving the quality of human resources.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia merupakan salah satu unsur dari organisasi dan mempunyai peranan yang penting dalam kegiatan organisasi. Notoatmodjo (2003) mengemukakan bahwa manusia sebagai salah satu komponen organisasi merupakan sumber daya penentu tercapainya visi dan misi organisasi. Oleh sebab itu sumber daya manusia harus dikelola sedemikian rupa sehingga berdaya guna dan berhasil guna dalam mencapai misi dan tujuan organisasi. Organisasi menurut pelaksanaannya perlu melakukan suatu penilaian kinerja pegawai. Kinerja merupakan jawaban dari berhasil tidaknya tujuan organisasi. Kinerja pegawai diketahui dari seberapa jauh pegawai melaksanakan tugas sesuai tanggung jawabnya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari fasilitas kerja (X1) dan disiplin kerja (X2) terhadap motivasi kerja (Y1) dan kinerja (Y2) dan pengaruh motivasi kerja (Y1) terhadap kinerja (Y2), baik secara sendiri maupun bersama-sama pegawai/perangkat kelurahan di Kec./Kab. Tulungagung. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif korelasional. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 140 pegawai/perangkat kelurahan di Kec./Kab. Tulungagung. Penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, yaitu seluruh pegawai/perangkat kelurahan se Kecamatan Tulungagung yang memiliki golongan ruang III, karena supaya homogen, dan mereka semua menduduki jabatan struktural sehingga mereka memiliki pengaruh terhadap pegawai/perangkat kelurahan yang lainnya. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket (questionnaire). Hasil analisis data dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan : (1) Ada pengaruh dari fasilitas kerja (X1) terhadap motivasi kerja (Y1) pada pegawai/perangkat kelurahan di Kec./Kab. Tulungagung. (2) Ada pengaruh dari disiplin kerja (X2) terhadap motivasi kerja (Y1) pada pegawai/perangkat kelurahan di Kec./Kab. Tulungagung. (3) Ada pengaruh secara bersama-sama dari fasilitas kerja (X1) dan disiplin kerja (X2) terhadap motivasi kerja (Y1) pegawai/perangkat kelurahan di Kec./Kab. Tulungagung. (4) Ada pengaruh dari fasilitas kerja (X1) terhadap kinerja (Y2) pegawai/perangkat kelurahan di Kec./Kab. Tulungagung. (5) Ada pengaruh disiplin kerja (X2) terhadap kinerja (Y2) pegawai/perangkat kelurahan di Kec./Kab. Tulungagung. (6) Ada pengaruh secara bersama-sama antara fasilitas kerja dan disiplin kerja (X2) terhadap kinerja (Y2) pegawai/perangkat kelurahan di Kec./Kab. Tulungagung. (7) Ada pengaruh antara motivasi kerja (Y1) terhadap kinerja (Y2) pegawai/perangkat kelurahan di Kec./Kab. Tulungagung. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan bahan referensi dalam dalam upaya menyusun berbagai kebijakan untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai/perangkat kelurahan di Kec./Kab. Tulungagung. Membenahi fasilitas kerja, dalam hal ini fasilitas ruangan kerja, computer, mesin foto copy. Meningkatkan kedisiplinann pegawai/perangkat kelurahan di Kec./Kab. Tulungagung. Untuk memotivasi pegawai/perangkat kelurahan bertanggungjawab pada tugas yang diberikan, agar diberikan perangsang yang berupa uang atau lainnya untuk meningkatkan kinerja.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of motivation variables, Wages, Labor and Social Security on the performance of a janitor, both simultaneously and partially on the performance of a janitor. The variables in this study consisted of independent variables in the form of motivation which consists of physiological needs, safety needs, social needs, the needs of self-esteem and self-actualization needs. Variable salary consists minimum wage, overtime, wages do not work due to other activities outside of work, and the structure and scale of remuneration proportional. Social security workforce composed of Accident Insurance (JKK), Death Benefit (JKM), the Old Age Security JHT) and pensions (JP). The dependent variable in the form of Performance Officer Hygiene. Performance consists of quantity, quality, punctuality, attendance, and ability to cooperate. This research is a quantitative research, with a population of 135 people janitor. The sampling technique was conducted using purposive sampling, with a sample of 100 people. The test results of T-test, partial variabel motivation significant effect of 0,388 to variable performance janitor Environment Agency Nganjuk. In partial wage, significant influence amounted to 0.865 against the performance variables janitor Environment Agency Nganjuk. In partial social securityberpengaruh significantly by 0.207 to variable performance janitor District Environmental Office. Nganjuk. F test results - Test Variables Motivation, Wages, Labor and Social Security amounted to 141.596 simultaneous effect on the performance of the janitor of the Environment Department Nganjukreinforced by the coefficient of determination coefficient of determination (R) = 0816 means the relationship between motivation, wages and social security to the performance janitor of 81.6% means a very close relationship. The greater the R means the relationship more closely. While the R square of 0.810 means that 81% can be explained by the motivation variable (X1), wages (X2) and social security of labor (X3) and performance (X4). While the remaining 19% can be explained by other factors not examined in this study.
